This particular Cake Box is my family's favourite because they really take care of the quality of the cake! Always fresh, nice and tasty! The shop itself is super clean which says a lot of the whole picture of the shop!

We had to place a rather last minute cake order for my niece/Goddaughter’s baptism. Not only was the cake made ready by the following day for collection, but we couldn’t have been more happy with the quality and design of the cake. The team at the bakery were extremely helpful, taking the time to even advise on care of the cake while it was transported from bakery to venue (I drove so carefully, you’d think I had the little bundle of joy on board 😁). I really now wish there had been time to take pictures of the cake to share. The cake itself couldn’t have been more appetising or tastier, as we struggled to save just about a quarter of the cake for the parents to take home, with all the requests being made for a slice or two. Forgive the pun but the cake proved to be the “proverbial icing on the cake” for my niece’s/Goddaughter’s baptism. She and all the family, friends and guests thank you immensely for your wonderful service 😊🤗

I have never had a cake from this store before and when I got there the staff were very happy to help me and smiling the whole time I was there. The store was very clean and had a large variety of cakes on display. I didn't know what cake I wanted so was there for some time and staff didn't rush me and asked other staff to come out from the back to help other customers. Definitely reccommend Cake Box Harlesden

Really happy that they opened a cake shop in Harlesden. It is a franchise, but cakes are made in the shop. The one I bought was good and not too sugary. We will try more in the future.
