Reviews of Fabrique Bakery Hoxton
C. P.
Absolutely delicious buns and bread. Make sure you try the walnut one, it’s heavenly!! Bread is also 🔝
A. Q.
The buns are amazing! The scent of cinamon fills the entire streets, beckoning me towards Fabrique. Why were the Sirens singing? They should have been using these!
R. D.
Perfect coffee and delicious cardamon bun. Great little place tucked away under the arches, with some seats inside looking into the working bakery. Great!
H. P.
I did take away and had it home. Cinamon bun was nice and it was 3 pounds. I went there around 4, and I think I'll try later in the morning when it's fresh :)
V. K.
This place is simply heaven on Earth for cinnamon buns... Take one, and another one, and another one... And share this tip with all your friends!!! If I was living in London, I'd be coming back here every single weekend!!! I really enjoyed the coffee too and the little terrace in front of the place is just pure perfection! Such a cute little gem! Out of all the Fabrique locations, I'd really suggest you to stop by this one, since it's quite hidden away and has a really chill vibe ✨
C. C.
Best place for a taste of Sweden. Cardamoms buns and cinnamon buns are so delicious.
S. C.
A perfect hidden bakery under the Overground. I recommend the blueberry buns, doubt you've had anything like it before. Baked just right. Grab one and pair it with a flat white on a chilly day.
A. B.
Great place next to Hoxton overground station to have a coffee and croissant. Would highly recommend the saffron croissant - a unique bake I have not seen anywhere else.
A.
This bakery is a hidden gem with super friendly staff! I never had such amazing buns before!! I tried the cinnamon, cardamom and blueberry ones, and all three are highly recommended.
A. S.
Great fresh bakery who offer nice breakfast sandwiches for £3.50, they sell out normally before 11 so be quick! Amazing cardamom buns, vanilla buns and cinnamon buns along with a great selection of freshly baked breads. Lovely staff too!! Always a nice afternoon treat
C. R.
My regular café for coffee and cardamom buns. Their breads are amazing and I almost always have their sourdough in my kitchen!
J. F.
Fabrique = fabu! Great Swedish pastries, including cardamon buns and semla (almond and whipped cream buns).
A. T.
Very very delicious cinnamon and cardamon buns. Oat milk for coffees.
Only slight criticism is the wait time. There was a large queue out the door and only one woman serving buns, taking payments and doing coffee.
J. G.
As far as I can tell, most local coffee shops actually get their baked goods from Fabrique. They look identical in most of the neighbouring spots. However, the difference is that Fabrique has the freshest stuff. So good.
A. J.
The most unbelievable bread, but very expensive. Buns are perfect. Much impersonated, go for an original cinnamon or cardamon bun here. Leavain loaf toasts beautifully. Delicious and offensively expensive. But such is East London now.
I. G.
Definitely stop for a pastry. Cinnamon bun was exceptional. Forego their ice tea selection; very mild in taste. Cafe nested away and very quiet, space for bikes and dogs alike.
E. M.
Walnut loaf is highly recommended! Goes well with a poached egg on top. Flat white coffee is also a must. Lovely staff too.
T. W.
Love love love this artisan bakery where you can see the baked goods being prepared while you enjoy a well made coffee and cardamon bun.
A.
Got there a little after 5pm and they were running very low on food, so I do recommend going early enough during the day. I managed to grab a super tasty sticky cardamom bun. The location is great too, in a very quiet street and with an outside seating area
Y. X. Y.
Amazing rye bread, I'm obsessed! Super tasty buns too - having tried the cardamom, cinnamon and blueberry buns I feel like I'm qualified to say they're all amazing. It is more expensive than your average bakery though at £3 a bun so I unfortunately can’t go every day. Seating is also outdoor only, so takeaway is probably better than sit in, failing which there are some benches opposite Hoxton Station / Museum of the Home (2 min walk away)
E. C.
everybody knows about the buns, but if you have a really sweet tooth, go for the oat chocolate espresso balls - they’re like the most rich and delicious truffles
J.
