The bagel house is a really nice place to get rolls patties and doughnuts. The prices are okay and this place is open 24 hours a day which is great. I always buy stuff from here and enjoy it so much. They take cash and card payments too. Can be very busy in there as this is a popular place to get food.

After, the presentation have seen, the taste of their pastries give some kind of disappointment, at least for me (… I tried two of theirs, as you can see in my pictures.) The products are not named and priced, but if you ask, the information will be given to you. I was just wondering if their pastries taste can be as good as their customer service, what they can achieve with their business. … anyway, your taste expectation can be different, so you even can love their product.

Most delicious bagels! Excellent selection of food and low prices really impressed! HOWEVER the security on the door need to take their job more seriously, I witnessed horrible rude customers fight with eachother and make a women really uncomfortable which made me uncomfortable. Furthermore the staff shouldn’t have to put up that this, these group of men where being very offensive and nasty to the staff it was disgusting to witness and I hoped security would have kicked them out straight away. But lovely bagels thank you ! I just feel sorry for the staff and other customers that get attacked.

The salmon bagel and doughnuts I tried were delicious, and I even went twice there in the same day. However, the customer service can be improved and the staff were quite grumpy. I could sense they were almost annoyed. Once the customer service improves, this place could easily get 4 or even 5 stars!

I've been going to The Bagel House for about 30 years. They do the best plain croissants, bagels and the staff are so nice. They always chat to my son and remember his name. I can't recommend this place enough and, outside of Covid-19, they are open all day, every day except on Jewish holidays.

Finally tried this place after years of driving by it. Very clean upon entry which is always a good sign. Staff seem really nice. Hot salt beef bagel wasn’t good if I’m honest but the portion was huge. The pastries are delicious and there’s a lot of choice. Also, the samosas are excellent. Definitely worth a try.

I've been going to bagel house any chance I get for about 2 years now and not once have I been disappointed. The food is always freshly made and great taste. The quick customer service is very convient when going on your lunch break. However, last week they put my pizza upside down in the paper bag and I couldn't turn it around because it was burning hot so I was forced to eat it from the crust.

I have traveled all over the world, and to this day, I still can't find a better Egg-Salad Bagel as this place. Open 24/7 was my life-line for cravings after a night of working or drinking. Been coming here for years and the Bagel House puts out nothing but 5 Star delights. From Bagels to tarts and excellent coffee. Superb is the only way to describe everything here. For them to be in business for over ten years says a lot. I can't wait for my next time in London, as I will trek it out to this gem just for a proper breakfast. For you lucky locals, the Egg-Salad bagel bites are excellent, and from what I remember on my last visit here the Smoked Salmon Bagel was good too.

This place is a really convenient 24 hour option if you're looking in the area, and the salt beef bagel - whilst expensive - is generously portioned and fairly good. Everything else seems fairly bland, the cheese they use is really crap processed stuff, the salami is the oddest and cheapest looking and tasting I think I've ever come across. The staff are also pretty distant and uninterested.

However whenever i go to the shop im bombarden by the staff asking me what i want before ive even had a chance to look at the menu which makes me feel rushed when ordering and i end up only ordering the first thing that looks good instead of buying a variety of things.
