P. H.In my opinion, two of the many desirables in life are a good baker and a good butcher. This definitely fulfils the need for a good baker - their products are fresh and delicious. Go early and be prepared to queue for a few minutes, they treat their customers as valued individuals, which takes a bit more time. However, why not take the opportunity to meet your fellow neighbours in the queue?
l. i.Amazing service, We ordered a large number of afternoon teas for community group and were amazed at amount of food. Everyone went home with a doggy bag. Freida couldn't have helped us anymore, herself and the team did fab considering the time we wanted it.
R. S.Very friendly staff. Cakes and bread are very good. The shop is usually busy as there is hot food, and they make up filled rolls or sandwiches on demand. So it's handy if you need a quick roll and sausage or whatever takes your fancy. Can be a bit of a wait sometimes but worth it.

M. Q.I used to go to this bakery as a boy - after school most days living elsewhere means I miss the Scotch Pies Bridies and Potato Scones. It’s still there which means it’s a testament in its own right. Must travel back home and get some treats soon!