Great, unusual place! It's literally a factory. Buns were extremely tasty. There is a £7 breakfast deal available: sandwich, yoghurt and coffee/tea. Yoghurt was worth trying, nevertheless it contains to much sugar in my opinion.
S. F.
Absolute favourite bakery in London so far! I'll keep it short and sweet, but the sesame loaf, the cardamom bun, vegan chocolate cookie, sesame bread, and coffee, all so so amazing!
L. E.
Amazing bread and Swedish treats. Try and go just before or just after lunch as the queues can get long. Totally worth it though. Delicious!
B. 2.
Sourdough is out of this world..its soft and spongy almost so not a jaw workout when you eat it. I CANNOT RECCOMEND THE CARDAMOM BUNS ENOUGH!!!!! They are INSANE. A little bit gooey, crisp, chewy, sweet and fragrant. How they manage to do that I do not know. Amazing. Highly recommended.
I ate the bun before I could photograph it #sorrynotsorry
A. J.
I’ve tried many cardamom buns in London now and always find them too be too dry and doughy. At Fabrique it’s like being taken back to Sweden (which makes sense as it’s a Swedish bakery) - this was definitely the best cardamom bun I’ve had in London. You have the perfect spice and sweet balance and the texture is nice and crisp on the outside with the perfect soft chew in the middle. The walnut bread was also excellent but I would knock a half star off for the price as all the breads are pretty much double what you pay in similar bakeries and I’m not entirely sure why.
P. B.
Delicious cinnamon bun and a tasty coffee in a very stripped back / industrial little cafe. You can certainly tell they make the foods here...
So many breads I wanted to try but didn't eat. Another time!
B. E.
The smell even as you walk down the street towards it is great. Then you get to taste them. Wow. The cinnamon and cardamom buns are both brill.
S. B.
Tasty cinnamon buns but I think this place is overrated. Is it the best pastries in London? No. Is it cheap? No
Also the staff feels a little rude and unpleasant. Last time we visited we went inside just when one customer was inside and the staff told us to leave although the customer was already getting out. I understand that this may be required due to covid but 1) there was no sign telling that only 1 customer inside, 2) the person was already leaving and 3) you can ask to leave politely rather saying wait outside.
J. A.
Great bread quality at good prices. The toast bread is really tasty, as well as the pain au chocolat and the cinnamon rolls. The coffee they serve is good too. Opens early, so it’s perfect for a morning walk and coffee.
K. D.
Not very nice service and good but not great baked goods. Barista was not friendly and was in rush. The blueberry bun was good for a chain bakery but definitely not the level of nice artisan stuff. Croque Monsieur is lacking the flavour. Coffee is average.
W. Z.
i had breakfast at here. The restaurant is in a ‘cave’, I like the decoration, sandwich and coffee.
J. N.
Friendly service, excellent croissants (light, buttery, flaky), my sourdough part- loaf when toasted was super good but the prices were even more "wow" (6x4 inch cut loaf for 7 quid type of madness). The coffee is decent but not artisan. In general its lovely if you can stomach paying 50% more than other artisanal bakeries.
F. E.
Cardamom bun was delicious, thoroughly looking forward to the cinnamon and blueberry buns
R. W.
The best buns, great coffee, get that bread baby 10/10
G. P.
Fudge cookies, sugary cardamom buns, proper chocolate chip cookies & lots more. The fudge cookie gave me goosebumps, they were soooo..... good. Coffees were OK but the baked goods were to die for. Can’t wait to return
H. D.
Tried it for the 1st time today.
Heard so much about the place, and read all the reviews.
Drove down to Hoxton, had to taste both Cinnamon and Cardamom buns just to know what all the fuss is about, and have to say, wasnt disappointed!
Delicious!
