M. Z.Big variety of goods freshly baked however it did not seem very clean , it is like it's been there from another century the hole shops consent. I liked the fact that they charge the bags it makes you be more responsible if you buy from them constantly but the fact that you have to buy more than 5£ to pay by card it's silly .. I would recommend their almond croissant and their cookies as breakfast if you want to pumper yourself
B. L.Customer service is good. The Belgium buns are unique they have a soft spongy layer to them that I have never tasted or experienced before. The banana cake did not taste like banana cake. The kids enjoyed there cupcakes.

They have also accommodated me when i have ordered fresh cream cake late in the day for the next day even though you are suppose to order fries cream cakes i. the mornings .
They are open long hours and everyday do it s convenient for everyone.

S. J. H.You must try their fruit cakes. They also provide egg less cakes. Large variety of freshly made home sandwiches too. I ordered a 1.5 meter long cake for the school party and it was done in an amazing style. Everyone loved it and most were shocked to see it in real. The quality of their cakes has only improved over the years.

I. A.We usually order the eggless fresh cream cakes with fresh fruit. The 8" cake is around £26 and quality is very good. We've had good service every time and the staff are pleasant. This place has been around for a long time and has defied the demise of small independant local bakers. I hope they keep going!

Some staff members, most notably the younger staff, are irritatingly unhelpful and sullen. Not a language problem as I've heard them speak perfectly accented English. Just terrible attitudes for the line of work. Will make a point of tipping the two members of staff that provide excellent service and advice.

It was my son's first birthday so I needed a special cake. Edwards were highly recommended to me so I contacted the bakery giving them approx 24hrs notice. And wow.... they created a tasty and beautifully decorated cake. Both the adults and children who attended were very happy. Keep up the amazing work Edwards.

B.Honestly this place is over rated and not as popular as it used to be. They have decent sandwich/snack options (hot and cold) but their pastries are nothing special and most are dry.

N. M.I recently ordered a birthday cake from this bakery. I asked to see a 10 inch cake and was told the price was £44. I said this was a bit costly. What I expected next was the staff member to say 'we can do an 8 inch cake for £27' - which is on their price list. But the price list wasn't shown to me. If it was - I could have made an informed decision. They aren't very helpful or cheerful either.

E. W.They bake all of them fresh and they come out with fresh bread every 10-15 mins. where they all yell "FRESH BREAD". My all time favorite is their Milk Pudding which is like custard bun. Its so creamy and soft and even after several days in your refrigerator, they're still so good and soft. So, after tasting and sharing our first milk pudding, I went back right away to get 4 more for myself.

They have an even larger selection of cakes and pastries. I recommend the apple or jam donuts YUM.
They also serve hot and cold drinks and some hot food.
S. B.I love a good chocolate cake every now and then and this is the place I always have it. If only I could eat this piece of heaven every day :) The way that chocolate melts in my mouth is so… indescribable. Recommended Edwards Bakery to all of my friends and they love it!

The staff is ok but not very talkative and the prices per slice of cake are a bit expensive for the area their being selled on , Willesden is not Maida Vale or Belgravia, I think that the price per slice should be reduced to a more realistic level. This Bakery is the best one in the area , I've looked hard to find something with such a good quality items .
