Reviews of Little Bakers Glasgow
S. H.I ordered a “Two Wild” themed cake for my son’s birthday and sent pictures of how I wanted the cake to look. The ordering process was seamless and service outstanding. The cake was even better than I had imagined and requested. Even the people decorating the venue said how lovely the cake was even though they must have seen their fair share of cakes in their time!
Also, on the day of collection I called in morning to request the cake be ready earlier. They were even able to accommodate that kind of request at the last minute and had it ready 3 hours before initially scheduled. That made our life so much easier as we are not local to Glasgow.
I had a very bad experience the previous year with another baker (who I will not name) who did a hack job of my son’s first birthday cake and would not even take responsibility for their less than average work.
Additionally a little point to note, Little Bakers had accidentally undercharged me for some extras but when I offered to pay they said just leave it. What a difference to the previous experience. I was so humbled and would have insisted on paying but said we will be ordering more cakes soon as our family birthday season is coming up so we will work it out then.
Needless to say I cannot recommend Little Bakers Glasgow enough. From the manner of staff, to the service, to the actual product, everything was exceptional. You can trust them to deliver above and beyond your expectations. I hope they continue to grow and wish them all the best. A very very happy and grateful customer.
