Top Bakery. Quality Food and very tasty savory products. Chelsea Buns that has to be the best in Wales and there Stilton Cheese and Beef Salad rolls..... well are heaven on earth. Do I love Wrens Bakery? 'Yes' it is quality beyond and the staff are very polite.

Awesome bakery. Just got 2 bacon club sandwiches with 2 fried eggs in each. The bread was amazing, tasty thick crusts surrounding the soft white bread. Corned beef pasties are definitely worth the price and are delicious hot or cold. Very friendly staff, always polite and helpful. I always walk away with more than I intended on buying before going.

The food here is absolutely delicious from rolls to cakes very reasonable prices had 2 lovely fresh cream cakes for less price than you'd pay one in Costas. And very friendly staff. Well worth a visit.

Best bakery that I know of, good straight up food at a very reasonable price. I have been coming here for about 25 years and have never had any reason to be anything other than delighted at the friendly welcomes and tasty food. Some of the best bread and cakes I've ever eaten and it never fails to delight. Keep up the good work and I'll keep coming back for more.

I live in Bristol and travel all around the South West and Wales due to work. I always look forward to being in Newport as this is the best Bakery I have found. This year I have discovered their Mince pies, WOW! They are the best thing since sliced bread (which I assume Wrens also sell)

Wrens is the best bakery I have ever been too. Amazingly friendly staff who are so sweet and welcoming - this place had a really friendly feel. The bread is the best fresh bread I've ever eaten and there is a huge selection. The birthday cake is incredible and decorated beautifully. Each cake is freshly made and tastes so good. They also have a great selection of rolls and sandwiches and all well priced and amazing quality!! Fantastic!

Wrens Bakery is probably the best little bakery in South Wales. Their low GI bread is worth driving miles for. Their cakes and pastries also. You see the ovens and the bakers, too, so know everything is spotlessly clean. There's often a line of people waiting patiently so choose your time!

Wrens Bakery is a traditional bakers. They make everything on site and offer a really decent range of breads, rolls, cakes and sandwiches. So if it's crusty bread for serving alongside a stew, or a fresh cream eclair for Sunday afternoon tea! Check them out. This is my local and I shop here 3-4 times a week! Highly recommended.

Best bacon rolls ive ever had. The pork and bacon sausage rolls are unbelievable, beef and stilton rolls amazing. A wide range of fresh rolls, pastrys cakes, bread and biscuit cookies for the kids. I often turn up to work late or drive miles out of my way for food here and the staff do all they can to give you what you need.

My favourite bakery in the whole UK. Whenever I'm passing Newport and I know that Wrens are open I have to pull off M4. The only problem is that there are too many 'out of this world' things, and I always buy bags and boxes full. The pork pies and scotch eggs are to die for 😀 and the fresh cram cakes are just the best 👍