L. K. M.
I love the Cinnamon buns, and the 'Ham-Sandwitch' it's more of a great bun, with ham&salad stuffed inside not forgetting the cheese, the croissant are to die for, fluffy on the inside and crusty crust. The bread looks fantastic but, I never had the pleasure to try them out.
B.
Went here to get semlor buns! The cardamon bun was soft and moist. Bought some brown sourdough bread which was lovely. Cardamon and cinnamon buns too, was nice and soft.
M. S.
Best flat white I’ve had so far in London
And the pastries were delicious as well
New fave bakery in town
H. F.
It's all about the Epic Cinnamon buns. Look out for the saffron laced Cinnamon buns around Xmas time.
S. L.
Flavour wise this is a favourite bakery. However, I agree with some of the other reviews regarding limited availability (I’ve never dined in or used their rest rooms). I know if I want cardamom buns and walnut bread (the best in London, in my opinion) then arrival before noon is imperative. I’m willing to forgo some convenience to avoid surplus waste. And yes, they are on the expensive side, but so is a 5£ donut at Box Park. Thus, I have to plan a bit better and save my extra pennies to “earn” a treat from Fabrique Bakery.
r. k.
The best cardamom buns I've ever had, such an amazing place. Staff is really friendly as well.
A. P. T. G.
Really good sandwiches and pastries! Freshly brewed coffee and the cinnamon roll are a must!
A. S.
From my one visit here I can say that the cinnamon buns are quite good, I don't have a reference as to how they should be but judging from other reviews, it seems they are quite accuracte. They have special pastry flavours depending on the season as well. During the winter holiday season, they have saffron buns and croissants which are very unique and tasty!
Friendly staff as well while I was there, a little girl was watching the baker's work and they invited her over and showed her how to and let her try making one of the buns herself!
L. C.
always thought their levain bread was out of this world but since reopening after lockdown it's nothing like it used to be. it doesn't taste "sour" anymore, it's more like standard supermarket bread. have tried three times already, just in case it was the odd bake going wrong, but nope :( wonder if something happened to their starter, sigh. their buns are still great, but I'll really miss their bread
S. P.
Even though there are so many amazing bakeries around here, my go-to is Fabrique for their amazing cinnamon buns. Lovely customer service here too.
B.
No matter how long the queues, the Saffron Croissants are worth the wait, and the Coffee/Hot Chocolates...damn they’re good!
I often pop by on Sat/Sun mornings for a quick drink and to feast on the tasty bakes. It can get very busy after 11am, and the best bites are usually gone by early afternoon.
It’s obviously a big attraction considering they bake on site, and emit some mouth watering smells in the morning!
Staff are always very friendly and service is surprisingly efficient considering only two staff are serving on the counter.
They have an amazing selection of breads including sourdough, Rye and more regular flavours, and their pastries and cakes are easily the local best.
Seating is quite limited, so if you wish to dine in, I suggest arriving before midday. Some of their biscuits and buns are a tad too sweet, hence one star down.
I could write more, but if you have read this far...
R. P.
Best cardamom buns in London. If you are around, just stop by and grab one (at least)!
R. L.
The best cinnamon buns in London! You can't miss this place.
S. F.
Best bakery in the hood
Best coffee in shoreditch
I wish they’d close the door when it’s cold you end up freezing on a cold day
Need bigger mirror in toilet for people heading to work !
D. j.
The best croissant in all of London (or at least north London) hands down, the plain one is so good, they make them in house fresh from scratch with high quality butter. To. Die. For. I'd put them up with the best of the best. A good croissant is my test of a bakery, no where to hide territory!
A. W.
The bread is amazing here. Everything i've had has been delicious, most of all the cardamon buns.
This review would be a 5 but the coffee is quite the opposite. I ordered a Long Black. The barista overflowed the takeaway cup with water, losing a bunch of coffee. They then proceeded to pour off the top few cm in order to get the lid on. What!? Shouldn't the coffee should have been remade? I'm now drinking an Americano with only 80% of the original coffee and I paid full price.
