Reviews of Patisserie Patchi
A. W.
Amazing food, very nice and clean restaurant. Amazing service and lovely host. I would definitely recommend relatives and friends to come here. yummy Lebanese food and the best bakery in London. Unique biscuits savory and sweet. We love the food. Well priced. On ground floor and parking was very convenient as they have their own car park. Diana was amazing, friendly and very professional.

Delicious, looks wise I am very impressed as biscuits as are unique designs, tasty, Savoury and sweet just great. In Park Royal area very convenient as they had their own car park. Prices reasonable. Lebanese restaurant too. Shawrama was delicious and they gave some food on the house too, which was very generous and very nice. Takeaway too on ground floor and has a part venue upstairs. Very romantic place to eat with partner special occasions like special moments, Christmas dinner, valentine's, birthday's or meal out with family.

This place has the most decadent patisserie I’ve ever seen. There’s different types of baklava for miles all so beautifully presented. Tastes amazing not overly drenched in syrup and the staff were lovely!
C.
Nice place, tasty food but please do something with the personal !!! They don't interact with you to see if you need something or anything else, they don't bother at all..you feel silly to keep looking to them and pray that they will see you !!! I don't know that I will be back even that the food is nice........
P. J.
The most incredible Arabic patisserie in London. The ‘knefe’ was melty and gooey. The baklava was fresh, sweet and crunch and the service was impeccable. I can live in this place!!!
S. S.
Amazing variety of sweets in the bakery section. Customer service was on point. Food was ok and the portion was small as we ordered breakfast for 2. More pictures to follow.
S. B.
Extensive selection of desserts! Baklawa, kunafe and more. They pack in plastic trays and boxes. Kunafe comes with a takeaway syrup bottle that 8s wrapped really well to avoid leaks. They have a restaurant section aswell with hot food and more desserts. I am yet to visit the shisha cafe. The car park is small - at busy time it can be difficult to find parking in the area. Pictured desserts - kashta with honey, halawel el jeben, kunafa, baklawa.

A palatial place. Typical of Lebanese splendour and extravagance. A must visit as the Lebanese cuisine is authentic and the food is equally good. A very popular place so booking in advance is recommended. Very clinical and efficient staff. Can be a little more friendlier but forgiven as very busy. I highly recommend their salads and the lamb shank too. A nice menu not very extensive so dishes are kept to manageability and authencity. For the palatial place that it is prices are very reasonable. Their set menu is worth trying too. Over two floors and the ground floor houses their sweet factory. That's the origin of PATISSERIE PATCHI. A must visit and try.

Not only can you go here for a lunch
/Dinner, the fresh bakery is something I have never ever witnessed. Dozens of Sweets and Treats. From Knafe , Baklava, cakes and more! More than a Hidden gem, the design and layout of this patisserie is something you need to check out!

Well, I usually go there to grab freshly made biscuits and Baklawa. Which is one of the best available in London.
Today I went for dine in which was something on top of my to-do list after 17th May.
I ordered a few things including starter, wraps, main dishes, juices and shakes.
Food was really good, the only thing which I felt was some of the main dishes had smaller portion then expected.
I would certainly recommend people to try it. I am pretty sure they will enjoy.

Avoid ordering online. I ordered a large orders of baklava trays for Eid to give as gifts. First the order was received late and was only dispatched after Eid, despite ordering it a week in advance. The packaging was very poor and they had nothing in the box to protect the baklava like bubble wrap so all the trays had been rattled around and broken. The trays were received cracked, with bits of plastic everywhere. Wrote to them to complain but received no response.
Update - I received a reply from their customer service and they offered to send me some complimentary baklava as an apology but they did say they don’t take responsibility for damage in transit. I did note that the main issue was poor internal packaging for a fragile item which they then acknowledged. The complimentary baklava was better packaged and was received in good condition so am hoping they improve the packaging. The Baklava itself is delicious and they don’t skimp on the nuts at all!

Patchi will always be my go-to place for knafeh and baklava! The selection is insane, the counters are very clean and the order is packaged beautifully. Both the semolina and kataif knafeh are amazing, I get both because I can’t choose!

Lebanese restaurant.
Great place very helpful staff and friendly.
Food was excellent.
There is a wonderful selection of cakes too.
Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Best Lebanese in London!!! The service has definitely improved since last year and dare I say is so much better than other Lebanese restaurants I've been to. The food is to die for!! The atmosphere is amazing as well!
F. J.
Excellent service and great quality food at very reasonable prices. Best baklava in London.

