Fabrique which was originally from Stockholm is one of our favorite bakeries in NYC. London is another & only city with their branches. We were so excited to see what we are familiar in a foreign country. The decor is similar to the one in New York, which is simple and bright with cozy ambiance. The pastry options they served were a little different but the signature Cinnamon Roll and baguette are still available. We had a Almond Croissant and it was so delicious & fresh.

Was pleasantly surprised to come across this fabrique as I was a huge fan of the one in New York’s Chelsea/WV area!! I popped in for a cardamom bun, which was tasty (but didn’t actually taste that fresh to be honest)! I didn’t get a chance to try the coffee but maybe next time! The staff member working was really sweet and friendly!

Sunday Morning After the Saturday Evening… Sweet Carbs and Coffee much needed. This little cafe was a welcome site. Staff member was very pleasant. Patience is required as she’s on her own. Very popular when we were there. Almond knotted bun was a little dense but very tasty none the less. Coffee (flat white) was creamy with just enough nutty tones to complement the bun well. Nice little find, so much so I’ll be sure to look out for the others around town.

Nice staff, bun was ok(6+ out of 10) from the taste you can tell that they use good quality products. However, I had bigger expectations as the shop looks amazing and the prices are slightly higher than normal. New walnut bun is a class👌

Was so excited to be able to visit Fabrique after having a swedish cardamom bun elsewhere. I visited the High Holborn branch. For 3pm on a Friday afternoon, it was quite busy. I was in the queue for a while and more people joined behind. When I left there were people outside. Clearly, a testimony to their popularity. I got cardamom, cinnamon and a walnut bun. The buns were excellent of course. However, the customer service was not good. As a teacher of Business Studies, the server did everything she should not have. I will take my custom to a different branch as despite spending £12 on buns, the server really could not be bothered. Maybe she was having a bad day but with Paul's bakery literally around the corner, complacency never retained custom.

I heard they serve outstanding quality breads and buns. So I paid a visit at around 10am on the day. Unfortunately, the bun I had was barely warm. So the entire experience was like having an overnight bun with sugar on top. Might visit again earlier in the day to try my luck. Bottom line, AVOID their coffee. I’ve had worse but the flat white I had there was pricy, plain, and pale in flavour.

Very tasty! Everything feel very tasty and very fresh. We ordered two cappuccino one cinnamon buns and one cardamom buns. The place are very clean and nice vibe Recommend to go there for coffee and cinnamon buns. The staff are nice and kind. The best time to go there is early in the morning

Nice place for a quick coffee. The buns were tasty, tried both the cinnamon and cardamom and they get a thumbs up from me! Good texture and tasty. Flat white was really good. The breads looked amazing but I didn't have opportunity to try them out - maybe next time!

Fabrique bakery is one of my favorite bakeries in London. Their cardamom buns and their vanilla buns are some of my favorite things to order. Their levain bread and their coffee is also delicious. The atmosphere in the cafe is really cute.

Bread is amazing. Sourdough and walnut and baguette. They keep well too if you wrapped them properly. Sandwiches are large, yummy and dear. £7/each. Croissant and buns are amazing. But SO pricey it's almost offensive. The worst being the finger brownie for £3.00....really? Packed morning and lunch time so best to know what you want before entering.

One of their smaller branches but in a really handy location. Staff were friendly and the food offering was great as usual. The Pain Levain has to be one of the best breads you can buy in London. And the cinnamon/cardamom buns are just wonderful

The cinnamon bun was amazing looking but not gooey and sweet like an American one. Different and I’m not sure I preferred this style. I have to go back and try their cardamon ones! My partner’s blueberry thing was ‘a bit bready’. Matter of taste maybe? Certainly very popular.

Cute little place behind Holborn station. Aside from several types of bread (elaborated on-site) they offer some sandwiches and two anise-infused buns: one with cardamom and one with cinamon (both amazing). Perfect for a quick snack or breakfast.

I tried Fabrique in Sweden and it’s just as good here. Plenty of buns on a Saturday afternoon but it’s not cheap - hence the 4 stars: £3 for a cardamom or cinnamon bun, £2.50 for coffee or hot chocolate. They have oat milk so I guess they can personnalise the drinks. Not a real cafe but a more a bakery with seating - no toilets. The buns really taste like cinnamon or cardamom not just sugar so would definitely come back.

My favorite place to buy bread (white sourdough although the mixed rye/wheat sourdough isn’t bad either). My fiancé loves their cardamom buns. I much prefer the vanilla buns. I just wish they would invest in a bread slicer!

A small shop with cardamom buns to die for - a lovely and inviting atmosphere. It was my first time here and the woman behind the till was pleasant and lovely. The only thing stopping me from giving a full 5 stars is I do think £3 for a single bun - takeaway - is nothing short of extortionate - especially since I wasn't even sitting in. I wanted to bring home around 6 for my family but the thought of spending nearly £20 on a few buns was way too expensive. At the very least, they should do a discount for half a dozen or dozen. I think £2.30-2.50 is a fair price for takeaway and maybe £2.70-2.80 for eating in. Otherwise, all delicious.

Had my first Fabrique In Stockholm and loved it, so had to come and try it in London! Absolutely lived up to the excitement. Cardamom bun is just AGHH GET IN MY MOUTH! Delicious coffee and the staff working today (6/9/19) were super friendly. Think this is my new regular!

Fantastic coffee, but your staff takes an awful amount of time to serve me a takeaway cappuccino; I wait around 10-13 minutes, while your neighbor Pret serves it - no matter how large is the queue - in 1-3 minutes. I am normally in a hurry to get to work and 10 minutes is a lot to wait. Otherwise, the coffee is absolutely amazing 😍

I just had a take-away lunch here. On the plus side, the sandwich was huge and very generously filled. I have never tried jackfruit before so was excited to try something new. I ordered a saffron bun as well and an apple juice. The service was fine – efficient and friendly. My two main gripes would be 1) at £13 all in I would expect every element of the meal to be delicious. And 2) it wasn’t. It wasn’t bad, just OK. The sandwich was a bit less pleasurable than, say, a Pret sandwich. The bun wasn’t very nice – sticky and a bit doughy and a bit of an odd soapy taste (maybe that’s just what saffron tastes like). When I got back to the office I was traumatised by everyone laughing at how much I had paid for my lunch.

My bf bought some bread,( walnut role )and a couple of pastries ( cinnamon and vanilla ) today to try at home as there were some wow reviews .... l give 3 star mainly for the bread which was really nice...however the pastries were nothing special; considering it is not cheap l dont think it is worth the money at all ... so l would be happy just to buy some bread here ...
