Stopped at Etna Coffee this afternoon to have a break and get some snacks. The staff was so kind and lovely to chat with. The filled cannoli and croissant were so tasty with reasonable price. Definitely recommend giving them a visit!

One of the few authentic places on a street dominated by chains. Independent Sicilian coffee and deli. They will fill cannoli on the spot for you which should be on anybody’s bucket list in my opinion. They’ll also prepare arancini there and then, again a must try. We had spinach, mushroom and truffle, and aubergine fillings. The latter being our favourite but all three absolutely incredibly tasty. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. In a nutshell a must go place if you are in the area!

Stopped by while I am walking around, the streets sign standing there are really attractive to pay an attention 😍 the staff is very friendly. The store sell a siciliano street food. I had a fried Cannolo filled with custard cream and topped with chocolate chips 🍫 .. they had different fillings like chocolate, pistachio and ricotta and also a range of toppings like nuts, pistachio, chocolate you can choose what ever you wished to eat.

The Etnacoffee is situated at 5 minutes walk from the Baker Street tube station (Jubilee and Bakerloo lines). They serve amazing homemade sicilian street food; generous portions and honest prices. The shop got some indoor/outdoor tables, enough seats for a such small shop like that. The staff is very gently and the service is quick and efficient. I had a ricotta and pistachios cannolo with 4 ragù arancini and 2 pistachios croissants: all super tasty and fresh. Super recommend!!!

Tried Sicilian snacks for the first time at this nice unpretentious joint with a few little tables on the pavement for people-watching. The staff is chill. My husband and I shared a small pistachio cannoli and large guanciale pinsa, and I had a small ginger latte. I may not have a point of reference for these, but they were all super fresh and super tasty. Cannoli was crunchy and creamy. Pinsa was amazing (I took home a few pieces, reheated in the oven and it was just like new). The latte didn’t really have a noticeable ginger flavour but I didn’t care, as it was still incredibly fragrant and aromatic, heavenly on a slightly chilly day. Should’ve gotten a large everything instead of small! Will be revisiting for sure, can’t wait to try everything else. The tarts look really good (lemon, Nutella or pistachio). Also it was discounted under the Eat Out to Help Out scheme on a Wednesday! We didn’t visit specifically to use the discount, but it was nice to have :)

I visited this venue for lunch in early February 2022. It is wonderfully located within walking distance of Oxford Street. This place is a 100% Sicilian experience. This cafeteria is very clean, well laid out with seating indoors and outdoors - nicely decorated with Sicilian products as well as a display of historical and cultural pieces. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional - Filippo brilliantly attended to us throughout. If you are after 'Sicilian street food' - as the shop sign shows - or want to try something new, then this is the place to come. Firstly, the cappuccino was first class - excellent taste and beautifully presented with nice cutlery. Then the Cannoli. This is legendary - the texture and taste of the crust (waffle of fried dough) is awesome as is the fresh ricotta cheese filling (traditional) with chocolate and pistachio. I cannot emphasize enough how heavenly the Cannoli tastes here. I believe Filippo when he says that they make the best Cannoli in Europe - so by definition, in the whole world. I then had bacon and pistachio arancini - rice balls coated with bread crumbs and deep fried with filling of cheese etc - they had a beautiful texture, smell and taste. They are also very filling. The bill was very reasonable given the high quality of food, fabulous service and the brilliant atmosphere of the venue. If you are after a fabulous traditional Sicilian food experience, then I strongly recommend you visit this venue. I plan to return when I am next in the area. Thank you Filippo and the team.

Cozy Italian cafe that serves food from Sicily region! Friendly and even during Covid time, service is always on point! I have to be honest that they have the tastiest arancini and cannoli in the whole London! And it's not easy at all to find good stuff when you are far away from Italy! Totally recommended :D

The 5 Google STARS ARENT ENOUGH!! They deserve them all as very few in London.. Go for a quick street food lunch, GO NO MATTER WHY : from their "Arancini" to the big "Cannoli" pastry.. and their BRONTELLA.. all with the well known IGP Italian Pistachios from Bronte, YOU HAVE TO TRY THEIR PASTRIES!! Had not visited in a while and crossed London today only to notice that quality and selection has gone down and prices have gone up. It may be decent food or a novelty for other Italians or foreigners but for a Catanese is definitely below standards. I doubt I'll be back very soon unless the Sicilian food cravings get really bad.

Went in just for espresso and a flat white. Both coffees were very good and the service was also very good. The food on offer looked delicious. Unfortunately too full to try but did see regulars coming in picking up their favourites - always a good sign!

Really good pizza by the slice. For instance, you can really taste the richness of the tomato sauce in the pizza. Now think about it , its not often you can taste that in these bland and more expensive pizza places.