Having visited Patchi's on multiple occasions (eating in and take away) I will give it 5 starts out of 5.
The restaurant is extremely tidy, clean and organised with good styling a decor. The staff are always friendly and attentive. It's welcoming to see that they are adhering to Covid-19 guidelines and I was comfortable visiting.
Both their dessert and dinner menus offer excellent food at a reasonable price. Their baklawa is the star of the show and is some of the best in London (unless you are after a more syrupy Turkish style baklawa). I would also highly recommend their lamb or chicken shawarma.
Will definitely be visiting again and/or getting some treats to go.
C. D.
Excellent selection of cakes and pastries. I went in and picked it up. Can’t really comment too much on waiters customer service as I never ate there. Guy behind the till way ok no issues he was well spoken and polite. The size of the wrap was small compared to other Lebanese places I usually go and was expensive in comparison. Advice to owner, make sure you don’t compromise portion sizes vs price. It’s a competitive business and you want to be ahead of your business rivals. Best of luck!
A. J.
Ambiance is nice. Reminded me of Dubai night outs. Quite crowded. Staff friendly. We went by end of the day, so not all the dishes we ordered were fresh. But falafel was to die for. Highly recommended for Middle Eastern vibe lovers.
M. C. (.
Nice spacious lovely atmosphere though food is bland And very economised servings and very unlike generous Lebanese helpings
S. R.
Great place been a few times and have to say enjoyed it everytime, had a great iftar meal there and also have been to the upstairs shisha lounge, its a very chill atmosphere with the best desserts. The Lebanese food is delicious, yeah service isn't the best and defo could be improved but overall a top place.
R. &. C.
Honestly, I'll give their restaurant 3 stars out of 5. And their sweet aisle 4 out of 5 . I had to wait 20 mins before being served, I don't know the taste yet. Will let you know once I have tried it. Their nuts aisle will get 1 star out of 5, it's not tasty at all.
M. S.
A very nice place to dine in authentic Lebanese food and gourmet desserts. I love it
R. H.
Staff are very nice. Amazing looking restaurant. Reasonable prices. Clean and family friendly
H. A.
Wonderful setup.. The baklava's are just delicious...
Great service, excellent range of food and desserts.
Great for families or even to have a meeting.
J. S.
Best Baklavas in town! Located in an industrial area which provides parking spaces. Internal decore is exquisite and the size of the shop is good and great selection of products available.
M. M.
Lebanese food, nothing can top it. Delicious, tasty and satisfying. If your around the area, I’d suggest trying it out. Not only do they do food, they also do baklawa and so on. Also upstairs they have shisha if anyone wants a smoke session after food. Love it
S. A.
Amazing food, desserts out of the world. Lambs cutlets tender and juicy. The best.
F. M.
Great selection of top quality Arabic sweets & cakes. Reasonable prices. Busy restaurant- slow service but well worth the wait for the tasty food.

Irn Bru and Blue Mist £22
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Popped into Patchi for some food and thought I’d try the shisha lounge whilst I’m here. The shisha lounge is upstairs as you walk in you are greeted with a morrocan themed lounge, plenty of chairs and sofas to accommodate even the largest of groups. I decided to sit on the corner sofa with my arms spread out, asked for a menu but they don’t have one so word of mouth al fakher was £18 and premiums from @starbuzztobacco and @mazayauk were £22 so I ordered Irn Bru and blue mist. Shisha came out within 10 minutes with 4 lit coals fully ready to smoke. Clouds were thick and the flavour was spot on. We smoked this for over an hour and half which is probably one of the longest smokes I’ve had (dunno how people get 3 hours from a single head) must say I have been pleasantly surprised as these types of lounges usually lack in the shisha often being harsh or too strong but it was spot on. Service was great we had 2 coal changes not much deposit as coals were pretty good. Vibe was good we went around 3pm so it was quiet but there was good music and I’m sure later on it does get busy. Food and drinks available which will come from the restaurant downstairs. Cash and cards accepted and best thing is they have parking on site. Definitely recommended if in the area.
B. I.
Love the place, I always go there to get deserts and have lunch.
Best time to go is in Ramadan with friends and family.
R.
Awesome place, if you have a sweet tooth and want a nice atmosphere to sit and have a cup of hot drink or fresh juices even just visit this place ... customer service is okay.
A. A.
This place offers hands down the best baklawa you will try in London. It's done to such a high standard that is simply blows any other place out of the water. Ever since my time coming here I can never eat baklawa from anywhere else.
Apart from their desserts however they offer an amazing set of food with all the classic dishes ranging from shawarma to mixed mezzes. They recently started offering shisha upstairs the place is still being built however it offers an amazing Shisha with all the food choices from the restaurant and the patisserie.
A highly recommended patisserie and establishment a must visit for all
G. S.
Nice beautiful authentic desserts and biklava. The meze selection could be better but lovely lamb shawarma
W.
Had the best Fatteh in London here 😍😍. So rich and flavoursome. Next time I will only ask for it o have less butter on top as it makes it a bit heavy.
We got the olives and the salad for free which is amazing. They are very generous.
The restaurant is nice. It has a bakery feel to it. Trays of fresh bread and baked goods are on display and they are so mouth-watering. It is also a good destination for Arabic dessert.
Staff are really nice.
We came on a Sunday and found free parking around the area. The restaurant has its own parking too.
S. R.
Great for coffee, desserts & sweets
R. A.

