Pros: - Love, love the carrot cake!. - Served by a polite staff. Cons: - As it was my first time visiting, I found the location not straight forward to find, considering it's popularity. I had to ask around to find it by the corner within a housing block. - It took a while to get my order out while waiting in the cold due to limited staff and shop space being quite small. - Parking very limited. Suggestion: - With it's popularity and huge clientele, moving to a bigger and customer friendly store or branching out or having a franchise will definitely benefit Lincolns Patisserie a great deal.

Great bakery Definently a go to place for sweets and treats. You can order fresh cakes here, especially great if you need something last minute and at affordable prices. Customer service is fantastic. The hygiene is super and as soon as you enter you get knocked back with the wonderful smells. I always get patties from here but they are too inconsistent with their chessie beef. Sometimes the patties have just a hint of cheese or none at all or hardly enough beef filling. Not sure why they are calling them cheesie beef and charging extra for it and it doesn't have what they are advertising. Personally, I prefer if they add good quality cheese to the patties and charge us for it, at least you know you are getting value for your money.Their quality have gone down each time I order from them. They can do so much better....

The vegetable patty is out of this world. The vegetable patty had the right amount of spice. Not to mention it had NOT been bulked out with potato. The pastry was also delicious. Excellent bakery. You can preorder a wide variety of patties. Including calaloo, ackee and saltfish, calaloo and saltfish..as well as the traditional Beef etc. The cocktail patties are an especially great deal. You can also preorder cskes etc. Excellent West Indian Bakery. One of North Lonfon best kept secrets. The staff are also very friendly on the phones taking orders. One rang me to remind me of my order and there closing times. Overall excellent service👏👏👏👏👌

Great place for Jamaican pies, patties and pastries. If you ever have had a patty at Nothinhill carnival, high probability it was done here. My visit here was for Cakes. Particularly the tray Bakes. I just love these. And if you are truly adventurous I dare you to experience a nice tea with your slice. The tea is made with tinned condensed milk......wow !!

I have even given out their business cards to friends and family who I know will be interested in purchasing from. My only complaint is that some of the staff are not very friendly. Your business works well on recommendations and I will recommend you for your food only. But some of your staff their customers service skills are not on point. Let me tell you, this is the best Jamaican bakery I have been to, the different varieties of cakes and patties they sell are all absolutely delicious!! Trust me on that!!
