A. S.I have now made 2 purchases from this company ordering a box of various sponge cakes on both occasions as a family gift.
The service and delivery has on each occasion been swift and efficient. The recipients say the sponge cakes are moist, flavoursome and have a long shelf life.
I requested one of the cakes to be substituted each time and Craig ensured this happened on the first occasion. On the 2nd, this unfortunately didn't happen as Craig was on leave but he quickly rectified the situation on his return to work.
I am very impressed with the company and their customer service.

S.Ordered the 12 xmas cakes from qvc on the 4 December 2019 still not arrived told by qvc they may come or not that's not good enough as a supplier you should make sure these items are sent in time for Christmas these cakes are still on the qvc website as being in stock I would think twice about ordering again I wanted them for christmas hamper gifts
I would just like to edit my comment above I have received these cakes this morning and we have tried the fruit and half of the chocolate ginger cake and they are delicious so I would like to apologise and would like to thank the cake company for these cakes .they are small but you can easily get 3 slices out of them or 4 because of the quality will buy again and try their other cakes next time they on qvc
