I. M.Living up to the Gail’s brand is not an easy task but this branch has surely done it.
We had lunch and worked. It was a brilliant atmosphere and lovely work environment. The coffee is amazing!

Really friendly service, great bakery food and baked goods, and a really cool layout on the canal make this a spot that will be really popular in summer for those who want a coffee and a croissant on the canal. Cozy indoor seating for winter too - and dogs are allowed in for takeaway too which is nice!

T. W.Fantastic place! The best coffee in the area, combined with lovely pastries, tasty sandwiches, a nice view, and friendly staff. We are so pleased Gail's has opened here in Paddington basin. I would definitely recommend it if you're in the area!
P. P.As always, Gail's is amazing! What a lovely place to start my mornings. Staff are lovely and hard working in this restaurant, and food is delicious. Make sure to try the cheese sticks!! They are from another world.
The location is also on point, right by the canal. Lovely to see the boats in the morning. Great one Gail's! 👌
N. W.Popped into this Gail last week and the customer service left a mark on me. The lady who served me was soo friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely 1 min exchange and even though she was talking to her colleague when i left she still stopped and said bye. Everything was still available after 10am which is good as i went to another Gails a few days later and had to get completely different items than my usual. The coffee was soo tasty and smooth, the food was also good too.
Z. N.Nothing can beat Gail's clean kitchen, warm staff, incredible coffee, amazing location and their wide variety of bakery and sandwiches.
That's a place where everyone should set their maps on everytime they arrive to London.
