I went to this store to collect my cake order. I went in to collect before my pick up time and Aisha had it ready for me. The customer service was amazing and that’s why I give this a 5 star rating. Each time I come to this branch I get perfect orders. I have been to other branches and it is not the same at all! This is partially because of the service I received from Aisha. She puts all her effort to provide the best for customers and I’ve had negative experience in other cake box branches multiple times. Each time I take a cake from the bow branch, for friends, family or colleagues, they are always complimenting the cake & saying they have had cake box cake but this one tastes fresh and much better than what they’ve had. I would definitely recommend to go to this branch and I pick this branch over the others.

Very good experience, staff are so friendly and very helpful we was very stressed about what cake to get as we was having a leaving party at work. But the workers here was so helpful and Solved out problem. Really recommend this Roman Road Cake box. Is an amazing experience especially Aisha she was such a big help and customer service was really good. 😊

EDIT: So after putting my review on I was contacted by Kate box who I can honestly say went out of their way to rectify the situation and after this I would actually give cake box a really good rating for the customer service. I actually did go out of their way and I felt that they cared about delivering good service. If you have had problems with any cake purchased from here I would say contact them to try and rectify the situation. I ordered a red velvet cake which I picked up at 12 however it was very dry and stale and there was no cream cheese as stated on the website, instead there was just cream topping. I also ordered two inflatable balloons and one of the balloons the air had gone out with in in one hour. I'm very disappointed I paid a lot of money for these and the guests at my party didn't like the cake either so we have all left with a very bad impression of cake box in bow, none of my guests all myself would be ordering from cake box in both again and you have earned yourself a very poor reputation.

I don’t want to give you a low rating as I don’t want to ruin your ratings, however I am very disappointed that your staff were not competent enough to write my message on my order. My message was “People only rain on your parade because they are jealous of your sun and tired of their shade” If this was not possible then I should have been informed before hand rather then the last minute. This is poor customer service. Next time I will buy from another EGGFREE shop as there are many out there with better reviews. The second mistake your staff made getting my colours mixed up. A five year old can tell the difference between GREY and PURPLE colour.
