Delicious cake! Every time I go past this place, I can’t help myself but get a raspberry and chocolate cupcake. Also, my go to flavour for when I order their cakes. Their chocolate sponge is very moist, just how I like it. They have a delivery option too and have a variety of vegan options.

Bought this Hazelnut chocolate cake and it was excellent. I am very impressed with their customer service. Very helpful and friendly, they let me reschedule the pick up date for my cake at a day's notice.

We got a cake here for our littleuns birthday - service was great and the cake went down really well - lots of happy kids and big kids. Delicious, well put together with big protective box and packaging. Would recommend :)

When Lola's cupcakes bakers have failed at their craft, the incredible Stephen and Safiya have saved the day! The day before the celebration, I was in tears when I saw what was going to be my birthday cake (pic attached). The head office team was surprisingly unhelpful, but the team in store have taken it on themselves to make the situation better. They have removed the "30" and sprinkled velvet over the top of the cake, offered candles and other celebratory stuff, and even bonus Oreo cupcakes!! So incredibly grateful to them for saving my cake, can't thank them enough!

I visited Lola's at Westfield Stratford last week. They have a great selection of cupcakes and cakes, even in a gluten free and vegan range. When I got there it was quite busy but the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. They were really knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right flavours and they hit my taste bang on! I'll definitely be back for more soon!

I visited today while shopping as part of my hen and wanted to take some cakes home for my children, the lady working was soooo lovely - I wanted a red velvet but the only one left was Vegan - and I know they just aren't the same. But the lady was so helpful offering me mini ones instead and was so chatty, she congratulated me on being the bride and wished me a lovely wedding. Despite there being a small queue forming there was no pressure to be served quickly making me feel like myself as a customer was important. Will definitely be back when we visit again :)

It is a small shop inside Westfield mall at startford city, but have good choices of cupcakes. They also have small sized cupcakes which looks really cute. The cakes were very delicious, also packing comes in pretty boxes.

Great staff very patient when I was trying to choose. The cupcakes are delicious!

Exceptional customer service by Steven. He was so patient and kind with me -I am not an easy customer as I took my time and kept on changing my mind- despite all that, Steven was so helpful and kept answering all my questions very calmly and had a smile on his face throughout. And then the presentation was amazing and the cupcakes were so fresh and mellow ! Keep it up you all !

Lovely cupcakes - had a box of 4 and a tiny pistachio one. Slightly expansive but totally worth it. Enjoyed it to the last bit. Read the reviews regarding the rude staff but to be fairly honest the guy who served me the other day was polite and helpful. If you want to see really rude staff visit Tortilla!
