Popped in for a coffee and loved this place. Fab location in between all the main streets of the west end. Our espressos were proper strong and rich just the way we like. Couldn't resist the amazing looking cakes and ordered the cherry choc. D e l i c i o u s. Definitely be back. Thank you

Serenity Now closes at 4, but the kitchen closes when it fancies (ironic)...326pm and hungry, we land here where we find sandwiches and Danish that have been here since the baker knocked off, probs around 8 hours ago. Low expectations drift floorward as the "idiosyncratic" barista serves us, and his amiable colleague informed there will be no heating of these selections in any administration they lead. The experience uplifts like a gale-ic (not Gaelic...thank you, don't miss the late set) expectations skyward. The foccacia is good, really good, as are the fillings..tangy pesto and soft and chewy and moist as it should be. The Danish, like the focaccia would have been mind blowing in the morning, but retain enough veritas to qualify for the mile high price points. The coffee and teas are quality all the way. Thanks Serenity Now...we enjoyed this place in peace.

Really nice location, tasty cake, overly sweet but fine. The only thing I didn't like was the environment, there was only one person working there when I came, so the tables and chairs were a bit disorganised. I think they can do better.

This cafe knows how to make cakes! The cakes are so beautiful and they taste amazing! You can actually taste the quality. They have delicious savoury buns too that are amazing. I personally love the chocolate and nut bun....absolutely delicious!! It is quite expensive for the cakes but when you see the work that has gone into them you totally understand. Outrageous. This place is quite simply outrageous. Note not all cakes are vegetarian but the staff know which is which. Of my recent trip the highlight was definitely the pistachio, hazelnut, chocolate thingie. Wowee. Go. Go. Go.

They have a great selection of delicious, high-end, single-serving cakes. The most trouble you will have is deciding on which one (or two) that you want this time. And I do mean "this time" because you'll definitely go back to try more. There are only a few savoury options but they are also pretty tasty. Being able to order for delivery is nice but unfortunately the folk that deliver don't always take as much care as you would like, much better to go pick up your cake in person.

10/10 - I cannot reccomend this place highly enough! I bought a celebration cake for my mum's birthday and then couldn't resist getting a few of the smaller cakes when I went into the store and I did not regret it; every one tasted beautiful. They were really accommodating to what I wanted for the celebration cake and very friendly too. I will be recommending here to everyone and definitely making the detour to visit here on my trip back home now that I've found this place. Thank you!

Really liked this cafe. It has a calm and warm atmosphere. The cakes are truly delicious: both pastry and cream are light and not overly sweet, fruits are fresh. They are of a highest quality of the French patisserie and are truly outstanding. One of a kind in Glasgow and surrounding area. I like that as well as the classics, like Drunken Cherry, the new cakes are being developed and introduced - so even if you want to take a break from your favourite one, there will be something new to try and you won't be disappointed. The growing selection of buns is impressive too: there are sweet and savory ones and all are amazing.

My first experience with the amazing pastries from this little outlet was on my birthday. My flatmate had got those amazing looking pastries. Absolutely beautiful is all I can say. I can't remember their names correctly but the one I loved the most was a pastry with strawberries. It was divine to be honest. So creamy, not too sweet and the strawberry added a nice tangy touch to it. Then, one day, I decided to walk in with my friends and I didn't regret it. We had ordered the strawberry pastry and it was beyond good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for amazing pastries that not only look divine but also taste out of the world. I have had pastries before but these have a unique taste to them. Very different than the usual. Check it out Glasgow! 🙂🙂

Gorgeous, intricate and delicious cakes and patisserie in a friendly, stylish cafe. A truly unique gem in Glasgow’s coffee & cake scene. On my visit we shared several cakes and all were top notch, however the “Big Orange” was beyond special. I can’t wait to return!

Long-time fan. Anna and Artem makes us feel very welcome every time we're here whether it's take-out or sit-in. The décor is minimalist but colourful, and the atmosphere is always warm and pleasant. Each cake is a handmade piece of impressive art. I've tried almost all of them, and can confirm that they taste as irresistible as they look! I'm always excited to peek at the display case! They've recently started doing sandwiches; haven't tried yet but they look very well-stuffed and tempting. The coffee is extremely high-quality and consistently at the perfect temperature to drink immediately. I've only had one of their fruit teas - the apple pie - tasty, not too sweet, and served in beautifully-carved pewter cup holders. They deliver locally to the West End, and are part of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme at the moment. It's an easy pleasure to support this independent business. Get down here as soon as possible and treat yourself!!

This place is magical! Its takes you to a fantasy land and leaves you with wanting for more! It's certainly for your guilty occasions and its really divine! They take extreme care to prepare their cakes and each item is made with a lot of love.. this love reflects in the quality of food they produce. Nice little coffee shop, good tasting coffee too and probably the best in area.! The only downside is size of the cups. I need 2 of them to make it work. Or one from Nero then top up with little one l, this is my personal opinion. That works good lol Shop is bright,clean, super friendly and the art work they baking is 5 star to look at unfortunately can't rate it taste wise as it is something I don't eat. Overall it's a great place to be in.

We have been here last weekend , and today again.we were saying we will come for a while and haven’t occurred so far . The owners are the friendliest we met in a while !!! This is probably my favourite cake place in glasgow. Cakes are beautiful and taste amazing. There is always a range of flavours form chocolate to matcha. The cakes are complex and have a range textures and tastes-. They are not overly sweet or sour - every cake is well balanced and not overpowering in taste. In addition, each cake is unique in its design! Dare I say they are like pieces of art ? I have not seen anything of the sort in glasgow before. The decor is clean, stylish and sleek. The tea and coffee is of top quality as well. I have also purchased a birthday cake from Broken Clock and there was nothing left (never happened before) as people asked to take a bit home. Owners are super welcoming and accommodating. Definitely worth a trip, just to taste the delicious cake. I'm sorry but patisserie valerie who? I would pick this place anytime. The place is also dog friendly!

Since leaving Cardiff I have sorely missed a patisserie like Cocorico. Broken Clock Cafe has filled the void. Delicious cakes and lovely service, in a minimal but welcoming setting. Coffee was excellent. I did see a gluten-free option, but given that it was in a fridge with the other non-gluten-free items it seems unlikely that would be suitable for Coeliacs. Didn't enquire further on this visit. For those who like cakes and don't have dietary requirements, highly recommended.