I'll be back from the buns, but never for the coffee.
J. E.
Flat White. Cinny Bun. Enough said.
A secret find in Hoxton, hidden away down cobbled streets neighboured by creative art studios. A small interior space with seating, with a cool view of the bakery. Limited seating outside, with biffa bins to keep you company. Depsite this fact, I still rate this the best cafe/bakery in Hackney.
C. B.
Lovely cosy bakery. Awesome buns, bread, French yogurt. Good coffee too.
J. L.
Incredibly slow. It took them 30 minutes to help 6 customers in front of us. The second barista asked if she could help us right after the first one took our order, and when we said we'd been helped, she looked at the line of 6-7 people behind us, then wandered off into the back room.
I'm guessing the good ratings are from the mums who spend an hour here every day, and cut in line whenever they want.
H.
Amazing cinnamon and cardamom buns hidden just by Hoxton station. Sweet Swedish treats! The cheese sandwich is also delicious. Good coffee. Best to takeaway or eat on the go as there is not much seating.
P. T.
It’s like being back in Stockholm. This hole in a wall of a gem serves great bakes. The cinnamon and cardamom buns are fab, and the croissants too. But what surprised me most were the chocolate chunk cookies - probobly the best ones I’ve ever had.
M. W.
Went here after my girlfriend went to fabrique in Scandinavia. What a gem, nice quiet place under an arch way. Its so cool seeing the massive ovens and saw brownies cooling down. Makes you appreciate the pastry :) coffee was great with plenty of kick, we got flat whites. And the buns are oh so tasty, really poppy flavour and great texture. Loved the bench seat, felt so relaxed. Totally coming back here !
O. L. M.
Excellent sourdough bread especially the rye one. Good sandwiches and a paradise for cinnamon bun lovers.
The croissant and pain au chocolat are expensive and beware they taste a bit of cinnamon.
M. P.
The Swedes know their cinnamon buns and these ones are just insanely good, especially when warm.
R. A.
The most amazing Rye and Cranberry bread. And not to mention their unforgettable cinnamon, cardamom and saffron buns.
J. G.
Worth to find, great bread selection!
S. e.
Lovely staff, amazing cinnamon buns and their rye bread is the best I've tried outside of Denmark!
M. L.
Wonderful sourdough bread! One of the best I’ve had in London!
S. L.
Flavour wise this is a favourite bakery. However, I agree with some of the other reviews regarding limited availability (I’ve never dined in or used their rest rooms). I know if I want cardamom buns and walnut bread (the best in London, in …

Fantastic pastries & Bread, Amazing service. 10/10
r. c.
Simply perfect!
The best cinnamon bun I ever had!!!
A. B.
Great coffee and I’d sacrifice my arm for a lifetime of blueberry buns
R. S.
Delicious coffee, breakfast rolls and pastries. Outside seating too.
C. C.
Range of loaves are fantastic, the walnut loaf and olive and cheese 🐻👍🏽. Hidden away but worth the look
H. P.
The bread is perfect. They have everything from white to very dark bread, specials with walnuts, cranberries or figs and they bake in the spot. Staff is always friendly, it’s nice to sit outside and inside there a few tables as well.
C. H.
One of the best places in Hoxton to get freshly baked Scandinavian cakes and pastries! The very welcoming staff are happy to serve you with a smile. The cinnamon and cardamom rolls are divine! As are the brownies and jam and shortbread biscuits. They also serve smooth and aromatic coffee here that pairs deliciously well with a cake!
T. L.
This is such an interesting place. There are very few tables inside and 2 or 3 outside when the weather permits. Inside however, you get to watch the bakers doing their work as it is quite open plan. The cafe sells a small but delish selection of sweet pastries and a very small selection of sandwich rolls. The prices are on the high side considering it is a bit off the beaten track for Hoxton / Shoreditch trendy joints but I suspect that it is the uniqueness that gives this place its je ne sais quoi. If you are passing, I recommend stopping by.
