G. N.Called in 8am. I was hoping for a wider selection but there was a few interesting items. Cinnamon bun was tasty, latte was nice coffee. Got pecan crumb cake which was disappointing, dense and dry. Only the pecans saved the day.
They advertised babka by the slice or whole loaf; I asked for a slice and they said sorry only the whole loaf. I asked could they slice the whole loaf for me to take the whole thing and was told they're not allowed to use a knife. I think there was a misunderstanding 🙄
K. K.Iced coffee single shot. This coffee is my best coffee year 2021. I finish one cup of coffee and then had one more right away. I love this coffee although but small size.
R. C.All of their products are very high quality including coffee options. The service was always fast and the staff is well trained as well. The only negative point is that they have no GF options, not even 1, don't have almond milk nor coconut milk. For the price, quality and brand I confess I expected that.

It was difficult to choose from the display as everything looked scrumptious.
The fresh ingredient salads and sandwiches too.

The area needs a good gourmet bakery and with a little improvement this could be it.

A. D.Gail’s is one of my favourite bakeries in town. And they also make some of the best coffees and lattes. Their pastries, breads and cakes (as well as brunches) are of really high quality. Perfectly located just opposite the entrance to the Gloucester Road tube station and only 700mt from Kensington Gardens. Perfect if you want to grab a coffee and some croissants on a weekend to enjoy in the park.

G. P.As usual we try every Saturday to find out a new coffee shop. When we realise most of them are too expensive, or the coffee is not so good and cakes very old. We just find around a Gail's Bakery which is just what we want, a nice coffee with a nice cake, affordable. Thanks to the staff who are very polite.
K. H.Finally a great spot on Gloucester Road! I go to Gails daily and everything is perfect: the staff is friendly, the food is always good. The only comment I have is that I think they should cover the pastries with plastic sheets or even with glass windows as it is unhygienic!

L. S.Am so happy to have a Gail's here. The only reason for the less than 5 star review is that the layout of this one is really dysfunctional. The area by the door gets jammed, and you have to basically climb over seated customers to get to the cash register.
If they can fix this then it'll be perfect!
