A.Absolutely love this location. I rotate sites for work and I make sure that any time I'm over here I stop in. Today the manager was so kind as I was 30p short and somehow managed to forget my wallet at home, something I never do normally. I was mortified and she, and the cashier who took my order, were super friendly and understanding. I've never had a bad experience here and my food is always hot. They make my morning every time I'm in. So, super big thank you and shout out from the silly shy American guy who was internally dying from embarrassment today haha. I hope they get some well deserved recognition for their quick thinking and outstanding customer service. :)
J. A.Had a lovely experience here on Sunday evening . I’m a stressed out mother of 3 and manage to drop all my Asda shopping from my bag this very pretty lady in a head scarf offered to helped me as I was struggling. Couldn’t catch her name. Most polite staff ever . Definitely will be back!
T. R.I have always been a huge fan of Greggs and you can never go wrong with Greggs! This branch is located in Westminster Station hence the prices are slightly higher than other Greggs but it's still much cheaper than the likes of Pret A Manger and Starbucks! The customer service here is brilliant and the staff are very friendly and helpful! Brilliant range of sandwiches though the range of pasties could be improved! The store was clean and well organised with social distancing measures strictly in place! The coffee here is absolutely delicious and being a lifelong fan of Greggs the coffee keeps getting better! The black coffee is nice and strong but not overly bitter. It tastes much better than competitors too! Overall, I strongly recommend this Greggs branch to you! You will not be disappointed with it!

Staff always professional, quick on service and polite on every visit I've been for the last few months, shop floor presented well inside and outside of the floor in terms of cleanliness and layout.