Today (17th October, 2021), my husband and I went to have lunch at the Patchi restaurant……and we had a PATCHY EXPERIENCE. From the start we were ignored. Past the kitchens, at the point where the patisserie starts there is a big board with large writing saying “wait here” so we waited to be directed. A couple of waitresses went past us totally giving us a blank look! And then another suited gentleman went past who seemed to be the manager but no acknowledgement or direction from him. A lady serving from the patisserie counter met our eyes and then looked away. I then shouted across and asked for a table for two for lunch. We were ushered to the tables in the conservatory and told we could sit anywhere we chose. From that point we were left for the next half hour and still no one appeared to take our order. Eventually I beckoned to a waiter who started questioning us as to who brought us to the table? At this point I was beginning to feel we should leave but we were hungry. All in all the service is very poor and there seems to be a hierarchy culture!!! The customers who are dressed in designer clothing and jewellery are attended to straightaway. Where the cuisine is concerned, I have yet to try the patisserie, but the lunch was not up to scratch and our order was taken wrongly! We ate and paid and left very unhappy! We had intentions of buying some bakhlava but hung around the patisserie counter waiting for some one to serve us but alas no one came but as soon as some other Arabic speaking couple came, they were attended to straightaway. We left without buying any bakhlava as this bad service or non service which totally put us off. Not going to visit Patchi again.

Good Arabic sweets/nuts/cake.
Food was average.
Customer service good.

I honestly believe this is the best baklava place ever, I travel from Essex every year for Eid to buy baklava for myself and family members and I love it. Amazing great service from staff who are so helpful and professional and the baklava just taste so amazing and also such a beautiful restaurant.

I took a large tray of the baklava to my workplace and it was devoured in minutes. Patchi make the best baklava in London, with more layers of filo pastry and more pistachio nuts and less syrup, and they now have a wide selection of other arabic sweets and a patisserie. There is also a restaurant on this venue, which makes the most delicious hummus you will find anywhere. I love the quality of everything they make here and they serve the baklava on beautiful trays. The staff are friendly too.

One my favourite middle eastern spots in London, especially since opening the new location. Fresh food and always great service can get busy at times espicially during Ramadan as it's very popular. Great options for vegetarian and non vegetarian meals especially the shwarmas and fattoush salads. I haven't been to the shisha rooftop yet but heard good things.
E. M.
Excellent experience. Very friendly staff, tasty oriental foods, very clean and not expensive.
a. m.
The best long standing Lebanese outlet with great sweets & drinks. Fantastic customer service which I expect. See you again .
G. H.
Stupendous choice of baklava and cakes. Mouthwateringly fresh and tasty.
Huge displays, eat inside or take away traditional Middle Eastern meze dishes.
Plenty of space to eat, sit, wait and park.
Upstair function room and lobbies at either entrance welcome you to their dreamy desserts and dishes.
I. U.
Best baklava in London… I go out of my way to pickup a small plate at every opportunity…
Try the free sample biscuits
S. A.
One the best place I have been shopping for many years they are helpful and lovely sweets and baklava and other stuff lovely
B.
Nice, clean place to chill and enjoy their tea. Wide range of Arabic sweets (baklava, knafeh, Harriseh) which you can take away on different sized plates for different occasions. Around £15-£18 per kilo, not the cheapest but it is one of the better Arabic dessert shops in the area.
O. H.
Best kafta and chicken x the best baba ganouj ive had ever + lovely staff. Air of friendliness and kindness. Best baklava as well. Will go again whenever im in the area for sure.
H. P.

