Reviews of PANADERA
M. H.
We are already a fan of RamoRamen so had high hopes with Panadera, and have to say it didn’t disappoint.
The service was great, we spoke to a lady whose name I didn’t catch, she spent her time explaining the differences in the sandwiches, and was very attentive in a busy store. She came over to check how our meal was, and was a pleasure to speak to. If she’s reading this ‘thank you :)’
Loved eating Egg Sandos in Japan, and haven’t been able to find an equivalent here in London, although this wasn’t like Japan, it was different but not in a bad way. This tasted more gourmet.
Lets start with the surprise winner of the day, the Ube milk was creamy, earthy, and tasted better than i expected, the only criticism, the cup was filled with ice on a winters day at 4 degrees, and left us with little drink to enjoy.
The egg Sando was different to what i was expecting, the truffle really adds a nice earthy flavour, and elevates what would have been an otherwise sweet sandwich. Would definitely recommend
The Corned Beef Hash Sando, by no means was bad, but wasn’t my favourite, was a little salty, and i think could have done without the hash brown, i still enjoyed it but was different to what i was expecting.
£10 for the Egg Truffle Sando with an additional £2.50 to make it a meal which added thai crackers and a milk Ube.
£7.50 for the Corned Beef Hash Sando, they gave free thai crackers with this order which was appreciated.
Definitely a big thumbs up 👍🏽

Small menu, unfortunately they were all out of the Ube Tart and Calamansi Tart that we wanted to try. Obviously went for the two sandwich options, and as other reviewers have mentioned the sweet Panadera bread adds another dimension. The corned beef hash had added crispy and crunchy textures from the hash and fried onions, the beef had an almost tuna like taste and texture? It was my first time trying corned beef so perhaps that is the norm. The egg sandwich was very delicious, the creamy egg filling with chives complimented the toasted bread very well.

Great egg sando, very filling. I enjoyed my Pandan milkshake too. My friend thought her milo drink was decent.

A cute small cafe that offers Filipino Pastries in Kentish Town Camden. The staff are friendly and attentive, had tried a few of their pastries and it’s good, would definitely comeback to try Sando next time.

This place is an hour and 10 minute walk away from my house and it was worth every step!
Not only did everything look and taste incredible you could tell it was made with precision and care. Every little detail was well thought out both in the bakery and in the food! I loved the menu board and the counter which allowed you to see into the kitchen (which was immaculate by the way!). Staff was incredibly friendly. They were patient and smiles all around.
I tried a bunch of different pastries as well as the pan coco. I also tried the corned beef sandwich and let me just say that this is no ordinary sandwich! They seem to make a patty with the corned beef that they then dip into some kind of batter and fry it. A delicious crispy contrast to their super soft sandwich bread.
I plan on going back again very soon to try other items as well as some of their drinks. They sounded and looked incredibly interesting but didn't get a chance to try them this trip.

Their sandwiches are fantastic, freshly made and full of taste. Best egg sandwich I've ever had. Definitely reccomend. The bread adds another dimension to the fillings.

Overhyped. Walked in the heat to try this place out but the worker was honestly not nice at all. She didn’t even try to help when we clearly came for the first time. Could’ve told us that one drink is way smaller than the other - although the price is the same? Doesn’t really make sense. With no pictures you can’t know that. It wasn’t worth the walk at all. It’s also a tiny store so you’d have to sit in the heat outside so not worth it. I’m still giving 3 stars as the sando was nice. 2 down for the customer service.

Good ube latte but the corned beef sandwich was a bit too salty for me.

Best egg sandwich I have ever had. Everything else I had was also incredible. Would recommend

Very nice and clean bakery.
Visited the place on Saturday opening and I must say that the team was very welcome, energetic and friendly. Good service, felt great !
Ordered the corned beef Sando (£7.5)
It was made to order and available at 9am. The Sando is very nice. Bread is soft and toasted perfectly. Corned beef is battered and gently fried and have potatoes chunks. It keeps the moisture and makes it well with the lettuce and little Mayo added. It’s everything you want crispy, moist and soft. Really enjoyed this Sando, simple ingredients nothing to crazy in the filling but it makes just right.
Would recommend!

New bakery in Kentish Town.
Seriously good sandos ( especially the corn beef).
I really liked their white bread loafs, perfect for making sandwiches at home.
Really good coffee and special drinks
Good Value for money
Friendly staff and owners
Highly recommend

It was ok and in my opinion most items were way overpriced. I mean, 4.50£ for a few bits of Taho in brown sugar syrup? And also £7 for a slender slice of Ube tart? This place is definitely for those who have lots of dough to burn! But then again, welcome to London.

Corned beef and egg sandos made with in house fresh bread are the perfect brunch meal. Pair that with an Ube affogato? Magesterial.
Believe it's the sister company of Mamason's 2 doors down, and equally as good.

This beautiful fillipino place, small, cosy and great Pandesal, Spanish bread, and Sandos. Is just off camden market.
I had a lovely egg sando, with spanish Latte. Reasonable priced, 3 Pandesals for £1.50. Spanish bread 3 for ! They may need to start a loyalty card! Because if you come here, you will definitely be returning.

Corned beef hash one of the best sandwiches ever! Sweetness of bread and the salty filling amazing combo. Very filling. Iced spanish latte is delicious.

