First time ever had cake from this place.words are not enough. It was a birthday cake that my son picked up for me. It was mango flavour. The cream was so light not on the heavy side the sponge was just incredibly amazing just melts in the mouth .the mango flavour was on point .Will highly recommend this bakery.

Today I was greeted Vinay & Upender. They were fantastic and very jolly and happy. selected out a cake and was assisted by Vinay with the writing and packaged up neatly. The puff pastry came out fresh and hot tasted fantastic, I ended up ordering x3 more coz they were that good! Red velvet cakes tastes great. Also worth trying their other cakes and pastries. The place has great taste to offer but they have gone bit expensive in last one year as you can get good deals as well in market.

Small but nice bakery with a variety of fresh pastries , cakes and bakery items.The food quality and quantity is good. There is lots of variety to choose from. They also have eggless and vegan cake variety. They do take preorders for parties. The staff is polite and helpful. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. The prices are moderate. The service is quick.

Had a cake made for my mums 70th birthday and she loved the cake and it wasn't engraved untill I collected it and put it in a lovely big box and my mum was well pleased and the sponge was light and fluffy and the cream on it was real fresh and if you are interested make sure that you have room in your fridge so it will stay fresh

Fresh and delicious cake. Although they were busy but they were managing the que well. The variety of options available are great. I have been going there for a few years now and they have always maintained the higher standard that one expect when one is ordering for the special occasion. I order cake online and my first review was one star because indeed the cake that was delivered to me was terrible it didn't even stay straight in the box. However I did contact them and send them picture and the response from them was brilliant they called me and apologize and said that they will remake the cake and send it to me in the same day. Mistakes happens but the way they react to that is amazing and spot on and I must say that I recommend this place because they do put a lot of effort to make their customers happy and I will definitely come back for another of their beautiful cakes.

Have bought from this lovely shop several times and am in love with their cakes and designs. Their products are delicious and always crave me to want more. The staff are very friendly, bubbly and accommodating. I once asked for a red velvet birthday cake for my boyfriend and was more than pleased with the result. Halal. Eggless based Cake. I would say this Branch reasonable prices. Big problem is parking, barely exists to collect it. You got to be careful of parking. Watch out for those parking man/women It tasted great and they are quite good. Cash or Card payments are accepted. They do some little pastry food. They do some good designs.

The cakes they make are very tasty, unfortunately the service level is very poor. When you call they hung up or ask you to call later, and every time the order is never on time. On Thursday I ordered online for pick up at 3pm and ended up with a fine because the cake was finally ready at 4pm. Today I am supposed to pick up another cake at 11am and the cake was also not ready I am waiting in my car because they don’t have ingredients for a cake that I ordered on Saturday for pick up Monday, on top of that they have to also write the message when I am there because they couldn’t take the order over the phone to write it. Tasty cake but they ruin it with the service and delays, and cost of cake £35 + £65 fine = £100 due to incompetence.

I visited the East Ham branch. I ordered a birthday cake for my little daughters birthday. You can order up to 2 days prior to pickup. The cakes are all egg free and they are all very light and 'fluffy'. Taste lovely. A lot of cream but it's not like you eat these every day is it! They also sell sweet pastries and savoury pastries.. I always order birthday cakes from here..

This place is popular for their cake and pastries. I tried their cake couple of times. It was good but my expectation was bit high. Their snacks items are popular as well. Always use this shop for fresh cakes and have been doing so for a number of years. Good quality cakes and pastries. Never experienced any issues with customer service these days it's select it, pay for it and go. Negative side is NO parking. Also once or twice the cakes have been on the dry side, on questioning, the staff advised to remove the cake from the fridge 1 hour before consumption if you're planning to store it for a while.

A place where we buy cakes regularly... lovely cakes and yummy flavour... this time ordered a birthday cake with a jungle theme.. cake looked lovely... only the pond in the middle which was blue, when cut through it was so runny that it seeped through the cake... which was messy and not nice at all... seemed like a blue paste water... came to shop to tell them about it... one of the staff member so very rude and unapologetic.. told me this happens sometimes, if you want you can buy if not don’t buy... the another staff though quickly said sorry and listened to my part and accepted that it was a mistake.

Great place for getting nice cakes with necessary customisation. Egg-less cakes are their speciality, which suits the vegetarians. They are quite capable and can make many types of cakes for birthdays to weddings. You'll have to choose from a catalogue with dozens of choices and pre-order you cake a few days before the occasion and they'll make the cake ready for you by the agreed time. At the store, you'll also find many pre-made cakes which you can pick up if you are in a hurry. Other thanks cakes, they also sell Indian treats like pastries, puffs etc. Given the location of the shop, its not easy to park your car close to the shop. So, you have be careful when walking to the car, on the busy streets of East Ham.
