I have ordered my cheesecakes from Sweet Baby Cheezus for a long time now and I was more than happy to travel the 1 hour round trip to collect them as they are that delicious! But now Arrow Fresh are delivering them, I’m over the moon!I received my first order today and they were super fresh, just as if I had picked them up from the store myself. You have to try them to truly understand how delicious they are. And thank you Arrow Fresh for not just great service, but great communication throughout the delivery of my items. Already placed my order of these and other items for next week 😁

I recently received my first order from Arrow Fresh. I was amazed at the care taken in packing. I never saw such good work in packing an order, for anything! I really never usually reply back to give feedback (as a mum if a 3 month and 2 year old you don't really get "spare time"!) but on this occasion I had to. We ordered a hamper for my mother in law for mother's day and it was fantastic! I was so happy to find the Arrow Fresh site via Google and as soon as I saw the hamper and the choice of bits inside knew it would make the perfect gift. Lots of hampers we'd seen for afternoon tea had too much for a couple and needed them to be eaten within a few days. The selection in the Arrow Fresh hamper would allow them to enjoy the treats over at least 2 weeks. As elderly people don't have such huge appetites, that was an important factor for us. As soon as I placed the order, I received timely updates for delivery and on the day itself being able to track the driver and being given a time frame helped too. The hamper was delivered on time, in excellent condition and packed so beautifully- exactly the impact we wanted to make for my mother in law when she opened it. During these really hard times of separation we're having to use delivery services much more to mark our special occasions as we're in London and they are in Northumberland. Arrow Fresh would definitely be a service I'd use again for quality, choice and reliability. For reference we also ordered presents from M&S and despite paying more for nominated delivery, the parcel came late and the update and tracking via Hermes were rubbish. My sister in law ordered some candles via Amazon and had to cancel the order as they changed the delivery time once order was placed. So thanks to you all at Arrow Fresh for helping us make mothers day special!

I have been using Arrowfresh for a few months now and can’t fault the quality of produce. The standout for me is the customer service which is excellent. I placed an order yesterday and forgot to add something to my order, a call this morning and not only was it added to my order but I was expecting delivery tomorrow and was told it would be with me today! I’ve placed several orders with Arrow Fresh before reviewing. The quality of their products on offer is excellent as is the customer service provided. The one time they sent my order by courier instead of hand delivery, the parcel was damaged by the courier to the extent it was not deliverable. One email to Arrow Fresh and I received an almost instant email and call from Harry who arranged for a driver to complete my order immediately despite the 110 mile round trip involved! I originally put in an order with Arrow Fresh to be supportive of a new, local business, and it transpires they are as good, if not better, than everything the national supermarkets can do. Delivery is so fast - next day even if you order the night before, and yes, even in Covid times - efficient, nice staff who take away your boxes from the previous delivery. I mainly order two of the variety of veg and fruit boxes which are overflowing with a good variety of veg and fruit, which is of great quality, with a decent shelf life and good value. Fish is also a good buy - not cheap, but you get what you pay for. And it's always worth having a look at the deals of the day across the board, with large discounts. Forgotten a birthday? 'Posh' gifts also available! Love it. Definitely recommended.

I could not be more delighted with my delivery!! Helpful and friendly response to emails. Delivery on the day expected and early in the day. Exceptional quality fruit and vegetables (can't remember the last time I saw such lovely big baking potatoes and I couldn't resist eating some of the strawberries before they even made it to the fridge!). I've now had 2 deliveries from Arrow Fresh and am so impressed with them! I love that we can order from our favourite suppliers like Sykes House Farm and Bans Kitchen all in one place without paying any more than I would if I bought direct. The quality of the fresh produce has been excellent so far too. The availability of delivery slots is great and free delivery when spending over £25 makes them very appealing too as it means I don't need to order in bulk. The website is easy to use and everything arrives well packed and nice and cold. The only drawback I've found is that I can't amend my order once it's been placed, however with same/next day delivery available, this isn't a huge problem and definitely wouldn't put me off using them. I also like that I can earn points and get money off future orders. A great set up! Has been a godsend during lockdown and will definitely be continuing to use Arrow Fresh going forward.

Can’t recommend them enough. Produce is noticeably better than supermarket and costs no more once you factor in there free delivery. Easy to order and arrange delivery. Compared to supermarkets the delivery slots are a bit longer but currently not too much of a problem as nowhere to go! Some of the quantities are quite strangely fixed as well e.g. fresh fruit and veg which then comes individual but has to be bought in fixed quantities. Quality very good though and lots of variety.

first time i have ordered for myself and not my mum. and can not rate them highly enough. there was an item unavailable & they rang to say would I like a refund or something else. (the big supermarkets don't do that). when order arrived the driver was friendly and happy, good was packed very well in the bags, and the fish and meat in an insulated bag. Definitely going to be using more. oh & the replacements I got was the ferroroche cheese cake, all i can say was i didnt need anything else to eat, was in bliss

Really lovely company. Literally ordered Christmas from them and it was all delivered on time and of the highest quality. Consequently we have had two more orders from them. A couple of little blips but these are put right by staff who take the trouble to answer emails promptly and even telephone to check everything is alright. We do not live near Leeds in fact we are in Hastings but this does not deter them. I wish I could return the boxes to them which they use to pack our goods are they are so big and sturdy with cold packs and insulated papers. But our orders come by courier so not chance for this. However they will be handy for someone to use who is moving or even in the autumn to store our garden grown apples, pears and potatoes in. I would recommend this company highly and their dedicated staff.
