Reviews of Sweet Things

They serve one of the best sweet in town called the honey comb crunch. Their Rocky road is also absolutely fab!
According to my partner, they serve one of the best coconut milk cappuccino.
If you want to stop for food, you can expect some nice dishes. I think they are are better for sweets than food (They are call me Sweet Things for a reason).
They also sell a delicious vanilla cashew butter. It’s crazy expensive but it’s really really good. Worth a treat!

I was actually disappointed as expected more from Primrose Hill cafe. Here coffee and hot chocolate are very average, very pretty looking cupcakes soooo sweet we could not finish. Pricy. I am giving three stars only because my dessert was very fresh (despite Christmas holidays and that being an excuse in other places) and tasting fab. Shame about the decor and paper plates, no toilet either. Could do with a proper clean. Staff was helpful and smiling.

Cakes are delicious, especially the lemon loaf and the carrot loaf.

What a welcome place. Today I was served a sandwich that reminded me of my mother's food. There was a tall slim member of staff with the most beautiful smile that welcomed us and made us feel good. Well done. I recommend this place.

As a vegan, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite. We had vegan mince pie and a dark chocolate coconut slice with oat hot chocolate.

Excellent coffee and salted caramel brownie.
Hard to find a seat inside. But lovely place right next to Primrose Hill

Quite simply superb ice-cream! The salted caramel was rich and unctuous and much better than the more famous place down the road in Camden. And their breakfast pastries are lovely too and big!

Had a nice experience here. The food we ordered was very good and the tea as well.

Today I went there with my boyfriend and I was served the most delicious sandwich by a lovely beautiful tall Portuguese lady who made us feel so welcome. I felt at home. Thank you for the warmth welcome. Her smile will make us, my friends and family want to go there.

I visited today and eat at one of their tables on the street.I was not given a napkin or any sanitizer. When I finished I requested to use the bathroom ( I have used it whilst using this establishment before) A snappy girl said you can’t use it go into the park .
As a disabled elderly person I found this very distressing.
I am sure with this amount of sitting space a toilet should be available. My hands were sticky and as I explained I couldn’t walk to the park . She was even more shirty .

Good for a croissant and coffee in the morning but pricey and so-so quality for a snack at lunch.

I had a wonderful breakfast well presented and absoutley delicious! The takeaway dish was served by Lilia, her professionalism, warm welcome and her smile made me feel comfortable during the meal. I have strongly reccommended to friends and family. Well done! Sweet things for a wonderful experience. I iwill be back.

Great deserts! Loved the lemon meringue tart and the cookie.

Having lived I primrose hil for almost 2 years, I went in to get some sourdough which was absolutely delicious, however, I also asked for a glass of tap water and was told by the till lady that they cannot do that. I find it ridiculous and a lack of customer service.
I recommend you invest in some training.

Nicest people you could ever meet. They are always so friendly and happy no matter the day or time. The coffee is great and the sweet things are to die for.

Primrose Hill has two cupcake shops. This one wins my vote as the cupcakes are moist, the children inside well-minded (not screaming and throwing tantrums) and they do great coffee by Nude. Also wonderful sunny spot outside to sit and enjoy life on the high street.
Right, the cupcakes. Moist, delicious, not that fake sugar frosting business. All butter frostings - did I mention they do gluten-free options too? If an adult size cupcake isn't up your alley try a baby cupcake - and about 1/3 of the calories. Delicious! Fun flavours too - red velvet, salted caramel and my favourite - peanut butter!
Now, the fro-yo is a disappointment. For a 'tub' with one topping will run you £4. Definitely Primrose pricing - yikes! It's like 'air' in a 'tub' - meaning too light and fluffy to justify the cost. You're better to stick with the ice cream, sorbet and chilled coffees and chocolate...or just head back towards Chalk Farm tube station and get your fill at Marine Ices.

today we went to have some lunch recommended scrambled eggs and bacon. unfortunately the person who was taking the orders was a old lady she’s very slow ,Very disappointed with her service.

Iced Americano was good. Red velvet Cupcake was excellent; I want a bucket of the cream cheese frosting please. One of the more expensive bakery’s I’ve been to though for some reason.

This is a bit biased as i came and had a salad here because everywhere else was overcrowded or closed on a very busy, warm April Sunday. Huge line for icecrem and clearly staff were a bit stressed. They were very confused and unhelpful when i ordered a salad. Presented with a pretty sad bowl of quinoa with a scoop of avo on top. Had to ask for greens and got given a bowl of spinach without dressing. It was stupid to come here for something that wasn't sweet so i shouldn't have been shocked when it was very average.

The best croissants and coffee I know in Primrose Hill. They sell beans from Monmouth coffee Co. The staff is always friendly and the open kitchen looks fine.

Was recommended by Nico ( my stylist) and I've finally found my new coffee place. Thank you

These are truly the best cupcakes that exist and they look again magnificent. really a must to drink it as coffee. you can also take them to eat them in a nice park.

The iced americano and the rocky road were really good, although a bit expensive. Takeaway was quick.

Really nice toasted sandwich and not bad coffee...... but a tenner for a toastie and a small cup of coffee..... I know its London but theres no reason to charge that much.

Too much plastic and should have a toilet for customers.
