Good pastry..custard bun..macha bun..orange choc...lemon choc are good..I have not tried others yet. But strange opening days. I went there on days they were supposed to be opened but found they were closed..that was after new year and in February 2022

Delicious, affordable and charming Japanese bakery. It's not that cloud like pillow soft I was hoping but it's by far the best in city. Would definitely recommend their Cream Bun.. so yummy.

Finally managed to pay a visit to Tetote factory ! Tiny shop with very nice buns and pastries. Everything look yummy and it’s homemade.
In a time where local businesses needs our support more than ever, Tetote factory is of the one you should pay a visit as they deserve it !
Recommend and will come back even it’s long way from East London 😅

Love this bakery, have tried most of them from the menu, my favourite are curry bun, tuna, green tea cake. Very clean, tasty food, friendly atmosphere!

A great little gem of a place in the Ealing neighbourhood. I didn’t get a chance to try the much lauded baguette but had a few sweet and savoury buns, which I really enjoyed. Very good prices and friendly service!

Fantastic bread rolls as always!
Bought lots for family and friends to share. I bought them on last Thursday and the breads are still soft today, Monday. Yum!
I've eaten Tetore Factory bread roll since around 2000, when they were still in Wembley Retail Park.Due to I live in Oxford, I can only have Tetote Factory's breads every now and then, so it's real treat!

This is an authentic Japanese bakery that does amazing breads! got these today and loved it so much. I feel lucky to have this bakery in my town

Make sure to call in and order as they sell out so fast! For good reason, their pastries are delicious. Chocolate melon pan, green tea brioche, curry bun and ham & cheese are my favourite, but everything's sublime. Can't wait to go there again.
M. K.
Brilliant food - the bread is fresh and delicious. We had the olive stick and garlic and tomato as savoury breads and then the chocolate orange brioche, green tea brioche and azuki bean sweet breads. All were really good and I would buy them again without a doubt!

What lovely little gem of a place have been wanting to try a Japanese bakery. Found this little establishment on line not much to look at decor wise. But believe me the food is gorgeous especially the baguettes!! Get there early as the food is generally gone!!

The toast bread definitely deserves five stars. It was so soft and delicious and baked almost zur perfection. Compared to conventional toast it's pricey but worth it though.
K. D.
Wonderful buns, filled with deliciousness. The curry buns are amazing, ditto our favourite adzuki red bean buns. Very fairly priced and as good as if not better than similar buns elsewhere, priced at more than double theirs. Lovely staff, they operate to strict hygiene rules. Check opening times beforehand and go early!

Great Japanese Bakery and good coffee too. Thank you for the custom-made bread for my son's birthday.

Authentic Japanese breads, so fresh and affordable! :) The owner is really sweet too.

Very nice indeed the Baguette,a unique taste, all the buns are delicious too. My favourites are,the bun with mushrooms, with broad beans, almond+black beans, although they are all very nice.
The staff are helpful and smile/polite.
It's a gem Japanese bakery.
May I suggest to display all buns, breads in the glass cupboard,to avoid dust+fly/insects, especially during the hot weather. We come two/three times a week customer,no other bakery in Ealing beat the quality of Tetote.Keep it up with the quality and a helpful service.

Really buttery goodness, lovely bread and pastries with some unusual fillings, let down a little by the high prices and lack of many options both sweet and savoury.
A. T. T.
Fantastic quality pastry and bread. Run by a friendly Japanese family. Take away only. Parking just by the roundabout.
R. H.
The most lovely baked goods, both savoury and sweet. Wonderful baguettes and sliced bread that is so fresh and soft each and every time.
S. L.
This little bakery may be a little understated in decor but it is absolutely wonderful. It has such a beautiful range of delicious Japanese baked goods that makes it really difficult to decide what to get! Everything tastes delicious with flavours that are well concocted even if it is unusual. It made me so very happy to find this place - will definitely go back.

Love the baguettes. Get there early to avoid missing out. Worth the effort. Sweet treats are good too.

Lovely little Japanese bakery in South Ealing. Such an unassuming spot you could easily walk straight past it....they haven’t wasted money on any fancy decor or unnecessary props, just letting their delicious selection of Japanese milk breads, savoury and sweet enriched pastries and coffee speak for itself. Really friendly and helpful staff as well - keep it up team Tetote! 🙌
Y. E.
Love the bread, the baguettes are just so tasty and full of flavor. Their other pastries were also great, however not many were available at the the time I went this time, but that's due in part because they are in such demand. They continually bake throughout the day

Who knew there was a Japanese bakery in Ealing? Everyone who has bought bread, cakes and pastries from Tetote Factory in the last 7 or 8 years. I visited early on an afternoon so did not have the widest choice. Was also told the greatest choice is on a Saturday morning. Will return on a Saturday.

Don't let the nondescript name and plain exterior fool you. Tetote Factory is a Japanese bakery in South Ealing with a stellar reputation and the most welcoming and enthusiastic staff I have ever encountered. It's a joy to visit the bakery from start to finish, and they are a shining example of how retail should be done.
On offer are plenty of options, both savoury and sweet. Most are staple Japanese recipes, with a couple of Japanese / English hybrid options. My particular favourites are the curry buns, the hot dog buns, the egg tarts (of all varieties) and the green tea buns (trust me). They also bake fresh bread and sweet buns by the bagful, both of which are also top quality.
If I worked locally instead of just living locally, I'd probably get lunch here every day. Unfortunately, I have to limit my visits to the weekends.
Get there early in the morning for the freshest food and the widest selection - they sell out very quickly through the morning so if you're late then the favourites will already be gone!
Tetote Factory alone is worth a visit to South Ealing, and worth the walk off the broadway if you're shopping up there.

