Rachael made us 200 "mini" cupcakes - salted caramel, chocolate, vanilla, lemon - for a birthday party and they were fabulous. Looked awesome and tasted even better. Highly recommended.

What a little gem. Rachael is a delight to deal with. The cake is absolutely amazing and jam packed full of chocolate orange segments, matchmakers and Lindor chocs, it was an 18th birthday near Christmas afterall. Thank you Rachael
