L. S.I like Gail’s and try different branching, food standards and options are the same in all of them but customer service is different. Unfortunately the customer service in this branch was less than average.

W.Visited today afternoon....A very warm welcome by Megail - he was amazing, very friendly. other staff very professional. Food was delicious. Yes, no doubt one of best branches of Gails. pistachio and raspberry cake was superb - must try. Coffee very nice too. Thanks Megail & keep it up.
M. Y.For those of haven’t tried this beautiful pistachio and raspberry bun creation….. I can safely say that I am now addicted to these. I highly recommend trying one of these and I guarantee you will be back. I come here before work, and this is the best part of my day. The people here are so lovely, and I can’t wait to get my next one!!
J. M.Delicious coffee and food, a standard Gails experience. Cinnamon bun (best I have ever tasted - how they get these standard across all stores is amazing) and cheese & chive scone are my favourites. Can get quite pricey (depending on what you order) so it’s a nice treat when I pass through Earlsfield. I can easily spend £10-20 at any Gails. Service was friendly (ish).

We have been trying different Gail’s throughout london and this one is one of our favs as it has plenty of seating available.
The food is great this goes without saying. I would recommend the sweet potato sandwich (cant remember the exact name)

The seating area is for breakfast from the kitchen which closes before 3pm. Although cakes and pastries from the sweet counter can be purchased with a drink to eat-in.
Looks nice from the exterior and is bright enough inside to work easily on a laptop but just right too for a relaxing moment to enjoy a pastry and coffee.
Very precise service and nice food.
Entrance is wheelchair accessible with space for exterior seating. Near other shops so a busy but interesting view!

O. S.Consistently great coffee - my new local since moving here from Australia! My go to is a large latte and it tastes as good as great coffee shops in Australia. Also delicious salad bowls which I take to work and French pastries. I've never dined in, just taken away - so I can't comment on the dining experience.
M. C.I am not really a ‘chain’ kind of guy, but I make an exception for Gail’s. I love their coffee, their pastries, best-in-class sausage roll, Union Coffee blend which I buy for our coffee at home. The Earlsfield staff are delightful.

Was an issue finding out the sugar content of the vegan hot chocolate and was then overcharged when i changed over to a latte. Tried to explain but didnt wanna cause a scene over 20p. Otherwise great place to go !

The friendly Manageress empathised with my need for the morning shot of coffee and made an exception. Even though the shop was still closed, she made me a nice strong latte to go.

C. H.If you like Gail's, you won't be disappointed. If you don't know Gail's and are looking for a nice cafe with some okay food, you won't be disappointed. If however you're after something chic, bespoke, local and cultural, you will be disappointed. Gail's used to be an incredible small chain. But like many chains, mass franchising has started to diminish it's soul.
You can easily replicate a menu and fit out. It's much harder to replicate the passion of an early team.

A. S.What’s not to love? Gluten free and vegan options, ‘waste loaf’ made from old bread to minimise bread waste in the bakery, delicious coffee and divine cakes, and organised service with a smile. Have been excited about the opening since the sign went up! Welcome to Earlsfield, Gail’s :)
B.Food was really good. However the service was haphazard and slow, both at counter and then delivering food. Let down what would otherwise been a great breakfast experience

G. M.The famous Gail's bakery comes to Earlsfield. House prices may have stalled and Brexit may be weighing on people's minds but, the good home owners of SW18 will be able to enjoy sautéed mushrooms, goats curd, baby spinach and a fried egg on barley poorige sourdough for breakfast.
