We had to wait a while to taste Pam's delicious cakes as our daughter's wedding was postponed three times. The wedding finally took place on Sunday and Pam set up a beautiful top tier and cupcakes at the venue. The cupcakes were delicious and came in a choice of vanilla, chocolate, sticky toffee and lemon, all beautifully decorated. Pam is a friendly, professional and expert cake maker. Hope to find an excuse to use her again soon!

My company was celebrating its 75th anniversary and the cake was amazing. Most of out guests stopped to take a photo, as Pam had printed an edible company logo, on top of the cake and decorated it with handmade sugared swans, and geese to fit the theme of our party. Pam also made us gluten free cupcakes and vegan cupcakes, so everyone was happy. Pam herself was very professional and easy to work with. I will recommend Cotswold Cakes to anyone having a party or a business function.

From beginning to end Pam has been amazing! After meeting at a wedding fayre she kindly welcomed us into her home to taste her extraordinary cakes! In the end we settled for a 4 tier cake consisting of, red velvet, sticky toffee, lemon & choc and its safe to say the end product was beyond anything i could imagine! The cakes themselves tasted incredible and we recieved many compliments from our wedding guests, the finish on the cake was flawless, perfect in every single way, thank you so much Pam, you are so talented, and certainly fuelled our evening reception!

Pam made a 2-tiered cake for our Game of Thrones themed engagement party, as well as a vegan and gluten-free sheet cake. From the outset, Pam was extremely professional and patient with us. She was very attentive to our requests and was open to trying new, exotic flavours for the cakes. Her execution of the cake was immaculate, from the design through to all of the flavours. It surpassed our expectations and blew us and our guests away; all of our guests at the party couldn't stop talking about it! I would highly recommend Pam from Cotswold Cakes. The combination of her professionalism, baking and modelling skills, and attention to detail makes for a perfect bake!

I contacted Pam to make a lemon cake for a 60th Birthday. It was to be in the shape of a Jaguar I-Pace (a car) with a border collie lying in front of the car and a group of candles but not on the cake. Several photos of car and dog followed. I can only describe what Pam created as sheer genius. The precision of the car, even down to the type of wheels and likeness to our dog was exceptional. The candles rested on raised flower beds, the birthday message was on a green lawn and the car was parked on a cobbled street. A work of art at a very competitive price. After 6 days of looking at this masterpiece we started to eat it and it was so delicious. Moist, flavoursome and just tastily exquisite. If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank you so much Pam. You made this Birthday even more special.
