I've been here a few times during my stay. It's always dirty. Hard to find a clean table. Even when it's quiet, staff don't clean tables. They just pick up bits and pieces from tables. Staff are nice and efficient.

Greggs are intent on world domination, they've come out of nowhere and now they're everywhere. The only thing is they are good, tasty, fast and inexpensive. They have a good range of sandwiches and their pasties are quality, but beware remember to ask for them hot because they don't keep them heated. They do good meal deals such as a sandwich and drink for £3, well worth it.

When I think of Greggs the first thing that always comes to mind is sausage rolls,but they have so much more choice on offer these days.So while on a wee shopping trip we stopped in for a bite.My mum had the cheese&ham toastie,which she enjoyed and was full of gooey cheeseyness.I tried the roast chicken,stuffing with gravy baguette,which I have to say was really dry and lacking in actual chicken.The only other thing that we didn't like was when sitting in you don't get a proper cup..surely we should at least get the option.

You can't go wrong with a Greggs. You always know what to expect so are never disappointed . What's great about Princess Mall branch is that you can sit in. The staff here are ALWAYS super friendly and helpful, Joshua in particular deserves a gold star for his customer service. A great branch and its in a great location too.

Got to be the best Greggs I've ever been in. and my job means that I travel all over the country. The place is always clean and tidy even though it gets very busy, and the staff are so friendly and attentive that the atmosphere is always relaxed and welcoming.

I really like this Greggs! Unlike other branches (I have been to some in London especially), this one has a huge seating area. Quite clean, plenty of tables and chairs, so I could easily ENJOY my food without being rushed or feeling cramped in! Really nice. Staff very attentive too.

My girlfriend and I were passing through Waverley Station when we came across this establishment. Before we embarked home, we decided to drop by Greggs for breakfast. We were pleased with the price of the food and believed this was the ideal spot to grab a bite. They offer a fair few delicious treats such as donuts and other pastries. We had some sandwich rolls which they so kindly heated up for us. Absolutely delicious.

Gregg's are always good, and this one has a good amount of seating available. The staff are friendly too, and the food is always nice and fresh (apart from the bacon and cheese slices, which somehow manage to cool down so quick)

I like Greg's it always is great value for money. Instead of a usual stop for something and then heading somewhere else I stopped and sat in as I was picking up my grandmother from the station. Overall the service was great, I ordered the drinks but was informed it could take a while so if I sat down he could bring the drinks over which was great, the selection of foods was underwhelming but understandable for the time of day. The only negative point I have is that rage against the machine was playing which doesn't have the most family friendly language. Still a very good trip though

Great cuppa and the sausage rolls very lovely wouldn't go anywhere else very cheep on the pocket but very good quality would recommend to all. Good cup of Tea was only one point donuts were 60 pence.👍

We go to Gregg's in Waverley market in Edinburgh sometimes once a week. The great disappointment is always that their toilets are invariably " out of order ". We always have to troop down to MacDonald's on the next floor to use their toilets which amazingly are NEVER out of order!! One of life's great mysteries!! A real blot on a good bakery where the food is always fresh and enjoyable.

It's one of the largest Gregg's in Edinburgh, that I've been to and has ample seating, plus the benefits of food hall seating. Still suffers from the usual Gregg's issues; selling out of things quickly at busy periods but otherwise good.
