Amazingly friendly staff and great customer service ! Was there for Afternoon high tea . The quality is great but the quantity was too much for two people. Would definitely recommend. And to the staff ! Keep up the great work !

Great afternoon tea. Usually £25 for 2 people, I had a voucher that was discounted to £15 which is great value for money! You get 5 types of sandwiches (ham, chicken, cucumber, egg mayo, sun dried tomatoes), 4 scones and 4 types of dessert (pecan tart, raspberry eclair, carrot cake, black forest) plus tea or coffee. There's also a vegetarian option.

This branch is very busy, but staff genuinely friendly. My husband orders Birthday cakes from here, for the last couple of years. Every time they were just flawless. Once, in the cafe, I have asked to refund my cake because it was not fresh. Second time I refunded coffee because soya milk curled. We come here regularly, apart of these to instances I have always enjoyed: service, products and atmosphere.

This Small family restaurant is located in a small village, a hidden gem, food is amazing, service is very good, staff friendly, booking is recommended as gets very busy. Reasonable priced. There’s not too much to say really other than the staff are all fantastic and this is the best pizza you’ll find in miles. Amazing job.

My Favourite place Cakes Glorious Cakes. Must visit. I normally order my Double chocolate gateau when they a discounted offer. They have tables and seats in which you can sit and have tea, cakes and sandwiches of choice. Must try if your not in a hurry.

Quite the quintessential British Bakery & Cafe churning out some scrumptious baked treats and savories,Stopped off while shopping and had a Barclays Reward coffee and cake. The cake was strawberry gateau, lovely the coffee was lovely until the last couple of mouthfuls. I think I should have stirred it earlier or maybe added a little sugar.

Great staff. They really keep the place going. Even in a such a busy day like a Boxing Day they are still able to think and be helpful. Highly appreciated. The only think is the lay out of the tables, which is not perfect and makes maneuver difficult. Not the staff fault though

My first experience of Patisserie Valerie was the small cafe close to where I worked. I was delighted when they opened a branch in Brent Cross.All you come to expect is here - great coffee, pastries, sandwiches and various other cafe style food.Quality is good, prices a little high, but, hey-ho, great atmosphere within the best store in the centre and service has, in my experience, always been with a smile.

Cakes are fab. I've been to Edgware Road several times as well as Euston Square and Brent Cross deeply disappointed by cleanses of furniture and the fact that bins on display, will not be rushing back.
