E. I.My experience of choosing, designing and tasting our wedding cake was perfect from start to finish with Lizzie. Her cakes are utter perfection and she is the most professional individual- knowing exactly what she is doing with years upon years of experience. Her cakes speak for themselves- and you can see how talented she is from her instagram. And the best bit - they taste even better - so many people came round to get extra cake after our wedding because they had enjoyed it so much!! Couldn’t recommend her enough.
A. W.The first word that comes to mind is wow!! We asked for a 4 tier gluten free wedding cake, each with different flavoured tiers with cascading sugar flowers and Lizzie delivered!!
Our cake was absolutely amazing and exceeded any expectations we had!! It was just so breathtakingly beautiful, not to mention, absolutely delicious! Lizzie even made us a little icing shaped dog (which looked just like our puppy) on the back of the cake, which was the cutest feature!!

B. R.We were beyond impressed with our cake by Lizzie! First of all it looked superb, really classy and elegant, and most of all it tasted amazing. We chose three tiers of lime and coconut because the flavour was so good we didn't want anyone to miss out!
From start to finish the process was brilliant. The consultation took place in Lizzie's wonderful garden room, and there was no fuss or issue with delivering the cake and stand to us, we just let it all happen and enjoyed the cake on our big day!
Thanks so much Lizzie, you really listened to everything we asked for and made it so easy. Once again - the cake was GORGEOUS! Glad to say I still have a bit left over now!

L. B.I found Elizabeth Harris Cakes on Instagram when looking for our Wedding Cake. I was in absolute awe of the cakes she made and couldn’t believe that the decorative flowers were made from sugar. We arranged a consultation and Lizzie was amazing from start to finish. She is the most friendly, approachable and talented person you could meet. I showed her pictures of the cakes I liked, we discussed colours and flowers and she came up with the most incredible design sketch. I trusted her from that moment. She also relieved some of the wedding admin (which most brides know can take over) and worked the behind the scenes discussing flowers with our florist and arranging for the cake to be delivered and set up in the venue.
The cake looked incredible, it was a true work of art and a complete showstopper. Better than we could have ever imagined. The flowers were so intricate and delicate and looked better than the real things. Our guests couldn’t believe the 4 tiers were actually all cake!
To top it all off I could honestly say it’s the best cake we have ever tasted (in particular the champagne vanilla and the coffee and mocha). I would highly recommend Elizabeth Harris Cakes to anyone looking for the perfect wedding cake!