It’s the best place to visit and get your baklava. I really like the service. The person that served me very polite. He works in the sweet section. I don’t know his name. But he looks Lebanese or Egyptian. His a dark skin guy. I will definitely go back again.
K. K.
Baklava is always tasty and super fresh, 2.5kg never lasts more than 2 days once family finds out!
A. R.
The variety of desserts are vast and the baklava taste great. The whole family agreed they do the best baklava.
I. A.
Portion sizes were small and the quality of food was average for the price. Service also wasn't great.
A. M.
It is amazing place to go and get sweets from. The service is amazing. Very quick service and very clean place. I went last week to get some sweets and I got a really good service from an employee. I think his name is bello or they call him by that name. He is the sweetest guy ever I met. He is very polite. His an old man in his 40’s. His a mix rate guy. I would really advice everyone to get served but this gentlemen.
He works in the sweet section. I really thank him for his help.
M. A.
Delicious Baklava and Kunafe! Very impressive displays and atmosphere. Parking available onsite.
N. A.
Nice food. Great restaurant. Service is a bit lame
S. N.
This has always been a staple for Lebanese food, however recently I have found the hummus to have too much olive oil and taking away the taste and the halloumi was a bit bland, but other than that I defenitely recommend this place. They've got great starters, shawarma and perfect desserts in particular the baklava. You should also try the juices!
B. S.
One of the best restaurants in London that provides Arabic food, freshly made and the staff are super friendly and helpful

Great cakes and sweets! I regularly go for coffee and cake with friends. There is plenty of seating and there is also outside seating.
O. Q.
Nice place and good service, however the food is not the best! I don’t think that there food is made by professionals.
They also offer a wide selection of Middle-Eastern sweets yet I believe they manipulate the recipes or use lower quality ingredients to cut costs and make more profits!! Sweets are full of sugar and overcooked, which clearly suggest that they are not made by professionals.
I know there is no much left but otherwise the location is good and the atmosphere is refreshing.
F. L.
Nice place with decent food. The baklawa is freshly made and service is good. Reasonably priced with free parking at the back of the restaurant.
R. A.
Lovely breakfast. Everything tastes authentic and really good! friendly waiters for the restaurant upstairs too, however the staff downstairs never seem to be happy.

This place is beautiful, it looks out of place in an such an industrial area like Park Royal! The staff were attentive and polite. Though the food was not the best Lebanese cuisine I’ve had, it was by no means bad. It was still tasty and hearty. I would definitely recommend.
A. Y.
Very mixed feelings about this place. Something always lets us down. I don't think the owners care about ratings and reviews as the place is always busy.
J. P.
Baklava from this place is one of the best I have had so far
J. K.
Food and drink amazing . a lady served me after I approached a young chap behind the counter. Do not expect to be treated in an European style . parking limited to two hours on the street . located in an industrial estate . there will be wagons going past .

It is another day exploring food from a different country.
Today I decided to go for brunch at a local Lebanese bakery/restaurant in Park Royal. I read the reviews on the Trip Advisor before I go and was thinking should I choose another place to go to. But I still decided to try this place out – Patisserie Patchi.
To my surprise, the bakery is located in a nice building and very well laid out. Many types of sweets, pastries and wraps were displayed in the display unit. As both my wife and I are new to Lebanese food, We didn’t have a clue what to order. So at the sweet counter, I asked about the contents of the sweets. The lady at the counter was accommodating, and she has given us some samples to try out. Then we tried a piece of seeded bread sample left on the counter, and it was lovely. So I ordered a pack of seeded bread. A Lebanese customer who was there at the bakery said to us that the way to eat that type of bread is with melted sweetened cheese and semolina filling. On hearing this, another the lady at the counter said she will make a sample bread with the filling for which we didn’t have to pay. Well, the cheese and semolina filling in the bread was very tasty and was very filling.
Also, we ordered Shawarma wrpa (this is like a kebab roll, the meat is very tender and marinated in lots of herbs), £5.50, Soujok (small sausage rolls in tomato and green pepper gravy £4.00, different types of pastries and some sweets. Every item that we bought today were tasty and fresh.
This place is pricier than some other cheaper options. But I recommend this place and will go again to try out other items on the menu.
I. A. E. !.
Absolutely delicious! 😋 I'm dying for this baklava!😄😆😍🤩
M. A.
My favourite place to buy sweets! Amazing variety and authentic fresh Lebanese desserts. Can be a bit busy and best to go early as they do run out of stock quickly.
A. C.
Visited on a Thursday with two other friends for the first time, this is a really nice place with Lebanese food, cakes, baklava and shisha. Prices are reasonable considering the place is upmarket, had a great time and would recommend to others, only drawback is driving back home...lol...
S. E.
Lovely Middle Eastern food and cakes.Very Fresh
n. a.
Delicious! Lamb shank with rice was formidable and the mixed grill ,amazing . Wish we'd had room for dessert, but we were stuffed. Awesome lunch date with hubby!
s.
Despite some of the reviews, I have never had any issues at this place. The staff are lovely. They are very attentive and they can (when the place is really busy) be a little slow with your order but, on the whole, as quick as they can be. Obviously, at times like Eid, Patchi can be rushed off their feet but, as I've already said, it's a lovely place to come and relax - it's constantly changing and expanding. If you're in the area - form your own opinion and give it a shot!!!

