I want to pop together a little message to personally thank the lady who works in Millie’s Cookies. We are so glad we got her name Megan. Working in customer service for now 13 years I appreciate exceptional customer service and it’s not often you find someone like Megan she did exactly that! She went above and beyond to ensure our cookies were perfect. Megan created two large cookies for us as we plan to do a gender reveal for our third baby. The cookies were more than we could have hoped For and I must admit they were perfectly created. I can tell Megan is very passionate about her work and customer service. We couldn’t thank her enough and we had to pop past with some flowers to show our appreciation! Thanks a million! Rachael & William xxx

Went to store looking for a Halloween cookie and was greeted by such a nice girl, she was very helpful and advised me on best products she would suggest for me. She guaranteed a time and standard of cookie and I was definitely not let down. Having never bought anything from Millies Cookies before I was pleasantly surprised in not only the taste, quality and design of the cookie but also the friendliness, attentiveness and overall enjoyable experience whilst at the store which was positively impacted by the staff on shift at the time. Could not recommend enough and will gladly definitely be back for some treats.

Arrived at store to find staff available to serve and very accommodating to my urgent circumstance, a co-worker from our Bristol office arrived for visit, unannounced, after finding, that day was her birthday, at lunch time, we decided to buy a gift, what better than a Millie's cookie to celebrate because you offer the personal touch and as our colleague loves her dog but it was at home, we asked staff if they could design a large cookie, thankfully they said they could, the design was amazing, your staff asked for ideas what our colleague likes, etc, when I showed picture of her with her dog, Jess, your employee, Lara asked I send to her phone the picture, do you know half an hour later, I arrived to find the large cookie all done with Happy Birthday, Mary with Jess and some balloons, the cookie was brilliant and Mary was overwhelmed with our gesture, thanks Lara, superb job, thanks Millie's for the tasty, great value product. Sorry the cookie didn't last long so no picture.

I preordered a giant personalised cookie for collection and Julie T who served me was wonderful. I wasn’t sure when the store closed so I called up before the collection and she was so helpful and lovely to speak to. On collection she was very friendly and again very helpful, she even have me some serving suggestions! She is an asset to Millie’s.

I was in the at Enoch store for a last minute Mother’s Day cookie and it would have been a 2 hour wait so I took the chance and went to the Buchanan galleries shop and the 2 girls were so helpful and even though I never got the cookie I originally wanted I walked away happy !

Really good cookies, ordered a milkshake with 2 cookies wasn’t the best made milkshake was disappointed but overall the cookies were really good.

Cookies are great but the selection of some of their other products (like the muffins and cupcakes) leaves a lot to be desired -- often there's only one or two remaining. I ordered a classic hot chocolate here and it came from a Cadbury's machine; it was not as good as the one I got from the St Enoch outlet which was actually prepared using steamed milk.
