I love the cakes from this shop. I went to pick up a cake that I ordered online and I have nothing but good things to say. The Victoria sponge and red velvet has to be the best in my opinion. Worth the money. Well done to the staff on their service 😊 I had a great chat with bobby

I’ve been to the shop a few times already and their cakes are always impeccable; I’m never disappointed. It’s a clean and tidy shop. The cakes are freshly made with good variety to choose from. Also the customer service is always amazing. The guy that works there (Bobby) is always ready to help and answer all questions. Great staff & great business 🥇

First time user today. I purchased a slice the coconut supreme( Victoria sponge base) and I can honestly say it's got to be the tasting cake I've had for decades! The sponge was so lightweight and the cream filling was gorgeous. The lady who served me was very pleasant and friendly. The shop was very clean. I would highly recommend for all cake lovers. Definitely be going back for another buy soon. 😋😋

Was slightly disappointed when i had done a click and collect but then got a call to say my original message on the cake would not be honoured. (Apparently they don't allow swear words on their cakes! Don't get why not?!) Anyhow, the cake was delicious and ready to collect right on time. The entire team at work loved it. Need some slightly better English speaking staff to handle calls as I had to repeat the instructions 4 times and even then the cake was incorrect and read "good luck solks" and not "folks"! (Some clever editing by myself soon fixed that.)

Another wonderfully delicious cake from Cake Box! They made this cake for my daughter's 6th birthday and the friendly and helpful staff went the extra mile to match the icing/flowers to the colour of Belle's dress in the photo. We had so many lovely comments about the cake (on how it looked and tasted!) that I just wanted to say a huge thanks to you all for adding an extra bit of sparkle to Priya's birthday :)

My niece party was about to begin (with a beautiful cake from Cake Box). My cat jumped onto the box and squashed the writing on the cake!!!!! The staff dropped everything to repair the cake and didn't even charge for doing it! And the cake was absolutely delicious. Light and creamy. I have to admit I ate a lot more of it than I should! 110% recommended!!!!!!

A great selection of cakes, cake slices and cup cakes. You can pre order cakes for special occasions or get one on the day! All cakes are Egg free. You can buy cake slices if you fancy trying different the different varieties. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a visit. Yum what's not to like?

Not as good as it used to be! I'm not sure if this shop is under new ownership but the whole experience is now a bit shoddy. I went in to order a cake & asked for a chocolate flavoured icing. After much umming and aahing I was told they would provide this. However when I picked the cake and ate it, the icing was not chocolate flavoured at all. They had used cheap powdery chocolate drink to make it look chocolatey, but the taste was awful 😭 I doubt I'll be back.