Omg. A REVELATION! The corned beef hash sandwich is incredible and the bread... Oh the bread! I am in love even with just the bread it's so good. I also had the calamansi merengue pie. I had no idea what calamansi was but it looked good. It's like a cross between a lemon and a key lime... I am in love it was so good. Definitely go! And buy extra bread 😁
M. B.
Very nice corned beef sandwich and iced coffee. Lovely staff. 3 tables to seat on the street.
I. M.
Lovely pastry and wonderful staff. Always a pleasure to visit. I highly recommend it. Everything is fresh and made on the premises.

An absolute amazing sandwich experience. A fantastic little Filipino spot.
Y. L.
The corned beef sando meal set tastes great! Have outdoor seating and nice staff.

Got the corned beef hash. Which was buttery crunchy. Had so many textures

So, having heard so much of Panadera I decided on a visit with wife and 2 boys. What a wonderful experience. Service was great and very attentive. We had the pan de coco, a bread filled with coconut which was a delightful. We also had the Spanish bread filled with brown sugar. Again really nice. The ube Latte was delicious. The best was the co4n beef sando. I would definitely recommend. I would have given 5 stars but the lack of seating was the 1 downside.
D. C.
Loved the milo mocha. Ube latte was also nice. Unfortunately not many food items available when we visited apart from some bread rolls.
T. G.
Corned beef Sando was amazing and a decent coffee as well. 5 stars for the sando, juicy meat packed with flavour
G. F. V.
Best sandwich in London? Probably.

Really lovely surprise to stumble upon this bakery. Friendly staff and delicious food. Will be returning soon.

Traveled an hour for the corned beef hash sando and it was so worth it! Simple but so delicious. The only thing I’d note is that the pastries are laid out directly on the countertop and are also not covered; not super hygienic in the best of times let alone COVID, so I’d recommend changing that, but otherwise great experience.

First time trying out Panadera after hearing such good things! The corned beef hash brown was what I came here for. It was for 7.50 but is perfect for sharing. I also tried the strawberry latte which was not bad but not what I was expecting. My sister had the buko pandan frappe which was much more flavourful. The Spanish bread and pan de coco were good but not our kind of thing. The fillings were soft but thick. We are expecting a gooey filling, but this is a matter of preference.
By favourite thing is the location of this place and the fact that it surrounded left and right by other great places. Especially if you eat halal! There’s bing tang, guanabana, mama sons, and moi moi. I will definitely be back to try the rest of these places too!
Take your food with you to Kentish Town lock or the nearby Regent’s Park for a nice sit down! That’s what we did. 👍🏼😄

It was average. Not my type of filling . Had the beef
Nice vibe in the shop
J. M.
The Corn beef Sandos are delicious and they do some pretty interesting exclusive dishes on some weekends
E. M.
so so good! I absolutely loved their French Toast special 🤤 they’re drink menu is so impressive with so many drinks I want to try! The two I have tried so far were amazing!!! I even annoyed my friend because I wouldn’t stop trying to get every last drop of my drink with my straw 😂 even when it was basically just air left. HIGHLY recommend. Can’t wait to go back x

Cute little place with quality coffee and little treats, think we may have went too early in the morning and not everything was displayed yet. We tried all 3 of the different breads that were ready- all were nice and well made but sorry to say didn’t have a wow factor. I wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way again but would certainly return to try their sandos. Would have liked to have had more selection to choose from in the morning.

Wonderful little bakery with high quality bread. The lady behind the till was really nice and calm while she explained all the different available for sale. We had the pandesal, pan de coco and the Spanish bread.
Pandesal is a white roll, slightly sweet and perfect to have it with a good jam or simply some butter. Me and my wife got addicted to it. Really top notch.
The other two breads have a sweet feeling and are delicious.
We now need to go back to try out all menu!

Just delicious. Almost the perfect sandwich (corned beef hash sandwich)

Food is great but I'm only giving 3 stars as the service is poor - very slow. I was standing at the counter waiting to be served for 5mins and it seemed like I was invisible until the guy working there had finished doing what he was doing. It would've been fine if he acknowledged the fact that I was there and asked me to wait a minute or two but I got none of that. When he served me he was polite but there was no apology for the wait ...

Tried the corned beef hash sando and an ube tart about a week ago. The sando had a nice combination of textures and flavors, and the ube tart was both visually stunning and tasty as well. It was so good that I thought seriously about going back for another sando a few hours later...

Omg the best, the best corned beef sandwich "Sando". As well as delicate beautiful breads and pastries. If you're in Camden/Kentish town you've got to visit.
S. I.
Beef Sando is just awesome. Crispy, hot, beautiful. Service could be better (with a smile!)
M. B.
The best sandos in London. All others are just pretenders. The bread is next level. Recommend the corned beef hash sando and a pan de coco.
E. A.
The best sandwiches I've ever had!
D. S.
The perfect place for a quick snack. Delicious food and the service is always really lovely.
F. L.
Clean and simple ...the much hyped corned beef hash sandwich was nothing great a bit bland although their pastries and breads are good
A. R.
Excellent food ! The sandos shouldn't be missed.
T. J.
The Egg Sando was superb!

Best pandesal in London.

(Translated) One of the best sandwiches I've had in London. Sandwiches made with white bread are rare as most sandwiches are made with focaccia or sourdough, but the egg and beef sandwiches here are really good. In particular, the beef hash sandwich with minced beef mixed with potatoes and deep-fried has a taste that cannot be tasted anywhere else. Let the two of you go and order one to share!
Absolutely love their sandos. I'd get one of each - egg sando and beef hash sando - to share. I wouldn't know what to get if I had to just choose one. The egg sandos are great but the beef has is special. Then again, eating half of each is the best combination. I wasn't impressed with their coffee but it was just one time and haven't tried again. Their breads are good too but I just go back for their sandos.
