I ordered a cake for the first birthday of my son. We were in search of a fondant cake at reasonable price, but all the quotes we received were far from our budget. Finally we decided to order a buttercream cake from Jacob’s taste buds and we wanted it to be attractive and to almost resemble a fondant cake.It was an order at a short notice. But the cake turned up amazing in it’s presentation and the taste was absolutely delicious. The cake made the party captivating for everyone. We are really satisfied with the service they provided. I would recommend this cake shop for those who look for a premium cake at reasonable price.

Ordered the chocolate crunchy nut cake for my brother's anniversary and it was delicious. I requested if they could do a bit more flower decoration and they did a beautiful job. Guests were very complimentary and wanted to know from where I had ordered. 10 out of 10

I had my sons 16th Birthday. With the pandemic and shops closing early. Wanted a cake on the same day. Cake had specifications need to be in the shape of alphabet K and blue cour etc. With in time, the Cake was ready and was so tasty. We thoroughly enjoyed. I was very impressed with the quality of the cake that I ordered from here in terms of taste, decoration and size. I found that the cake was beyond sufficient for the minimal price I paid which was £25. I would rate this bakery higher in comparison to others in the area. The menu is impressive with a good variety of flavours and designs to choose from and this place has cakes to suit different diets. All cakes can be made egg less and can use cream instead of icing. I went for the butterscotch cake and I have never tasted anything like it! I would definitely recommend this bakery for anyone looking for an occasion cake!!!

I ordered a mango cake online and was incorrectly charged £6 as a delivery fee, when i contacted them they were very prompt in understanding my concern and refunded the delivery fee (i stay within a mile criteria for free delivery). The cake was delivered on time in a proper pack. On opening it was very well designed i chose a heart shape cake for my wife, very very tasty cake good texture and also was very spongy very impressed and will highly recommend Jacobs.

We had only realised that the big missing piece from my brothers Holy Communion was the cake. 3 days before the massive event, we hurried and panicked at how we would be able to find a good quality cake in such a short notice of time. We contacted this shop as our family friend recommended it to us. The cake arrived at the perfect time and was a bomb of joy for everyone. There are places with better tasting cakes, there are places with better looking cakes, but I can't think of a better cake shop local to me that I can order a customized cake for a special occasion. Their individual wedges of cake look great, and are good value. Their samosas always look tempting, and like everything else is tasty and good value.