Good atmosphere, lovely Baklava and Patisseries, but the service is not great.
B. A.
I been use this place from long time and always get the best service especially from the old guy his working on the sweet part ,very polite and respect all the clients
J. V.
Lovely food. Plenty of seating. Very friendly staff & service. Loved the watermelon juice.
T. A.
Huge variety of bhaklawa, sweets, cakes, and biscuits. Freshly made. Good place to have desserts. Amazing and friendly staffs.
L.
Great selection of Middle Eastern desserts all at very good value and quality. Tastes amazing. Not for those watching their weight you literally want to try everything. Very clean inside, pleasant staff and parking at the back. Definitely worth a visit.
m. k.
Amazing choice of sweets/dessert, thoroughly enjoyed. Nice setting and decor.
Only the customer service was a little slow, although very polite. Mainly went there for the Kenafa which was lovely!
A. I.
One of my favourite places for eating or taking away authentic Arabic Desserts in London. So many tasty options on the menu you'd struggle to just pick one. Has nice outdoor seating perfect for the warm summer evenings to enjoy whilst having ice cream. The service can be slow at times but highly recommend giving this place a try.
M. H.
Thank you very much belal for the service. My dad really thank you for the baklava. Thank you. It’s the pace place to get sweets from. Special if you get serve by the old man. Belal. Thank you
M. N.
Excellent choice of middle eastern sweets .beautifully coloured sweets and nougat choice .
Customer service is very nice .
Thanks so much
S. A.
The renovated place is much better than the old one, even the sweets got better taste.
I had the kanefe that was really tasty, I used to have it at the old place but it wasn't good. Now the taste is coming closer to what it taste in Lebanon. Only if they can get the bread of it also like the one from Lebanon it will be great.
N. B.
Nice sweets but service is not as good but with Bilal I never had any problems he is just the best
K. K.
Good shisha but service though friendly was extremely slow . I ordered a milkshake and 45 minutes later it still had not arrived . Then reminded them . Took about another 5 to 10 minutes before it did. Shisha is great though lasts for well over 90 minutes and the flavour still going strong.
M. A.
There food is so nice, however I have gone multiple times and they have tried to charge me more. Every upsetting
D. V.
Was in the area for a meeting and was taken here for a working lunch. Very nice menu and I would make a special point of mentioning the fruit juices. They are freshly made to order and taste fantastic. The food was cooked to perfection and the staff very attentive.
U. A. B.
Too much crowded.. we stayed in the que.. for more than half n hour, then we reached the order place.. very nice staff and quick
R. A.
Very nice, comfortable and immaculately clean.
A. S.
One of the best places in and around London for Mediterranean sweets like Baklawa, and other interesting food from the region. Decor is nice and has seating too. Also has an a la carte menu to order stuff to eat there.
P. L. (.
As always it's a great experience. Upstairs is a rooftop large tent where adults can enjoy excellent quality shisha. There are getting lamps and access to bathrooms upstairs.
The service is great, with friendly staff always getting with a smile.
S. H.
Had a great selection of baklava and other treats too. We sat in and had some mint tea. It all tasted great. It was quite late so it wasn't very busy but I can imagine how busy it does get during the day.
Q. V.
Authentic Lebanese restaurant in Park Royal. Their baklawa is out class and good is fresh and tasty.
U. A.
Bilal did an absolutely amazing Job helping me, perfect manners too.
Baklava standard is great too
A. H.
Very good food & ambience.
M. D.
The best baklava I've tasted in uk.
Felt safe as Covid restrictions were o served.
Fast and efficient service