A. T.
This place is a hidden gem! For those who love nordic pastries and bread it's a must. Cheap, delicious, it's like I'm back in Stockholm. Staff is friendly, they always have fresh stuff and coffee is just amazing!!
J. S.
I went on the hunt for a new place to buy some bread and explore the neighbourhood and really enjoyed the warehouse ambiance and the good selection of baked goods. It did not disappoint in my quest to get some new 'fancy sandwich making bread'. Even the metal coffee mugs were a fun way to mix things up.
u. b.
Delish buns (try the cardamom one), great coffee and lovely to sit outside on a good day. I just wish there were more indoor seats for the not so good days.
N. A.
The sourdough toast 🤩 🤩
In my humble opinion, best bakery in east london for bread.
S. P.
Brilliant !!! I didn't know that there were more Fabrique's !!! I will definitely go try them too !! But the fabrique on cross st/geffrye street is very good , handy and convenient. Coffee there is surb as is their food . Handy for anyone.
Please bring back my Swedish overnight oats !! :) Yummy
S. e.
Lovely staff, amazing cinnamon buns and their rye bread is the best I've tried outside of Denmark!
T. R.
Love the coffee and the cinnamon rolls..
S. C.
Love the coffee and buns but the sour young lady working behind the counter needs to work on her customer service. She is really quite rude and her behaviour is frankly bizarre. I visited earlier this week and not for the first time I observed her sitting in the little room in the middle of the bakery (on her mobile) so that she was unable to see whenever a customer came in. In the 30 minutes or so I visited I saw half a dozen customers come in and stand waiting/looking around for someone to serve them before having to go and tap on the window and ask her for assistance. Each time she just looked pissed off and slowly went out to serve them. I assume she hates her job and if so she really should just leave!
R. A.
The most amazing Rye and Cranberry bread. And not to mention their unforgettable cinnamon, cardamom and saffron buns.
M. D.
Amazing little craft bakery tucked away in the railway arches of London.
Lovely decor with a contempory feel, freshly baked goods on sale throughout the day to eat in or take away, along with a good range or teas, coffees and a decent hot chocolate.
I'll definitely be back here in the future, though the £5 craft loaf won't be on my list to buy.
Note you can by half a loaf. Still, a bit pricey for a loaf!
T. K.
Everything is so fresh and so delicious there! Absolutely love this place!
L. R.
I tried Fabrique's famed cinnamon buns this weekend for the first time and they were quite delicious. I have to say, I was expecting something lighter whereas these had quite a close texture. They were also very well-cooked to the point where they were dark brown on top so maybe I just had an off batch. None of this detracted from their sticky delicious-ness however. The bakery is set under the arches, a fantastic location and definitely fits in well to this eclectic neighbourhood. Whilst it's slightly pricey, the products are of quality and definitely worth trying. Will definitely be returning, but perhaps not every week for the sake of my wallet and my waistline!
C. L.
Cardamom buns are life changing - absolutely love Fabrique! The best treat in London and you can watch all the buns being made in their open concept kitchen. Cosy atmosphere and great place to start the day.
A. J.
Nice place for a weekend coffee and pastry.
M. S.
The most delicious cardamon buns and very good coffee. Who'd have thunk the Swedes could do all that and still be incredibly polite, positive and at the same price (or less) than other places in Shoreditch. Actually, they probably knew they could already.
R. M.
Best bread in town. And the cinnamon and cardoman buns are superb.
J. C.
Great coffee in a quiet spot. The buns are just the best thing ever. This is a working bakery so has all the equipment in the back of the arched unit; lots of fascinating alternative things to look at.
M. C.
Thank you for making healthy delicious bread💕 you guys deserve 6 stars
m. m.
Real sourdough bread and exquisite pastries. Good coffee. No heating, so if you want to sit and eat, dress according to weather. Well worth the visit.
