Bought some bread a couple of weeks ago... It was so fresh! It tasted exactly as the bread I used to get in the bakery of my hometown. Delicious doughnuts as well. Can't wait to go back and try other amazing products. Highly recommended! 😊

Superb grub today. Bacon roll, steak pies and strawberry tarts. All excellent. Really good home made steak pie. Way better than mass produced fat and gristle from Greggs and the like. Proper lean stew. Got a tea, less good. Not sure what kind of milk was used. A minor blemish.

Good selection of cakes, doughnuts and savoury’s. Wouldn’t go past Mario’s. The best doughnuts I have had in a long time! Birthday cakes are really good and are a good price for being hand made from scratch. Nothings ever a problem for Mario and his team.

Excellent selection of doughnuts, pastries, savoury and amazing sourdough bread. I love it when Mario creates new products, they are absolutely wonderful and the flavours are so immense. They definitely have the best fresh doughnuts and prices in town. This independent business is very passionate in the quality of their productcs. There is a great rapport between them and their customers. A huge delight and must see in Leith.

Have been here two days in a row. I wanted to support local businesses and the person there had said that it had been quiet. Was delighted to see that there was a queue today! Their coffee was delicious, their macaroni pies were amazing and their sweet treats to die for. I heartily recommend the donuts. The gentleman behind the counter gave me a jam donut for free and it was one of the best I've ever tasted. It had a delicious rose flavour to it. Will be back tomorrow!

A lovely wee local pâtisserie that does it all! They have delicious mini pizza bakes, bread, desserts and rolls. My absolute favourite is the rose jam doughnut - it is heavenly! I always bring it home and pop it in the micro for like ten seconds and it is divine. The owner is so lovely and the prices are unbeatable!

I been today and I bought bread, big doughnut with custard and a pastry with custard. It was lovely bread and pastries handmade. I was living in this area many years ago and I was thinking we needed something like this near us. This is the best local shop!!

Went in today to grab rolls and a couple of Spanish doughnuts. Oh wow, what can l say! The homemade rolls were the best l've ever tasted. Doughnuts were nice too and the guy gave me a free jam doughnut which was sublime. Great for homemade bread!
