Delicious, hygiene and in time available. But only problem is you have to choose only they have in their booklet. They cant make if you want something else, shapes or characters. Not very wide variety but still i appreciate their efforts and services. My family have history of egg allergies so one of the best choice is to choose cake box.

We always get our cakes from here since my daughter has an egg allergy. We ordered a birthday cake and it was not ready on time. Purchased a helium #3 balloon which popped after an hour. Even charged 50p for an extra tiny box. They don't really value their customers or offer any spectacular customer service, they just care about money. Cake box have contacted me to sort out this issue. I am happy with the outcome and glad that they do care about their customer's experience.

I recently bought a birthday cake for my 8 year old daughter from this branch and the service and the cake were impeccable. I ordered the cake online for collection at 2pm and it was there ready and waiting for me in store. And it was delicious, not one person who ate it could believe it wasn't made with egg! In fact they said it was nicer than those they have had with egg in! Will definitely be buying from here again for my other daughters birthday in January. I went in yesterday to order a cake for my nieces first birthday had an awful day trying to look for a cake but I felt so welcomed by the staff, I felt if as my issues were solved and I was given excellent customer service. I have never heard of this place but I was recommended by a good friend of mine, the young lady took my order who was wearing a hijab and greeted me with a smile as I was panicking a lot she asked me to call in and ask for her so she could resolve my issues, I believe she told me her name was sabzi as printed out on the order form , she had the biggest smile and welcomed me very warmly, issue was solved in seconds and I am very very satisfied with the customer service , she also adviced me to take a some cupcakes which was on offer for £5 I insisted and said no but I did take a slice and the cakes are fab with delicious toppings thank you sabzi and the rest of the cakebox team , will be coming back for more and deffo recommend to friends and family.