Traditional Japanese bakery that offers French baguette sticks, an pan buns and more. This is an authentic Japanese bakery, they bake traditional French bread such as baguettes, croissants, and brioche alongside Japanese bread such as an pan, sausage roll, butter rolls and more. It's not expensive and they bake throughout the day but baguettes are popular so it's best to reserve these. They also close on Saturdays once a month so you must check their website to check if they are closed. There is limited parking nearby, 3 free spaces, a paid car park and then pay and display.
E. F.
An excellent Japanese bakery with a good variety of typical Japanese bread; the sesame toast and anpan are especially great.
D. D.
Excellent Japanese bakery offering that interesting fusion of French and Japanese baked goods. Tetote has a range of offerings, from little apricot brioches and azuki-walnut rolls baked on both sides to various more hearty and flavourful savoury fare that are almost meals unto themselves. Be warned - some of their baked goods usually sell out very quickly. A prime example is their superbly crusty and tasty pointed baguette.
R. A.
Really enjoy their food! Perfect breakfast or light lunch and very reasonably priced. I've missed them over the pandemic - I believe they've been closed but maybe I'm wrong...
A. H.
On our first visit, we ordered five different types of buns. All were excellent, very tasty and competitively priced. Would definitely come back. There is paid parking opposite, if you're driving.
K. G.
Seen a long queue in morning so decided to pop in later. Best decision I made today O_o. Place like real family run Japanese bakery. Every single bun looks perfect and taste even better (tried 4 different). If You are around pop in and give it a go.
R. S.
It's impossible to overstate the appeal and deliciousness of the simple, authentic, freshly-baked buns, bread and pastries at this tiny Japanese-run shop. You can see the authentic Japanese baker himself toiling away in the bakery just behind the counter. Everything is served and sold with equally authentic and elegant Japanese charm and service. Many favourites such as the sourdough baguette and the raison walnut buns sell out very fast but you can reserve anything in advance to save a wasted trip if you're unlucky enough not to live nearby. There are always interesting things to try - green tea cake, melon buns, bacon epi, potato salad pastry, mouthwatering soft sliced walnut or sesame bread .... I can't go on! I need to pop out and buy something from them right now.
S. L.
Love it! Friendly staff, amazing bread, especially their baguette: it sells out very quickly, so you need to go early. And their sweet and savoury buns are to die for: my favourite one is a tear and share bacon bread. Highly reccomended!
L. C.
Lovely little bakery! The staff was really friendly!
I visited the bakery out of curiosity and it's so worth it!
I got the azuki beans bun, matcha green tea with azuki beans bun and melon pan.
Every bun was really delicious!
They do salty bread/buns too if you're not a fan of sweets. Very cheap too considering that it's in London.
Wish we had this bakery in Italy too XD
Would definitely come again :)

I've been buying their delicious pastries since they opened a few years ago. Pleased to see this lovely place thriving and keeping the same high standard all the time. Highly recommended!

This bakery is a little gem! The food is incredibly good and the staff are friendly and super polite. It deserves a visit, regardless if you're living in the area or not. Definitely worth also along commute!
V. S.
Simply outstanding. I work close to Tetote Factory and their selection of savoury and sweet offerings is second to none. The staff are friendly and amicable, it's always a pleasure to go in, and as someone who really appreciates fine coffees, I'm surprised that they serve better coffee than the so-called "fancy coffee" places in Ealing! Highly recommended.

Visited there from all the way up in London, Highbury & Islington as I have been craving for an authentic Japanese bread which I loved when I was in Japan. Regardless it was a long journey, it was truly worth it. We had curry bread (a must!!), corn tuna bread, walnut azuki bread, bluberry brioche bun, and sausage roll. All was super joyful and original!!! Only drawback is that there is no seat to enjoy their bread as soon as we get it but well....even that can be understood as long as we can enjoy this truly decent Japanese bread in London. Will visit there again no matter what :)
R. O.
Superb. Delicious creative buns, fine baguettes and espresso, all for prices that should make any other London establishment blush. There is no place to sit so be forewarned, its strictly takeaway.
T. S.
This genuine Japanese bakery serves a range of sweet and savoury products. Everything I've tried so far has been delicious (probably the best sausage roll you'll ever try, green tea custard rolls with azuki beans, bacon in a wholemeal French bread lattice, rum and raison breole). There are some more experimental bakes for the adventurous. Tetote Factory also serves a range of teas/coffees/juices. Thy even market a range of tableware.
Service is exceptional, very friendly staff. A real feel-good alternative to the bigger chains. Can't recommend enough.
M. U.
Really authentic Japanese bakery with great bread, buns and rolls. Can't get such great quality at other places. Really one of my favorite places and recommend it much.
R. Y.
I missed the buns with anko (sweetened red beans) in it and melon pan so badly and I came all the way to this bakery. It was superb. I bought a lot so that I put it in the freezer for few days. I re-baked it few days afterwards and still it tasted great. I will go again when I happen to visit London.
とっても、おいしかったです! 普段はウェールズにいるので買えませんが、ロンドンに行くときは絶対に行きたいと思います~!

Everything within their selection of savoury and sweet is delicious. Flavours are delicate rather than overwhelming and its so difficult to choose! One of their specialities is the green tea custard bun with azuki beans a true japanese product and I adore it. Thanks Tetote for bringing a piece of Japan near my home!
L. J.
Everything I've eaten here has been delicious. A huge amount of care and attention goes into the baking. The cream buns and green tea buns in particular are sensational.

I have been here 3 times and it was always delicious! It seems like a japanese/Hong Kong fusion bakery so for that it, as it reminds me of both places and the folks that run it are lovely, top stars!
