Totally delicious croissants and pastries. Not easy to find gluten free croissant and was craving an almond croissant for my birthday yesterday. Exceeded my expectations....and loved also the goat cheese and onion and spinach and feta pastries. Crispy, luscious and very yummy. Will definitely be going back for more.

My family and I devoured those and we were all impressed by the high quality texture and deliciousness. They taste way better than normal pastries even though they are GF. Regarding the service, it was spectacular! When I picked them up, the team were all smiley, welcoming, helpful, and decent. Would definitely order again and again, especially for picnics, brunch, or breakfast. You guys are missing out big time if you haven’t tried Manna Dew yet!

Wow! In all the years I have been gluten free I have never tasted pastry like this. My partner who is not GF even said you wouldn’t be able to tell. The croissants especially I have missed and you have managed to create something so true to the original - Thank you! My waistline won’t thank you 😂 in the last 24 hours I have polished off a Nutella diamond, sun-dried tomato pastry, cheese twist and a couple of croissants!!! Arrived quickly. On the pricy side but aren’t all GF products. These are so worth it. Cannot wait to order again!

I have purchased patrias from here several times now, and am currently eagerly awaiting my next order. I have coeliac disease and have never found such good gluten free pastries anywhere! They are fantastic! They are 100% gluten free and I have never had a reaction to any of their products. I love that they are still experimenting with flavours and there's often a new one to try. 10/10 would recommend to anyone, even if you don't need to be gluten free - they're that good.

I could not believe how good these pastries were, even better than any gluten ones I used to have before being diagnosed with coeliac! The Pain Au Chocolat was my favourite of the ones I tried, put it in the oven for 10 minutes before eating like they recommended and it was unbelievable. Crispy layers, not dense or doughy, even my mum, who can eat gluten, now prefers them to the normal ones she can get at cafes 😊 Made someone who has really missed pastries very happy.

My gluten intolerant heart soared when I discovered Manna Dew. I thought I'd never have another croissant or Danish pastry ever again but along came this bakery! Every bite is absolutely divine and if I didn't know better, I'd have thought they were just regular delicious pastries. It's unbelievable that the layers and flakes can exist in a GF pastry after all. I live in the US so I got my fill of pastries while I could and brought some back with me.

I used to eat croissants from supermarkets for years thinking it was better than nothing. Until I tried the croissants and other treats. They are absolutely delicious each one of them. They come in sealed bags, super easy for freezing( they keep their flavour even after fewer weeks in the freezer). I order them every few months and it’s always a celebration! What’s more, they constantly creating new treats!!!! 😋😋😋

In my opinion Manna Dew is one of the best gluten free bakeries around. As a celiac I only really missed patisserie, as with most of the substitutes you really notice the absence of the chewy, binding property of gluten, but Manna Dew's patisserie treats are amazing. I've been buying goodies from them for years and they just keep getting better. Definitely the best gluten free croissant I've tried, but the cinnamon raisin knot is my favourite. I order in bulk and keep them in the freezer to get me through the month.

I ordered the croissants, pain au chocolates and white choc and raspberry croissants for my wedding day morning. When they arrived, I couldn't resist having one early and oh my days - it was beautiful! Cooked so well, even after being frozen and the pastry tasted exactly like normal. I have had coeliac for over 15 years now and have never had such a tasty croissant ever! Thank you so much for making my special day that extra bit special. I will for sure be ordering more often!!!

Had a really unpleasant interaction with customer service that left a sour taste in my mouth before I even picked up the pastries (he called to ask me what time I was going to come by and then interrupted me to tell me they were leaving by 2:30pm. I told him had he let me finish my sentence I would’ve said I’d be there by 2pm. The call was at 12:30pm and I was there at 1:50pm. Service Guy was just as rushed and dismissive in person.) The pastries themselves are fine—quite dense and heavy. I tried 4 (butter croissant, Nutella diamond, spinach feta diamond, and cinnamon swirl) and the only one I liked and would get again is the cinnamon swirl.

I can't fault Manna Dew. They are such a personable company, who have gotten in touch to sort out problems with one of my previous orders without me having to contact them. Every single pastry I've tried is delicious and for someone who has been gluten free for over 10Y are the absolute best ones I've ever had. Couldn't recommend enough! I make an order about once a month and have never been disappointed.

My daughter was diagnosed as coeliac in March last year. Luckily we had the lockdown for me to try and get my head around it. I came across Mannadew and followed their amazing pastries on instagram. I then ordered my daughter some. 2 Nutella diamond's and 2 chocolate twists. When they turned up, she burst out crying and skipped around, with excitement. I froze 3 and put a chocolate twist in the oven for her. It came with a glaze to spread over it once out of the oven. My daughter then started to cry again. She was so overwhelmed with food being normal. You wouldn't know that these are gluten free!!! I then cooked the Nutella diamond. The pastry goes in the oven, once cooked, you put the Nutella into the diamond and place a hazelnut on top.All provided. Again, the tears of joy were delightful. I would highly recommend buying yourself a box of treats!! Delicious.

