Z. A.4 star for the service they have provided last Saturday. We completely forgot to pick up my bros engagement cake. Went to the shop at 8 but the cleaning lady said everyone went home. When we e-mailed a staff got back to us straightway and said she will come from home and give us the cake. Ever so grateful to her. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
As for the cake, the taste was good but the cake we ordered was white with gold flowers but the color we got was a very weird rusty color flower.

They do many tasty products like tea cakes and muffins - gosh I do not know how the girls who work here stay so slim! Always receive wonderful customer service, they’re always super helpful and friendly! Cannot rave enough about this place! Keep up the good work!

No one likes queuing but when you get inside you can see why there is a queue, and that the staff take care to observe distance/protection. Their cakes have me salivating. M. R. H. R.I think this is the best place the order your birthday or other party cake. Their cake is just amazing. I ordered lots of times from them and finally ordered a very big birthday cake for my little son. Everyone liked it. They didn’t disappoint me.
Their price is moderate compared to the taste. Customer service is good. Remember, it’s small store so it’s better to keep some extra time to choose your cake. You can place the order through online.

J.I've used them 3 or 4 times and they are brilliant. The store gets busy because it's really good and there is no queue system in place, so it's a bit like a market (prepare yourself). the quality of the cake is good for the price and convenience that is offered. Don't be put off by the negative reviews, some people only review to complain never to complement. If you are very particular or a straight up fuss-pot then go to Harrods, but for us mere mortals, Cake Box is great.
