We hired Almond Valley Cakes to make our cake for our wedding in June 2022. Nikki was so easy to communicate with when organizing our day. There was a great choice of flavour combinations and we loved being able to get samples of them before choosing what to go for. The cake tasted amazing!! We would highly recommend Almond Valley Cakes if you are looking for a cake for a special occasion.

Nikki has lovingly designed lots of celebration cakes for us over the years and every one has been a triumph. Not only do they look very bespoke and personalised, they taste amazing. Before Nikki went into business we had cakes made by others which always looked good but weren't that tasty. Nikki spends time to understand the person the cake is for and designs a unique cake to meet the brief. She cares passionately for her craft and is so easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Almond Valley Cakes for all your celebration cakes. Oh and the cup cakes are delicious too.

I have used Nikki twice now, once for cupcakes for a baby shower and more recently for a cake for my husbands 50th birthday. Both were of excellent quality. For my husbands cake I wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but after telling Nikki what my husbands interests were she was able to pull something amazingly creative together. Cakes designed by Nikki are absolutely amazing. The attention to detail is outstanding and I don't think there is anything that she can't design with icing and put on a cake. I have had both a 40th and 18th cakes designed that were nothing short of stunning!! Didn't want to cut into such masterpieces but glad we did as the cakes did not disappoint in taste. I would highly recommend Nikki for that special cake for birthdays, weddings and for special occasions. Nikki has also designed cupcakes for special occasions and again, her attention to detail has been nothing short of phenomenal. I would highly recommend Nikki at Almond Valley Cakes.