A great little place, that's also gluten free. Small and intimate but welcoming. A combination menu that seems strange ie. Egyptian breakfast and French patisserie. But both are executed so well, it's a great combination.

So many delicious delights! They've worked so hard on the plain croissants and the labour of love has rewarded with us all with a beautifully light and flakey result. The Chocolate Twists and Sundried Tomato swirls are my other favourites and I'm looking forward to trying the new flavours. The range is expanded frequently. The almond croissant wasn't almond enough for my liking, I think it would be much nicer keeping it simple with almond paste in the middle, but that's just my personal preference and it was still tasty. Everything is delicious and you really can't go wrong with whatever you choose.

Gluten free here does not mean taste or choice free! We went for afternoon tea for 2, which was £11.20 each (currently there is a 20% off special offer) and what we got for this we felt was very good value! On arrival they asked if we had any additional dietary requirements, other than gluten free as both of us are coeliacs, I don't eat meat and they were able to cater for this no problem. Between us we were given: -2 sandwiches each (mozeralla/pesto/olive for me and ham/cheese/mustard for my mum - a bit too much mustard for her but a minor issue overall) both on warm foccacia bread -1 blueberry cheesecake -1 chocolate brownie (more like dense chocolatey torte than the usual dry brownie you get GF) -1 raspberry and passionfruit tart (omg amazing) -1 banana and nut cake with a cream filling (also dairy free) We split all cakes in 2 to have more choice, and they were quite big so this was easy to do. I could only manage 1 sandwich and 2 1/2 cakes when we were there! They put all leftovers in boxes and we also purchased some extras to take home (a red velvet cake and a hazelnut praline cake)

I got a box of the croissants a little while ago. I booked them a few weeks in advance and they arrived on time and weren't damaged at all from transport which is brill. They look good but even baked up were pretty heavy/dense and missed the light fluffyness I had hoped these guys had nailed. It's the best one I've had for a long time and I can only imagine the effort that's gone in but sadly it wasn't what I had hoped for especially at that price.

This may very well be our new addiction! As a wheat eater myself my poor partner has to suffer every time I enjoy buttery flaky pastry ... however, Mana Dew's bakes are a total game changer. GF can be so hit or miss but these are a firm hit. They are so good they feel like a proper indulgent treat, rather than the dry, sandy endurance test that are the GF pastries you can get by the main brands in the supermarkets! They were also delivered so quickly, the next day, and were such a welcome surprise - thank you, we'll be spreading the word and certainly ordering again.

5* every time. A plentiful range of Gluten-free cakes, brownies, macaroons and cookies. As well as an ever-increasing brunch menu. The flavours and textures coming out of Mana Dew's kitchens are exquisite variations of familiar favourites. I've caught myself more than once being wowed by the subtle brilliance of the food. I'd wholeheartedly suggest you try, and I'm sure, like many others discovering this Battersea gem, it's nice to see them grow.

A new gluten-free cafe restaurant in the neighbourhood, with a charming atmosphere and friendly owners. I enjoyed a freshly made jalapeño roast beef sandwich, on lightly toasted focaccia bread with rocket and spicy mayonnaise (£4.95). The Chai Latte I enjoyed was made to taste with half-sugar. Lastly, the salted caramel macaron was delicious; I can't believe it's gluten free! If you're in the neighbourhood, this cafe is certain worth a visit and a great value! I can't wait to go back and try the other pastries!

Manna Dew does really nice breakfast dishes like eggs bennedict but with an Egyptian twist and also a hint of Italian with focaccia gluten free bread. Everything is gluten free. The cakes and pancakes are also really yummy. The only downside is that the cafe is quite small, it is not really somewhere you can sit with a laptop.

I have Celiac disease. This place has nice sandwiches and very, perhaps overly, rich pastries and other food. Chocolate croissant is excellent, but not available on my second visit. I was groggy because I hadn't eaten at all in the day and cycled 25 minutes to eat there and then the service was slow and mediocre. The owner himself was the the first time I want, and he clearly tries very hard, perhaps too hard. Unfortunately there is always loud, obnoxious American top 40 music playing, so atmosphere gets 0 stars from me. I might be back in the future.

This place is amazing, from the cakes to the food! Give the Egyptian breakfast a try, it is just brilliant. This was the first place that I tried dukkah and since then tried to find a blend as delicious as what is served at Manna Dew with no joy. But now they sell their dukkah so if you're a fan be sure to get some for your pantry! It's simply phenomenal.

I went when they still had not open the local yet but the manager opened the door for myselve and was showing me whole the kitchen and the website and he left me choose anything from there and they did what i chose on the way. Meanwhile i was in the kitchen seeing all new and lovely staff, how two chefs was baking the cakes and they showed me as well the pantry wich was full of gluten free packages flour and food. The treatment was lovely as the sensation of security to eat there. Italian sandwich and white chocolate and strawberry cake was amaizing

I had lunch here last Thursday, the service was great and it was a nice place to just have a quiet coffee. Its tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and there is sometimes a small market selling fresh fruit and veg, I will definitely go there again.
