Cake replacement: I ordered from Top Tier Cake for my son’s 2nd Birthday. It came on time & cake looked beautiful as I wanted. The cake was cut on the next day of delivery as my son’s birthday was on Sunday. We didn’t find it as tasty as we expected & too much sugary. So I communicated with the Top Tier. Their customer service was fantastic. They suggested to return the remaining cake so that they can check it properly. We cut a very small portion of it so almost 80% of the cake was uneaten. After that they checked & found no problem in the cake. They assumed that the cake became very dry after in the freezer for a long time. They sent one replacement cake & that cake tasted ok. I gave 3 stars for their customer service.

We booked Top Tier Cakes to make our wedding cake and we’re so glad that we did. They created a Charles Rennie MacIntosh inspired cake which matched our venue at House for An Art Lover perfectly. Lots of people commented on how lovely the cake looked and we got some great photos during the cake cutting. There was very little left afterwards which tells you just how good it was. We went for vannila and lemon drizzle over two tiers and both were amazing. The cake was delivered to the venue without a hitch and they did all the coordination so we didn’t need to worry about it. Thanks so much Top Tier!

I ordered a cake for my husband’s 80th birthday on St Valentine’s Day. He is in a nursing home and visiting could not be allowed. We had a Skype call though and, thanks to the truly magnificent cake (and the staff, who are still raving about the cake) it was a really happy and special celebration in sad and difficult times. Top Tier made our wedding cake nearly 30 years ago and they are just as terrific now. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered cupcakes with a top tier cake for my wedding last month and they turned out amazing! The design was beautiful, elegant and fun. The cake tasted fantastic! The cake was light and fluffy, not dense or flaky. The frosting was the perfect texture and taste. Not overly sweet. The decorations were classy and tasteful. These cupcakes are some of the best I've ever tasted. I was also coordinating the wedding from abroad and the shop (Helen in particular) was really helpful and worked with me despite the time difference. I highly recommend Top Tier and will definitely use them for future events.

My mum and I ordered my sisters 21st Birthday cake from here. It was a tiered New York cake and it was absolutely brilliant. It had a Statue of Liberty made of sugar which I thought was really impressive. The colours and finish were great and the cakes tasted lovely. I am not a big cake eater but I must admit I helped myself to a few slices! Friends and family were all recommended. Thank you so much

Thank you the lovely cake the bakery made for us. The Charles Rennie Mackintosh cake decoration was perfect. The level of detail, time and attention paid to it was very impressive. The party was held at the Glasgow Art club and everyone who attended the event critiqued it and commented how tasty it was, which is the most important detail I suppose. An excellent cake with excellent customer service.

Ordered a cake with these guys for a joint birthday celebration. With us not living in Glasgow, all the designing and organising for the cake was done over the phone and via email. As we were travelling from Edinburgh, we needed the cake delivered to the restaurant we were eating at. Not only was the cake more than we had hoped for, it also tasted amazing - so much so we all had cake for breakfast!! It was delivered to the restaurant, packaged extremely well. Even had the candles in cake in case we forgot. Can not thank them enough, attention to detail and correspondence was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Hi there, I have tried calling and emailing but havent received a response as of yet! But saw a reply to a Google review so thought I'd give this a go. I had a look on your website and it said delivery was available and there was no alerts (that I could see) stating the bakery was closed. I ordered from here as I wanted a special cake for my daughters Holy Communion. It was my own take on a fairytale castle cake and my girl loved it. I basically phoned up and told them what I wanted and they knew exactly what i meant. Obviously a Holy communion is a special occasion in a young persons life and I wanted it perfect for my angel. I asked for lots of sparkle and glitter and that is exactly what I got. We had vanilla and chocolate as that is my girls favourite flavour. Both were delicious and there was more than enough cake for everyone. The detail was just what I wanted so I cant say enough of how pleased I was. People who attended were saying they would be ordering their cake from here so that speaks volumes of how good it was. Top marks from a very happy customer.
