w.We were recommend here by a family friend for cakes years ago which we did purchase many over that time but not so much over the last few years for one reason of another.
We wanted to purchase a birthday cake for our little one locally which wasn't like the standard heavy base type but more of the oriental base style and decided to get one from here.
The cake was very good for the price we paid and would order from here again if needed.
Getting here, we'd recommend a car but if you're using public transport, South Crescent Business Centre (Stop H), North Crescent Business Centre (Stop J) via 323 or Star Lane via Docklands Light Railway is closest.

A. R.I rang to order a birthday cake for about 20 people the day before I needed it. I was advised what size and asked what message I'd like piped on it. I was asked what time I'd like it the next day. It was ready on time, it was beautiful and so reasonable. Better still it tasted fantastic, fed about 25 and got amazing comments from everyone attending. I cant recommend them highly enough and cant wait to use them again.

D. B.I recommend trying the Tiramisu and the Banoffi Pie. In the first dessert, the tasty biscuits are carefully soaked in marsala wine and the cake is filled with coffee flavoured mousse. The cocoa powder creates perfect final touch.
About the Banoffi Pie I like the rich flavour of bananas a lot. Moreover, on the top of each piece you can find many chocolate flakes.
The creations of City Cakes deserve your attention. The price of each item is normal. I guess everyone can afford the tasty pastries and enjoy them bite by bite.
M. D.I'm a big fan of the classic fruit cheesecake. When you have a bit, the feeling is quite good. Like a celebration for your senses, you won't stop yourself and you will continue eating. This happens to me so often that I'm afraid not to gain some weight. I want to be prepared for the summer, but not with additional kilos. The next thing that I will order, when I am there will be the tasty Amaretto Cheesecake Gateau.
