Bright, friendly Boulangerie right beside iconic tower bridge. Clean, friendly, reasonable prices. Inside and outside seating. Perfect for a stop on Thames Path walk.

Best hoy chocolate I’ve had in my life. Which means I’ve either never had enough hot chocolate, or Paul’s is really amazing. Rich, dark, just right not too sweet. Their sandwiches are pretty good as well.

Young man that served us Friday morning was very pleasant. We ordered a ham & cheese baguette, an almond croissant and coffees - all excellent and fresh. Will definitely return when next visiting the area.

Was walking alongside Thames and it was sunny so was craving for a snack. Stepped into Paul and must say pretty clean n hygienic. Limited veg options but I took a quiche and Palmiers( one of the must have’s if you visit them) Flaky , buttery and sugary a perfect match to a sunny day! The quiche was yummy too! Does come under a slightly expensive category but the quality is worth it! There was a queue so I am sure it is a local cafe for a lot of Londoners! The view was pretty and one cannot miss the checkered flooring!!! Friendly staff and cute guys!

Nice Paul Café in Close proximity of The tower of London and The tower Bridge. There are Options inside and Outside of The cafe. The food tastes quite good and tasted and looked fresh even in The evenung. The Cafe was also quite good and hot. The Staff was very friendly and i good mY food and beverage quickly. Highly recommended.

Who hasn't heard of Paul's? This international patisserie chain evokes the feels of Paris with pastel coloured walls and an array of mouth-watering sandwiches, baguettes and Instagrammable cakes. This particular branch is right by the Tower of London. It's the perfect place to get a quality sandwich to refuel before carrying on with your sightseeing around the city.

I like this cafe because of its unusual and delicious pastries and bread, coffee is good too. Location is perfect! The best after a walk around the area. Customer service is always depending on the place, it was ok in here. I think you can't expect the highest level of the customer service in such a busy place like near the Tower of London. But we did enjoy our visit, after the heavy snow it was so good to have hot drinks. And my guests from America liked a cafe a lot.

Friendly staff, good choice of food, great location by the Thames. The door to the entrance, when not open, does take a bit of strength to get it opened. It could be mistaken for being locked. Only thing that was a bit disturbing was that you could see flies moving around some of the fresh sandwiches. I had a pastry, scrambled eggs stuffed croissant and a coffee. The coffee was especially strong and creamy, which was good. Scrambled eggs stuffed croissant was ok. The pastry was delicious! It also has a locked toilets facility that can be opened by the code provided on your receipt.

Great location. The food was quick and delicious. I had a Croque Monsieur and the Salmon Quiche. The quiche was ok, but the sandwich was fantastic. Finished off with a giant Palmier cookie.

All hot drinks served in disposable cups, even when dining-in. What a waste. Get a dishwasher? Excellent pastries, macaroons, and hot chocolate. And a great river view.

I purchased a macaroon here and was greatly disappointed by its quality. It tasted more like a sandwich than a macaroon. It was very dense and heavy and the cream inside wasn’t good at all. I know that Paul has other, great tasting, products, but this experience really put me off.

One of the Great view in London, especially early morning and sunset time. Night time peak at the shy_lighted tower bridge is an additional benefit getting a glass wall seat here. I was so pleased with the service and the cakes were delicious and loved by everyone. I called up and the really kind and helpful employee (whom I asked for his name but now forgotten🤦‍♀️) told me he had just sold their last cake but that they could make me some to collect in an hour! I ordered the Duo Chocolat Cake and the Charlotte Framboise Cake. Both were absolutely delicious and I will 100% be purchasing again, even if I’m the only one eating😅 Thank you!

I visited this place twice during my last trip to London (18-20/09/2020). Coffee was in the right temperature and you can enjoy your meal with a great view from the London Tower and Tower Bridge. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Lovely staff abs great prices for what you get. Would recommend getting a chai latte they are really good. Nice place to get a snack with the family on a day out.

We stopped here for brunch, and were delighted by the excellent array of breads, cakes and pastries. An artisan style cafe, it doesn't try too hard, it has a lovely relaxed feel and relies on the quality of its produce to sell itself. It does not disappoint! Made with fresh ingredients, the breads are delicious and the pain au chocolat is worth the calories! The coffee was excellent too. A great find, right on the riverside!

This is a place where you can enjoy your coffee with the view of Tower Bridge and the river. You will find standard Paul's pastries and sandwiches - so if you like those (how I do), this is the place for you. Friendly staff, cozy atmosphere and even though it's a pretty touristic place, Paul is not crowded.

As a result of covid I have not been able to eat anything with chocokate in it as it smells and tastes disgusting. However, the chocolate macarons and cakes I have tried at PAUL do not smell or taste horrific and I want to thank them- apparently they are high quality. A regular customer now

Brilliant place to go for something to eat. I needed something different made up to do my medical condition. The staff helped without any problems. Quality food and drinks at great prices. Since no public toilets nearby sometimes one gets compelled to visit this restaurant to use the washroom enrty to which allowed through pass word , you would get this password if you buy something from this resturant.

Let's face it: there's plenty of fast sandwich-and-coffee eateries in London... But Paul bakes their own crunchy bread and serves their filling with a twist (for example, never found coppa ham anywhere else in a cheap quick sandwich). Sweets are very good too for the same reasons, it really is a proper boulangerie-patisserie. Coffees and teas are comparable to anywhere else, but only here you can sip your cuppa with a view on the tower of London, tower bridge and the south bank. Nice hassle-free afternoon break when you feel like a tourist...