Received a very warm welcome from an older gentleman who kindly provided a run down of what sweets were available and what was in them, which was very helpful as it was my first time in a Lebanese restaurant and I really didn't have a clue.
Joined friends in the outside area for drinks and food, which was lovely, albeit a bit chilly. However, staff were happy to switch heaters on when asked and were quick to attend when we requested them to take our food and drink orders.
We found all the staff really friendly and they were great with the children.
The location of the restaurant is on an industrial estate, where the streets are metered parking, but as we went on a Sunday night, parking wasn't an issue.
Staff made a point of thanking us for our custom and walked with us to the door to say goodbye.
Overall, a great little place to meet friends, possibly a little expensive and chilly, just wrap up warm and you'll be fine.
Z. S.
I popped in to get takeaway from the baklawa section. The mamool, baklawa and kunafe I bought home were all delicious. Staff could be more friendly and prices could be more transparent.
Z. K.
They offer you a product that says in stock. Then on day of delivery refund you for an item not in stock. They automatically decide for you what you want, and have and cannot have. This was amicably sorted out by email. However normal procedure should be to advise client before delivery on how to proceed
s. a.
Excellent selection of sweet biscuits, cakes and baklava freshly made. The staff is always very polite and efficient.
R. K.
Great service. Good food. Not too expensive ££. Good atmosphere
P. V.
Love coming here. Consistently excellent.
M. M.
great service, quality food, nice environment for dinner and 👍🏿💥💥💥💥💥
M. L. 9.
Best shisha in west London food and sweet are nice
M.
They are clean, and the quality of food is fine and OK. However the price not even fair because the portion size is not related to the price. They charge you 9 pound for kafta kebab but the kebab size is small and they are got serve it with rice or chips and they give you a very small bread so you have to ask for more bread or chips and then they charge you 2 pound for their kebab is not 9 pound is 11 pound which is over the average price.
F. B.
I have been a regular for a while now, the food is always fresh and tasty food. Recommend. I would like to particularly praise one of the waitresses, Sarah. She is lovely, very attentive and always smiley.
L.
Traditional Syrian food and desert done very well. The place is spacious and well decorated
Service can be a little slow at times but the staff are very friendly and serve you with a smile. Chef Mahmoud makes the best Fatta I have ever tasted. Also Mr Ali makes some of the best shisha in Londo.. Highly recommend.
C. F.
I ve been here several time for Breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff was always friendly and helpful, giving us the perfect combination for the food. The sweet always amazing.
I highly recommend it
D.
Food is great. One of the best Farouj Musahab ( Barbecued Chicken ) ever tasted. Sweets are the best in London. However if your planning to dine at their restaurant, the service is a bit slow as they make you wait. But the wait is worth it. Staff are all very nice.
S. T.
Probably the finest tasting Lebanese sweets, with a variety of
-baklawa
-cakes
-chocolate
-nuts
-and breakfast pizza’s
Never let down when it comes to the quality of food and the great tasting sweets they have , however
Always seem to be let down by the customer service surely a company of this size can employ people who at least smile and have basic people skills.
I think the biggest let down of this place is the staff, however never puts me off in coming again as the sweets are just fantastic,
f.
Great place, lots of Arabian sweets and savory foods done the right way here.
N. I.
I must say Bilal make the best Knefeh wrap or kaákeh with a big smile.
E.
Best Lebanese sweets in the UK.
An update of their new premises ...
Very nice to look at, waiter a bit overworked so forget about service. Prices have gone up and is no longer affordable for regular visits.
Great for take home service only and that's for the arabic sweets and not the food or 'french pattisserie'
S. A.
Great experience - never usually do reviews but the service & quality really does deserve it !
H. H.
Absolutely beautiful and delicious Baklawa.. Definitely my favourite..try the Chashew and Pistachio pieces. Wonderful friendly staff . Defo my new sweet spot
F. A.
I have visited the shop today and been served by nice old man and he was very lovely with big smile highly recommend
M. M.
Always come here for breakfast with my family and friends. Friendly staff, great selection of traditional lebanese breakfast and can't leave without at least a half kilo of baklava.
N. K.
Amazing kebabs and mixed grills. The only place where they have good tasting mixed lamb shish, lamb cubes and chicken cubes all have good flavours not dry at all. However the lamb shish is skinny so it wont fill you up if you have one stewed. The rice lacks flavour, just plain. The sweet pastries are delicious 30-40 different varieties, massive restaurant, posh and nice to sit down.
M. E.
Good quality sweet and savoury options. All very fresh. The shisha is good, with a cosy sheltered outdoor setting suitable for all seasons. Local parking has never been an issue. Good place to pick up Middle Eastern sweets for consumption at home too.
H. S.
