2 bags of doughnuts and 2 shakes later, we finally got to try Butterwick after watching on social media for months. Didn't disappoint. The staff were very friendly. Both food and shakes were lovely and good value for money. The displays look lovely. Will definitely be back and to try out the other stores :)

Went along on my day off to try some of their tasty treats that I'd heard about. Was NOT disappointed! Incredible selection of yummy delights and sampled a milkshake too! Will definitely be going back!

I ordered a latte & Twix cookie sandwich deal for £6. Thought the latte was done well, but the only thing I'd say is the cookie had way too much sugar and I have a sweet tooth. However, I'll definitely be trying some of the milkshakes and other treats from here again soon. Hope they're as good as the look too

Friendly staff, loved the donnuts and my iced latte. The brownie and the cookie were a bit too sweet but overall nice experience. It’s a great add on to the northampton city centre great spot to go.

Have waited about a month To get the free time to go to try these cakes …

Personally I felt there was too much sugar in the Snickers cookie and the Victoria doughnut. Appreciate this is a matter of personal taste but it was too much. I’ll try others in future. Would also be good if there was a bin or staff clearing the counter surface where people were eating. I imagine things will get better and will continue to support local businesses. Definitely worth a visit (we’re picky) ;)

Dropped in today with my wife and our 2 year old son (who insisted on bringing a balloon with him) for a quick treat. The woman serving was lovely and was great with our kids who insisted on playing keepyuppy the whole time. The cakes were lovely and the regular coffee was surprisingly large, which was an unexpected but never the less welcome surprise. We'll be back I'm sure.

So when your boss returns from a bakery with goodies, it's a good day. Today the boss-kins comes back with A Salted Caramel Latte, a Caramel Latte Cupcake, and whatever treats the rest of the office had. I have to say THIS WAS DELICIOUS. I was cowered in my corner with the cupcake like some greedy little Gollum screeching "my precious" over and over. The coffee though, that's the important one. I will die on the hill that if a place sells bad coffee, no matter how good the cakes, I probably won't return. Ladies and gentlemen, this is a fantastic coffee. My diet is out the window. Friday has been renamed St. Butterwicks Day. Worth popping in at any time. Absolutely delicious.

Have been here a couple of times now, and the service is always fantastic with a great selection of sweet treats! I stopped by this afternoon to get something for my brother who’s got an egg and nut allergy, and even though all vegan and nut free items are signposted on the display, Evie who served me still double checked the ingredients to make sure the cake I’d picked out would be suitable!
