Excellent trainers, very informative, well thought out and structured course. Enjoyed every minute of the three day first aid at work course. Honestly I think more people should be trained.

I completed a first aid course there. Very well presented and engaging. Good documentation and demonstrations, particularly CPR. I would go back to renew my first aid certificate after three years.

Tired and run down facilities.
However free drinks hot and cold, and all kinds of great training given, staff are professional, smartly dressed and a lot of fun. It truly felt like 3 days off work.
Happy days. And I got my qualification.

I went to do a infant and child first aid course, well worth the effort to do as a first time parent, the staff were excellent and the training was professional and our trainers were great, the subject were broken down and we were taken through step by step and calmly shown what to do. Excellent course on a tough subject

Completed my "First Aid at work" course here, very friendly staff/teachers.
Nice learning environment, and big space to "break out" in with free tea, coffee, hot chocolate and soop. 😃

I recently visited this place to attend a first aid course! The British Red Cross have a variety of courses to cater for relevant credentials. The space has a number of rooms and a big breakout area.

Such a great venue. Lovely building. Staff seemed a bit lost. Could do with a little more professionalism.
