I came and ordered a mozzarella bread, I can't remember the real name of it and a pastry and went to eat them outside. They were both out of this world, absolutely beautiful. I have never tasted anything so good. Thank you so much.

A special thank you to Raphael for the amazing service today. I understand the shop was short staffed, and Raphael was filling in for someone. There was a big queue outside but both staff were very professional and efficient. I do hope the staffing problems here are sorted out!

Lovely little bakery on the corner by South Kensington underground station. Friendly staff and beautiful baked goods - the blueberry & custard brioche was spot on for breakfast on the go!

This is my favourite branch of the Gail's chain and I have never been let down by it to date. The service is quick, friendly and effective, the almond croissants are great and my wife loves the brownies. I always drink a mocha in any branch of Gails and this branch consistently provides the best. I always visit this branch on my trips to London and will continue to do so.

Very quaint locale. Friendly staff and good selection of savoury and sweet as well as full bread loaves to take home. To make it even more civilized a barista will make your latte or any other coffee. The prices reflect the quality of the product

A good little bakery with fresh sandwiches and good coffee. The hot chocolate is excellent as well. I had the little smoked salmon sandwich and the sausage roll. All excellent and a welcome alternative to supermarket sandwiches. Good quality but a little pricey so check the prices.

They offer wide range of pastries and good coffee. Although a bit pricey but of excellent quality. Considering the location it is pretty worth it. Best for takeaway as seating is limited and the place is often crowded.

Phenomenal selection of sweet foods and nice coffee, too. Very small shop. Not much room to move about and even less in which to sit. They serve quickly, so it's a good place to visit while on the go. Perfect to take away to a park bench, though you'll have to walk a bit from here to find one...

Happy with the baked goods. The pecan cinnamon crumb muffin is my weakness. However, my flat white had too much milk. Good breads as in all Gail's outlets. Their range of pastas and sandwiches is pretty good. Small outlet, more of a grab & go place. Few tables outside. Staff is friendly.

Beautiful bakery with two lovely people behind the counter. This was the first mince pie I ever ate and it was so good. The pastry was perfect and the filling so fragrant and juicy. Loved it.

Had their scone (£1.50) which was good and reasonably priced but it says it comes with clotted cream and jam yet I had to specifically ask the lady for those which felt a little odd. And then, they told me they didn't even have jam (this was around 2 pm so not even closing time..) and they gave me a really small amount of clotted cream in basically a disposable expresso cup which seemed like they don't usually give it out? Maybe it was just a bad day but service and atmosphere just weren't the best here for me. Not to mention lots of flies were landing on the pastries!

Tiny little shop right near the Tube stop. The scones were a bit dryer than the ones we've had at other Gail's shops, but otherwise a good place to pick up something quick. Note: unlike other Gail's, there's no space to hang out inside the shop.

Delicious coffee and fresh blueberry muffin. Quite small so you have to sit outside or takeaway - but that complies well with covid safety!

GAIL's Bakery in South Kensington offers different kinds of sweet and savory pastries, breads, sandwiches, salads, and cakes. The place is small and is for take away only, and they have other branches including in soho. There pastries are freshly prepared each day and are good.

Small (seating only outside) but phenomenally good bakery serving small cookies that seem to have been made with half a pound of butter each, almond croissants containing actual almonds and an astounding array of breads coupled with decent coffee.
