Amazing place to learn how to make cupcakes decoration, I arranged a hen party for my sister of 20 people or so, we drove 2.5 hours and it was absolutely worth it. teacher was so good. we learnt good tips and advise and had a very good time. I even got icing recipe card, nozzles pipping bags and few other cake decorating. Annabelle was so helpful. she posted this out to me as I live so far. I definitely recommend this place.

Everything you need to learn and advance in cake decorating. Very well run school with courses for all abilities and experience. Annabelle Jane has years of knowledge to pass on and does so in a friendly and supportive way. The shop is well stocked too and it’s great to have it on the doorstep! I attended the one day professional cake decorating course last Saturday and learnt so much. From how to cut a cake into thirds, achieving a smooth icing covering and decorating in all manner of styles. I joined Confection Perfection as a cake clubber a few months. I have loved every minute of it. All the staff that I have met have been absolutely lovely and very friendly. Cake club has many perks and one of them is bringing a friend long to one of their short courses. I did this last weekend and they loved it just as much. If you need any cake gadgets or ingredients then Confection Perfection is the place to head. Can't wait to head back to the shop.

Confection Perfection is a brilliant place to gain any of the skills you need for cake making and cake decoration. I have been fortunate enough to gain my Masters Certificate from P.M.E. here under the brilliant tutelage from Annabelle Jane. For those of you unaware who P.M.E. are..... they are considered one if the world's leading manufacturers in cake decorating, baking and sugarcraft products. They have courses to teach which are of a very high quality . As such they would only use venues which match their very high standards. I had cause recently to contact the head of Knightsbridge P.M.E. Paula McLeod and she had this to say about Annabelle Jane........ Annabelle is both a lovely and very talented person so you were in excellent hands which will no doubt have put you in good stead for your own cake business. Anyone wishing to take a course here will not be disappointed. It is of the highest standard, where everyone is treated as a friend.
