I. R.I’m so lucky to have this lovely micro bakery at the end of my street! I get the delicious sour dough loaf most weeks and then occasionally treat myself to something like the chocolate and pistachio buns (which are incredible!)
And the bakery is run by the friendliness people. Would definitely recommend! Support a friendly local business!

Their cardamom buns and focaccia are my particular favourites but they’re like baking geniuses and can do no wrong with their products. Sim and Ayla bake and deliver the best baked goods around and their rye bread literally brought tears to my Danish husband's eyes: the best rye bread to be found this side of the North Sea! We're also big fans of their cardamom buns and I live for their apricot and pistachio cookies. I'm just glad they don't deliver daily because my waistline couldn't take it!

I used to buy bits and pieces from the much-missed Brick House bakery in Dulwich; Little Nest may be operating on a smaller scale (for now!) but the quality is absolutely comparable. I'm working my way through the menu and everything I've tried has been delicious, but the babkas are a bit special. They also seem like lovely people, so no hesitation in recommending!
A.How lucky are we, to have such delicious bakes on our doorstep (literally, you can have your order delivered if you live nearby)?! So far we have enjoyed the springiest sourdough, beautiful buns (chocolate and pistachio a particular favourite) and buttery biscuits.
It’s helpful to follow Little Nest on Instagram because they often have last-minute extras to tempt you, for delivery or collection (you know you’re at the right place by the smell!). Enjoy 😋
a. m.Fabulous little bakery - the Sourdough loaf is amazing and keeps our family going for a couple of days. Their Cinnamon Buns and Chocolate Brownies are out of this world, and the focaccia and savoury scones make a delicious lunch. What an absolute treat to get it all delivered for free, would definitely recommend.

I've had pretty much everything, personal highlights are the vegan cardamon buns (they taste exactly the same as the non-vegan ones, as do the cinnamon ones) and the cheese and chive scones that have a subtle spice to them - oh and the pistachio and chocolate buns - all truly delicious!

Absolutely delicious cookies, buns and scones handmade with love just down the road and delivered by bicycle - the perfect local business and one of the best things about living in Brockley! Everything we have tried has been out of this world - my kids love the chocolate chip cookies, I love the chocolate and pistachio buns and the cheese scones. The Christmas special cookies were amazing and the pistachio and apricot cookies are just as good. We need to try the raspberry and chocolate babka and the cardamom buns next...

Little Nest is, quite simply, the best bakery out there! Their Sourdough Loaves are incredible- bouncy bubbly bread with an incredible crust that it's impossible to stop eating. The Focaccia (we have tried the sea salted and the onion and tomato varieties) is beyond amazing- it's almost impossible to describe this bread- safe to say it's a meal unto itself!
Recently we have also been buying rye loaves from them too- my son is obsessed with it- such a hearty and flavourful bread. The Cheese Scones, Cinnamon Rolls and Pistachio & chocolate buns are perfect too.
Such friendly and accommodating service too! I really can't recommend them highly enough!

E. G.Where to start?! Having spent the last 4 years trying to find a really good, local sourdough loaf, the quest is finally over. Little Nest Bakery do THE best sourdough bread - delicious crust, soft loaf, tangy and moist. Amazing. And delivered twice a week, what more could I ask for.
We also got some seriously good buns, cinnamon (yum) and some wonderful chocolate and pistachio buns also. They lasted about 5 minutes. I'm planning on working my way through their entire delicious looking menu.

The whole menu is delicious but particular favourites are the cheese scones and the classic focaccia. For a sweet treat the cookies are so generous and the chocolate/pistachio buns are light but bursting with filling.

Let me start with the focaccia. This is probably one of the best experiences I’ve had on a Saturday morning for a long time. The wonderful texture, pockets of olive oil, a hint of Rosemary and salt. Everything perfectly balanced. I honestly can’t recommend this enough.
The cheese and chive scones made for a delicious late afternoon snack. Paired with a crunchy vintage cheddar cheese and Indian mango chutney it was a marriage made in heaven....
I deeply regretted not placing an order for the following weekend and my partner asked me on the Saturday morning if I’d placed an order. I had to let her down by saying I hadn’t... to which she responded “WHY?” I shall not make that mistake again. I’ll be placing my next order straight after this review.

I tried the Sourdough - imagine a bread which has a nice crust AND is moist and soft. No factory bread - actual, real bread which doesn't go stale after one day!

A. D.In the gloom of the Covid19 pandemic and remote working, discovering this local bakery has been a ray of sunshine! We have become addicted to a weekly fix of sour dough bread and rosemary focaccia, which we get delivered to our door, often still warm from the oven. The quality is amazing - basically this is home made, small scale, high standard baking, and not just bread and focaccia. I wish we could get their stuff more often than just once a week.