P. J.
The cardamom buns! Delicious.
M. L.
Wonderful sourdough bread! One of the best I’ve had in London!
L. S.
No frills. No fuss. Pure focus on quality bread and tasty baked treats.
r. c.
Simply perfect!
The best cinnamon bun I ever had!!!
A. L.
Just go for the cardamom buns, wash it down with a tea or coffee... It's portions are quite big so You can share this. Then you may be tempted to try the vanilla bun which also has cardamom... Alternatively there's also the cinnamon bun... Or maybe just try them all...
F. C.
Bread and the cinnamon bun are so good! The place is super cozy, especially for a coffee on Sunday morning! But keep in mind that it gets easily busy.
S. F.
Cute, functional bakery on Geffrye Street. I've only been once, but the coffee was delicious, and the cinnamon buns OH MY GOSH were truly amazing. You must try them. YOU MUST.
G. M.
I loved Fabrique in Stockholm, so I was very excited to hear it had opened in London (very recently, in December 2012).
I love the location, underneath the railway arches, by Hoxton station. Arguably, not many people know it's there, but that's a plus for those who know about it and want to keep it a secret. There aren't many tables to sit down (only five round and small ones), where only two or three people can sit. The bakery is quite deep, so they can potentially increase the seating space in the future, though most of the space is understandably occupied by the oven and bakers' area.
They make coffee, sell cold drinks and make sandwiches. The main attractions are the Scandinavian pastries, such as Cardamon buns and Cinnamon rolls.
It's a beautiful bakery and exactly the kind of place that makes you happy about living in London!
A. R. K.
Great traditional Swedish pastries (around £2.50 a pop) and fresh bread at this London outlet of Fabrique, tucked away under the railway arches in Hoxton. Can get busy on weekends, so come early if you want a guaranteed table.
P. S.
Lovely place, delicious bread and the best staff by far! Would definitely recommend to everyone.. and don't forget to wear a mask when u enter ;)
G. B.
Fabrique is a little Swedish bakery next to Hoxton station. The shop is tucked away under the railway arches. The interior looks kind of industrial, but in a good way. The counter is full of delicious food and Fabrique also offers great coffee from Swedish roastery Johan & Nyström.
I read about Fabrique's cinnamon buns before I went there, and I have to agree with what I read. They are good. They are very good, indeed.
Fabrique is a great place to enjoy some baked goods and a cup of coffee. When I was there, I was lucky enough to get a glimpse of sunshine through the window, which made my stay even more enjoyable.
Besides food and drinks, the fellow guests also seemed really nice. Despite Fabrique is somewhat off the beaten track - at least for a West Londoner - it is nonetheless a beautiful place that I will visit again. Soon.
A. K.
The most delicious cardomom buns. Super gooey. They also make a delicious flat white. I would also recommend their walnut bread.
L. T.
Tucked in the arches behind the Geffrye Museum, Fabrique oozes Scandanavian cool and is the perfect pre-flower market stop on a Sunday morning. There are only a few tables inside, so expect to take your cardamom bun to go unless it's sunny out...in which case you might be lucky enough to snag a table out front. Fabrique's sandwiches are decent but much less impressive than their pastries (think chewy, rock sugar-coated cinnamon buns straight from the oven). One of my favorite off the beaten track spots in London.
S. V.
Mad taste
So fresh
Good vibes
C. S.
Cute and cosy, rustic little bakery, with indoor and outdoor seating. Great loaves of fresh bread and tasty pastries.
R. S.
Delicious coffee, breakfast rolls and pastries. Outside seating too.
J. W.
They have the best cinnamon buns in London. The coffee is great and one of the best places for Nordic baked goods in London.
M. S.
The best cardamom and saffron buns I’ve had in London (better than Pavilion, which is also very good)
P. M.
They serve great baked goods and top notch coffee...what more could you want?
