Bought a fresh cream cake and a cheesecake. Really loved the beautiful design and gorgeous cake. Staff were really helpful and was nice to see retail staff with a smile on their face. Well excited to try more!

Another one ordered. This is the second Cake Box we've been to physically and it's pretty much the same as the other. Ordering wasn't hard, pretty much all done online via their website but you could call one of their stores for more information. From the handful of cakes we've bought from this franchise, it's always been nice, nothing bad can be said. Staff were nice, got the job done. Recommended.

The cake was ready on time. It was delicious. No complaints Easy payment and hand off.

I have ordered princess photo cupcakes for my daughter on daughter's day. I find the bread of cupcakes bit dry they were not as soft as they were meant to be otherwise the cupcakes that I received looks same as in the pic.

The staff at Canning Town did a great job for my daughter 's first cake!! I made a mispelling on the order online form but at collection the staff was able to fix it. The cake was delicious and the decoration lovely, we've received many compliments! Thanks again

Went to Cake Box Canning Town for the first time today, I only live around the corner but usually go to Green Street (which is also fab). The staff were soooo lovely and their display was stunning. I went to order a cake for my daughter (who is still obsessed with Frozen) so she lost her mind when she saw one on display. I wouldn't go to another cake shop ever again!

Amazing tasting cake, affordable prices and the nicest staff ever! Loved the atmosphere of the shop and my little brother who’s really fussy with cakes couldn’t stop from asking to have another slice. I’ve already ordered his birthday cake and am excited to see the design. I also like the fact that it’s eggless, just an added plus. Defo going to recommend to my family. 😁

The birthday cake we ordered here was absolutely amazing. We ordered a very last minute birthday cake with sponge cake and vanilla buttercream frosting with berries and it was perfect. I would highly recommend their cakes and services.