Best baklawa in town. They have a lot of other sweet and savory things to eat. There cakes are just too good. prices are justified for the quality. Now they also have bigger seating area and parking spaces. Haven't tried but they have a big range of food items like grills, pizza, breakfast etc. I guess hukka is available too. Very popular spot and difficult to find parking in evenings and weekends. Top quality products.
H. M. (.
Nice Arabic food
Good selection
I didn't like the shawarma it was plain and not yummy like it should.
I didnt like the fact I sit down with the family and we had to go.far away to the end to avoid the.smell of the swears or toliet or something that is really annoyed.me.
The cakes the sell is over priced and doesn't taste all good. I usually buu fresh cream cakes so.i know when I buy from my local shop in the street or another shop, the cakes taste fantastic but in here the cakes tastes was just a cream and no taste of the actual cake. The taste was not right.
I like some of their sweets but when it comes down to it. They are really expensive. I could mention other places that offers the same for cheaper price but I will stick to what I say
Good place
I would go every month once or every year once Hopi g they improve. I will go to the other places every day and maybe skip this place all together
A. A. B.
No Arabian food like here.
D. B.
Of course they have the best cakes and biscuits in London, their hot food is also delightful as is their Fatoush salad. Truely world class. I was a little dissapointed at the Kofta kebab as I expected an epic tasting experience, perhaps this is where they can improve to make it a 5*
B. M.
Clean delicious food without central London prices. Excellent choice of desserts. Very nice indeed.
M.
The Bakalawa and biscuits are amazing here and their desserts such as cakes are delicious too and have a variety of flavours and you can even order a whole cake for special occasions. I would definitely recommend Patchi to anyone wanting authentic Arab desserts.
E. N.
The amazing open kitchen and pastry section give you warm welcome. Also the shisha lounge on the top floor.
Everything for night out.
Decorations very good
G. H.
Delicious baklava. Not cheap but worth the money as the quality is excellent.
N. M.
Great Arabic food at vwry reasonble prices. We also spent some time updtairs in the very spacious sheesha (hooka) lounge. Nice environment if you're ok with smoke.
T. R.
Top place for arabic sweets.
S. K.
Very fresh sweet and cakes
a. b.
Great service and great baklava
S. S.
They have got the best buklava in whole town.. loved it so much
Y. C.
Wonderful atmosphere, great food, excellent hygiene. I give 4 stars just because customer service at the stand is very, very smooth. Please work on this❤
O. Z.
Reasonable prices, delicious food... but slow service
K. M.
Nice sitting area. Tasty food.. very good Fresh juices and tea.. Loads of choices for sweets. Mosque is nearby to offer prayers as well...
D. T.
Great chilled out place to visit for a meal or a quick snack, interesting location, in an industrial estate, but it works, I did not realise this place manufactures baklava on mass. Absolutely the best baklava I have ever tasted.
Other food served was also good, shawarma's, etc, however I have tasted better, but that said, this is a bakery of sorts...
Very comfortable seating area, with access to Shisha, for those who enjoy this pass time.
Overall a great experience, you will not be disappointed, be sure to purchase some baklava!
R. H.
We followed patchi when they moved property's as their cakes are the best brought cakes you can buy.
We've gone at least once fortnight for food, cakes and watermelon smoothies witch were to die for.
Last 3 visits whoever have really disappointed us.
Watermelon smoothies become nowhere near as tasty, service for cakes appalling, stand waiting for 10 minutes then see someone else walk up and automatically be served.
My 11 year old now feels it's due to our skin colour. I delt thats the case here but shows how bad it's got.
We're going to take a break from going there.
Before this I'd be most happy to give 5 stars
S. B.
It was OK, reasonably priced. Friendly staff, good food!
Parking however is very impossible! Also don’t park on double yellow lines, there are traffic wardens at 11pm at night!
E. R.
Clean, variety of sweet and food. love the decor.
M. B.
Good food and service but some people don't wear masks
O. C.
A delicious collocation of real charcoal grill meat & chicken Plus the home made Shawerma
K. A.
Typical Lebanese sweets store and cafe. Traditional Middle Eastern delights. You can enjoy a good quality and excellent service. A bit pricey though. Parking on road side can be tricky at times.
M. M.
Great place to get quality Lebanese sweets and the prices are quite good. Restaurant food is good too but Gave 3 stars as the service could need improvement
S. K.
Beat best pattisserie yummy everything is so fresh, clean and delicious
They have sweet, cakes, savoury and lebanese food
B. F.
Great sweet section, I went in evening with my friends for Shisha , The waiters was totally ignored us we were waiting more than half an-hour to get the Shisha . I will never go to eat or Shisha. Maybe just to buy sweets.
A. M.
Amazing deserts and good fresh food. Was a bit cold in there but the waiters had good banter so made up for it
A. T.
Amazing ambience with great traditional desserts. Good for price and for chilling out. If you love kanefeh then this place is for you! Parking is also available which is a bonus!
C. S.
Excellent food: savoury or sweet. Low price and a nice touch of Lebanon. Mostly people coming there look Lebanese or from middle East so i always feel abroad when enjoying a baklava with marrocsn tea. Possibility to smoke shisha as well.
