I bought a number cake for my toddler and I loved it. I was given a pick up appointment and they kept to time, with no delay. They don't have parking but there's park and pay just a few minutes walk away from the store.

I have ordered a big birthday cake and it went down a treat! Cakes are super delicious - very fluffy and light! The selection of single slices is also great. The staff are really nice and helpful and I was in and out in time to catch the bus! :) Thank you!

These cakes are to die for. Absolutely delicious. I've bought them a few times for different occasions and they never disppoint. My children call them fairy cakes. The cream is very light and not too sweet. Just right, not too heavy.

Your cakes are simply amazing. I'm new to the UK and bought it first in June when I had my birthday and also recommended it for my sister's son in worchester. Keep up with the taste and quality. More purchases to come. Cheers.

I had great customer service from here today. I ordered a beautiful birthday cake for my teenage daughter. After I got it home I bumped it and badly damaged the lovely decorative icing before she'd even seen it, let alone had a chance to take the all important photos. I took it back to the shop and they fixed it up for me amazingly well, free of charge, totally saving the day. I can't thank the staff enough.

Not alot to say really, they don't really have any competition. Prices are okay I suppose, not alot to compare to for a semi custom made cake. Independents will cost alot more. Generally taste good not overly sweet or heavy. Sponge is almost bread like and not cakey, I guess due to no eggs but it works. 8/10. Maybe better off going to one of the Chinese bakeries in Chinatown if you prefer a more cake like taste,. Also priced very similar and more customisable options

Absolutely perfect. Ordered at 1pm to collect a last minute cake for a graduation, picked up at 6:30. It looked and tasted wonderful, very light and fluffy. I agree with other reviews on the artifical flavours but this didn't bother us, the whole family loved it. Would definitely recommend.

My favourite place when it comes to cakes, however the person that was serving on the till yesterday evening 09/05 was very unprofessional, does not smile, roles her eyes when you ask a question and just looks completely fed up. The staff member was picking up items in anger from around the till area. This was not only witnessed by myself but another customer stood behind me who was completely shocked. This is not the first time I have been treated this way and it's always the same person. Not good customer service and certainly not a nice way to greet customers either.. has really put me off.

The cakes themselves are nice but I bought two different slices (Kinder Beuno and Ferrero) and they were exactly the same, bar a Ferrero/Kinder on top. It's just a nice chocolate cake so why the price difference between products that are clearly the same? Seems mostly like clever advertising but nevertheless disappointing.
