This is the best sourdough bread and focaccia in Edinburgh! Hands down the softest and most flavorful I’ve come across. You can tell the team really care about the ingredients and process. KVASA make great homemade sandwiches and staff are lovely. Don’t miss this place when you’re going down Leith Walk!

I have a bread subscription from Kvasa since a long time and I am always amazed by their bread. FYI i am french and Kvasa bread bring me back to my childhood years in the country side.

Absolutely fantastic bread! Just returned from The Refillery with a loaf of their rugbrød and it is on par with those I miss from Hamburg or Copenhagen.