m. s.
Wide variety of Arabic sweets to offer. Seating available for those wishing to stop for food as well. Impressed with the diabetic options they had on offer. I had no idea! Bonus points from Manager on its way to me I'm sure ;)
P. S.
This place is food heaven. So much to choose from. Newly opened sheesha bar upstairs. Adults only so don't take your kids! Can get food up there too.
B. H.
We hosted an event at Patchi venue. It was really amazing big thank you to Hayat who was in charge along with Jasmin about the service and organization. Food taste and quality was fresh and delicious . Everything was perfect all my guests were amazed, pleased and enjoyed there time.
Special thank you to Jasmin who was helping and organizing each detail. She has lots of experience in organizing events. The nice thing which I really loved about her that she doesn’t forget or ignore what you tell her no matter of how many things they are, she gave lots of good suggestions as well.
I would really recommend Patchi venue (Hayat and Jasmin).
A. D.
Love the desserts here, I come here a lot with family for special occasions.
Great middle eastern pastries, good for large orders like weddings , eid ... birthdays
Quality is always fantastic.
O. I.
Lovely spacious cafe and traditional Lebanese bakery. Best quality Baklawa in London. They supply many large high end retailers, and coming here is like buying Baklawa from Harrods at a fraction of the cost. Took the Mrs for mint tea and knafa around midnight and it was busy!
K. B.
Fantastic outdoor eating area, yummy food, crazy bakery!! Would recommend x
M. H.
Delicious Middle Eastern desserts such as baklava, kunafa and basbusa. There is a variety of cakes and other desserts too. You can get fresh salted nuts as well. I wasn't too impressed by the service but the pot of mint tea is refreshing!
B. M.
I’ll say the service is good, the lady and the guy named Ahmed are doing well to serve, but they need to reduce the price as is quite expensive and most of the platers are Salads and vegetarian, if you go to Baklawa side things are very slow the staff they can’t take any pressure if is busy.
T. M.
An oriental and western sweets shop, great taste and acceptable prices
F. S.
It's good but the service is not you except for the restaurant, but the sweets is fresh and good,
R. G.
Best Baklava around London!
These guys are always busy for good reason, nice food, nice dring and shisha upstairs. Highly recommended!
R. S.
I love this place thank God its a bit far for me as the baklawa is amazing as is the pastries.
R. C.
Probably the best cakes in London... I am Portuguese and this is the only place where I can find a variety of cakes like we have back home. The place is also rated 5 stars in hygiene by the ealing council... Def recommended!
a. n.
Nice Arabic middle Eastern pattiserie. Serves really nice hot and cold food and lovely selection of sweets. Also has a shisha sesction. Great for families and groups of friends and singleton's
Y. I.
I love coming here for the fresh treats, most especially the baklawa and knefeh. The company has grown and I'm happy to see that they still serve up a storm for Arabic sweets.
S. V.
Amazing place for smokers - maybe one of my favourite places in London - shisha and amazing Arabic food. One side is the venue - super warm and cosy, on the other side is a bakery/sweets shop - which are so delicious. It is open until late, it gets busy in the evenings.
k.
Great food if you happen to be strolling down Abbey Road Park Royal and filling peckish
L. G.
Love love love this place, the Kunefe is life changing. Shame about location - pretty hard to get too without a car, but it's legit baklava heaven.
S. I. K.
Great Pastry items specially Baklawa is 😋
g. k.
I visited twice and I will again in the future. Service is not great but the food is good and the baklava is really good! Also the other sweets they offer
M. M.
Lot of good quality sweets, and convenient opening time. The man to ask for is Bilal, he is very helpful and will be happy to advice.
S. R.
Sweets there are really nice, fresh and tasty definitely I recommend it for the best Arabic sweets
s. k.
One arabic restaurant with small car park the staff can’t speak English and understand good , I didn’t okey with staff , food also is not so nice and is not bad , normall , if you like baklava here have nice one , and also have shisha bar ,reception for restaurant is beautiful, I like it .you can take nice pictures.
H. F.
Under staffed and overpriced, we had to wait too long to be served in a Saturday night although the restaurant was half empty. The food is ok though but under my expectations.
R. K.
I can't get enough from this place.
You go in the morning, you get freshly cooked food .
Any time you can have tea or coffee with fresh Arabian and oriental sweets.
Nicest and finest sweet place.
J. B.
Its absolutely yummy baklawa place. Our every single events incomplete without patchi ❤️❤️❤️
a. n.
Great baklawa. . Arabic sweet.. also shisha place good specially for family time. I didn't like the food there but I went there always for there sweet as they are number one in my opinion.
A. G.
Amazing sweets, but terrible service if you want to sit in. Waited I dont know how long for some tea. Clearly decided to focus on takeaway more than sit in guests.
H. A.
The Arabic pastries and desserts are the best in london in my opinion. I definitely recommend a visit to this place.
u. p.
Great range of products, reasonable price, quality food, great tasting sweets
