A huge thank you to Sophie for creating such phenomenal cakes for my birthday. Firstly, I am so grateful to her for squeezing me in when she could have said no (I was let down by another baker at the last minute). The speed with which everything was discussed and agreed was incredible, given the available time and most importantly, the cakes were so beautiful and absolutely delicious. Sophie is a total star and I would have no hesitation recommending her!

Sophie made 12 beautiful dairy and gluten-free cupcakes for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. They tasted amazing - no-one could tell that they were free-from. I really wanted to get something special for my daughter this year as last year for her first birthday, I couldn’t get a cake for her at all as it was back in the first lockdown when there were no eggs or any type of flour available. Sophie’s cakes were just perfect. She helped me refine the design and sent lots of examples to demonstrate. She also fit my order in just as she was about to move house by making the cakes ahead of time and freezing them. We collected them frozen and allowed them to defrost at home with no issue at all. We will be using Sophie for our family cakes as she is so flexible to work with and can accommodate our family’s dietary restrictions without compromising on taste. Thank you, Sophie!

We ordered the most gorgeous cake based on a photograph I had seen online, for our son’s birthday. We obtained Sophie’s details from a friend who previously placed an order through her. We were incredibly happy with the result and Sophie takes her time to look Into details, prompt you respond to emails and It is so helpful and exciting to see how passionate she is about her work. Highly recommend Sophie for all your cake making. She has just made us the most perfect chocolate cake with with salted caramel buttercream cake for my son's 4th birthday. Just to say these “succulents and cactus cupcakes” were amazing. Not only did they look so original (I have not seen any other cake-maker attempt these) and professional, the cupcake sponge was light and the three flavours (Vanilla, chocolate and red velvet) were all delicious. The service was prompt and the baker called to give me an update on time for collection. Good value for money. A talented baker. The grown-up birthday girl loved the surprise! Thank you very much. So thrilled with the two cakes that we have had made by Cake for Breakfast. They were exactly what we asked for and honestly the highlight of the party for my son’s friends.