Highlights for me are the Swedish Levain and the incredibly moreish Apricot and Almond Bread.
F. C.
I go to Fabrique all the time and love their cinnamon buns and vanilla buns. The vanilla buns today tasted unusually buttery and maybe even undercooked. It was a bit disappointing.
M. H.
Obviously tastes are different, bur for me the best coffee in London... And definitely the best cinnamon buns together with E5 bakery 😀
L. W.
Best cardamom buns in town, delicious coffee, friendly peeps. Winner
H. S. R. A.
Well, I am impressed. Amazing place
Highly recommending all products.
The cinnamon rolls are...you have to try them!
J. G.
Worth to find, great bread selection!
M. S.
Coming from a Sydney-sider, the coffee is way up to standard. The cardammon, vanilla and cinnamon buns are all so tasty. Definitely coming back for more!
T. B.
Was about to buy 2 cardamom rolls, ended up with one saffron and one cardamom. The lovely chap behind the counter convinced me to try the saffron roll. And OH MY GOD .... it was sooooo amazing :-) Go try!
Z. P.
Wow. The cardamom buns are to die for... or at least to make the trek for. Small seating area that reminds me of cafés in Greenpoint Brooklyn - a definite good thing!
A. A.
Amazing Swedish baked goods. Super friendly and happy to chat bread making.
A. R.
Great bakery! Staff are not super friendly, no smiling and very serious, but who cares, when you get great bread, pastries and coffee!
D. W.
The levain loaf is literally the best white bread I've ever tasted. Too expensive to be a frequent purchase but the wait just makes it taste even better.
L. P.
Simply amazing bread. Great taste and stays fresh easily for 3/4 days. Quite on the pricey side though.
K. T.
Brilliant pastries
A. D.
One of the best cinnamon buns in London. The cardamom buns, cookies and sourdough rye are great too.
b. d.
Great buns and bread, though the buns have got a bit on the pricey side. I know it's London, but £3 for a little saffron bun? Seems to be taking the p-word.
m. k.
A proper bakey fantastic bread and warm cinnamon buns. Not lots of choices but all better than most other places, very good
T. S.
Both the walnut bread and the Danish rye are very tasty
S. M.
Great baled goods, Mr Toast bread and Cinnamon and Cardamom buns are excellent. Coffee is a bit hit and miss!
J. L.
Great coffee. Tempting Cardamon buns and amazing bread. Shoreditch treat.
A. B.
Great coffee and I’d sacrifice my arm for a lifetime of blueberry buns
J. S.
Good coffee and at a good price, also the sandwich i got there was the same
F. G.
Amazing bread (really recommend Mrs Toast or the Walnut bread). Cardamom buns are delicious.
D. B.
Blueberry buns to die for, along with excellent breads and signature cardamon buns.
A. M.
The bread is fantastic, unfortunately the staff are snooty, rude and condescending, wondered if it was just me but reading the other reviews doesn't seem so, such a pity as otherwise would be perfect!
J. M.
Expensive but indulgent great semla cream cakes and lovely coffee to go with it
D. S.
Saffron buns were awesome. however they're sessional. Still an exceptional Swedish bakery.
A. G.
Coffee was mediocre. Bread was great. Le pine baguette.
I was expecting more from the coffee frankly. It was a very cool place.
P. P.
Good flavours but don’t expect to make a sandwich with their bread. A bit excessive with their bubbles.
J. C.
Very nice pastries excellent coffe and lovely staff. What more could you ask for.👍
M. S.

Suuuuuuuuuper yummy cardamom buns

My wife and I are completely addicted to their cinnamon and cardamom buns. They're completely against our low-carb diet, but they're so good that we regularly spend our cheat meals on Fabrique. Every once in a while we'll get a bun that's not totally fresh, but it's rare - the typical example is perfectly chewy on the outside, a little soft inside, sweet but not excessively so, and with great spice flavor. Very hard to beat, probably my favorite sweet in London.
