T. H.Well located and generally clean.
Staff have (generally) poor attitude to service and lack customer engagement skillset. No ‘hello’ ‘goodbye’ or ‘thank you’ with an atmosphere of being generally bothered by customers coming in.
Have visited many 5 Star Gail’s outlets and this one needs an input of staff/management training.
Overall….Good stock, poor service attitude. (Averaged over 16 visits)…
F. Y.Incredible croissant and coffee, the best I've had in London, cannot praise the quality enough. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is the wait time for the coffee was quite long, not the place to go if you're in a hurry. If you have a bit more time though I would 100% recommend.
N. G.Great to have such a lovely bakery in the area. Coffee is decent, their croissants are the best we found in London (coming from France..). Love the California loafs. The little fridge offers nice products too - eggs, butter, fresh yeast, even smoked salmon.

The place itself is cosy and it also has a room at the back, perfect for work or reading a book. I've been going there for the last 7 days and each time I go I feel so much looked after. J. L.Love their selection. Love that they are just opposite the tube station. Breakfast on the way to work is covered.
R.A lovely bakery. We stop by here about once a week to get some pastries, bread and coffee as a treat. The staff are always efficient and friendly, the food is delicious and fresh (have a soft spot for their chelsea buns) and the shop is clean and tidy. I like how sensible the social distancing is up to and inside the shop.

A. P.Really disappointed with the service , wasnt asked if we wanted take away or sit in they just assumed, didn’t have some stuff on the menu but I im sure they will get better once they are use to everything as they newly opened ( no white sugar too )
J.Staff are a bit difficult. Could've put our drinks on the counter closest to our table but I had to walk through the queue thus encroaching on their Covid distancing. Not really on. Lovely scones though
R. B.Generally speaking, okay. There is a guy that works here, I have ordered from him three times, and he has got it wrong three times. How hard can it be? I have no other problems with any staff, but this guy does not listen, is generally quite rude and is clearly not competent. Identify and sort it out.

R. C.I visited few weeks ago for a late breakfast on a Sunday. Great coffee and pastries. Had a quick (it was quite busy) but lovely chat with Ilario who has a great deal of knowledge when it comes to coffee and is also very welcoming and friendly. He never lost focus of what he was doing and carried on working hard while indulging me with a quick exchange about coffee extraction and bits of knowledge about coffee in general. Not only that, he made me the best oat milk latte I have ever had in the meantime! 👏🏼 ☕️Will definitely visit again, especially when Ilario is there! 😁
